A tall male made his way through the crowd that was the Market. He looked nervous, unsure of his surroundings, his blue eyes darting around the place, not sure of what to make of it. He was tall, much taller than most around him, standing at nearly 7ft. For that fact alone he stood out, something he was uncomfortable with. He was already in a place he knew nothing about, but now everyone was staring at him. For a troll he was not very burly, quite the opposite in fact, he was very slight, and as his god had commented often, it wouldn't take much more than a strong gust of wind to snap him in half. Are you sure this is the right place? He asked, his hands brushing against the centre of his chest. Sort of. We are close. But worry not and enjoy the sights! Oh, can we go and take a closer look at that stall, they seem to be selling a variety of fluffy creatures... The god continued to babble in the back of Shaig's mind, something the young troll had gotten quite used to. For the god of Strength, he wasn't exactly what he'd expected.

It wasn't too long before the new host would come across a creature that, well... wasn't quite like the others.
He was dressed in chinese clothing, for one. And had two small wings, for another. Add the fact that his host had stood out on her own, and it was hard to miss Ti Lung, who seemed to be bartering with one of the merchants, studying some of the jewelry that was on display, finned tail waving back and forth. This one held promise, but... No, the merchant said something that made him frown slightly, and he simply nodded, thanked the man, and went on his way.
This might actually be harder than he thought...

Tien was a bit less obvious, currently leaning against the side of a market stall people watching. The goddess wore the same mortal guise that she used when dealing with mortals near her home. The look made her less obvious and most people tended to go about their business and think nothing of her. It was far easier to people watch without them being unsettled by her presence. Some people did interesting things when they thought you weren't looking!
She spotted the troll first, given that he was so hard to miss being that tall. Trickery had never seen anyone quite like that around here. Perhaps it was worth investigating, if only to break the tedium. No one had done anything interesting today! So off into the crowd she went, keep in sight of the troll but far enough away to avoid attracting attention.

We already have two, do youneed another...? Shaig tried to reason with Lunn, after all, on their journey so far they had already managed to pick up two small critters, one was not much bigger than a rodent, the other was about the same size as a kitten, both Lunn had managed to convince Shaig to take with them. The troll found it hard to refuse, after all, it was a god asking him, and gods were what he served. How could he say no? So the two animals had made the trek with them. Both had managed to find a comfortable place to sleep in the large trolls clothing. Fine, for now we will let them be... The god trailed off. Shaig sighed, knowing now that he was sulking, something else he had come to learn the god of Strength was capable of. I suppose we could take a look... Shaig started, but before he could go any further he felt a rustling in his clothing and a small mass of rainbow darted down his leg and across the market. Shaig, quickly, Enfys might get trampled! The troll sighed once more before taking off after the floox, chasing him through the crowds of people, which proved to be quite difficult for the large male. The rainbow floox seemed to know where he was going though, and it wasn't long before he was dashing up a scaly tail and making himself comfortable in a large mane of purple hair.

Xun Jiang never saw his little fluffy passenger coming - tail gave up an involuntary lash when it was grapped, but it seemed to do little to hinder the floox - who was quite happily nesting in his mane by the time the dragon was able to get a hold of him.
"And where do you think you are doing, hmm ?" While the body was female, the voice was... much less so. Still, he knew flooxes - they couldn't talk back, but he knew very well that they understood, in their own way. Therefore, he did not feel silly at all for talking out loud to an animal in the middle of a busy market. "Did you get lost ?"

Tien continued to follow after Shaig, thankfully she had a significantly easier time weaving through the crowd. He had taken off suddenly after visiting a stand that boasted selling all sorts of rare and exotic little creatures. Perhaps something had gotten loose? It had to be something small then, with the way the troll kept looking down as he moved between marketgoers. She continued after him, murmuring apologies as she ducked past many an unsettled folk.

Shortly after the flooz had settled, a large but young looking troll came into view, he was huffing slightly, after all, it had been a while since he'd moved like that, and the floox was very good at darting about the place. When he saw that the fluffy pet was nestled amongst the hair of a stranger Shaig became hesitant to approach him. It was the same everywhere they'd been really, the troll, feeling out of place, did not want to attract anymore attention to himself by talking to others but Lunn would have none of that. Oh come on. Not again. It doesn't look like it will bite. The god prodded, not sure what to call the one that the floox had decided would make a nice home. After all, his body was feminine, but the voice certainly was not. Fine. Shaig reluctantly made his way over to the purple person. "Uhmm... sorry," he started, quietly. "It seems our... my pet has somehow managed to make it's way into your hair." The troll scratched the back of his head nervously, hoping the other might not have noticed the slip up in his words. He'd found it best to keep the god host thing on the down low.

Xun Jiang was busy scritching the cute little creature when the troll finally did work up the nerve to catch his attention. "Oh that is quite fine. They can be very curious creatures." One last pet and the rainbow ball of fluff was passed over, through something the troll had said finally caught the dragon's attention.
Our ? ....Hmmmm. Come to think about it, he felt it - the feel of godly mana clinging to this man. An host, then. "I understand, actually." He said, nodding. "Are you looking for the pantheon ? I can take you there."
Really, he was unsure how much the boy even knew. He hadn't seen the troll before, and he seemed... well, lost.

Tien ducked into the side of a market stall when the troll stopped. Finally it seemed he found what he was after. A floox? She watched curiously as the critter's new friend handed it back to the troll. The floox had made friends with a woman, or at least what she thought was a woman. Something was vaguely familiar about her...
In any case they seemed to be chatting now, so the goddess moved a little closer to see if she would be able to hear anything over the noise of the market. Taking him to the Pantheon? Well then..that's certainly interesting.

Shaig took the small floox with a smile and a thank you, placing him back in the folds of his clothing, where he seemed quite content to rest once more. "Thanks, don't know what got into him.." His voice trailed off, not sure what to say next. He wasn't very good at talking with others. The troll froze at the others next words. The Pantheon? But how did he know? The troll wasn't quite sure what to make of it, and Lunn seemed to be just as confused, though not as shocked as Shaig, he could feel something... familiar about the other. It had been so long since he'd been around any others like him he'd forgotten what they felt like. Finally Shaig found his tongue again, "I.. err.. yes we.. I am." Another slip up. He nervously ran a hand across his face. "How do you know of it?" He asked, wanting to find out how the other knew of the home of the gods, and in turn how he knew that was where he wanted to go. The god and host were yet to learn that the Pantheon was really open to any.

He looked so nervous ! And well... adorable, in a way. It made the fatherly instincts in him surge up quite nicely indeed.
"Over this way, then." He nodded in the direction before he turned to walk there, making sure that the troll would follow him - Xun Jiang would be quite hard to lose, being taller than most - through still shorter than the host.
"The pantheon is open to all, and certainly more so for you... And I." He nodded. "I am one of the gods - there is no need to be careful in my presence." Ti Lung had little issues claiming this in a normal tone of voice - after all, the people of the market were quite used to meeting passing deities by now. "My name is Xun Jiang." He offered, through he held off titles for now - really, better to know what the host knew, and what the god remembered, before causing confusion. "And you would be ?"

If the two hadn't been so tall she would've lost them on the way out of the market. It was a pain however to catch up with them, she still had to duck past a small group of people and jump over a stall to do so before they got out of sight. Tien ignored the angry shouts after her, they didn't know who she was anyway and she could always come back and apologize later if she felt so inclined. Which in all honesty wasn't very likely.
Once she was in sight of them again her pace slowed, pretending like she was just a mortal headed to visit the gardens, which wasn't all that uncommon. Where exactly is that woman taking him, I wonder?

"Okay..." mumbled Shaig as he followed the purple person. "You... are one of them?" He gasped, not expecting to meet another so soon. His god had told him all he could remember about the Fading, and not to expect many to have been reborn. Having met one so soon though was certainly an encouraging sign for Strength. Lunn was practically buzzing at this news. Shaig on the other hand, became even more nervous than he was before. He was talking to another god! Lunn was... different, he wasn't really around, just a voice in his head. But this was a real, tangible god. That made Shaig very uncomfortable. Oh for crying out loud, toughen up boy! I told you before it wasn't going to bite, and it hasn't done so yet. When you're quite alright, don't forget to introduce me. The pleasure radiating from the god was almost overwhelming to the host. He was very excited to be back amongst his own kind. The name he did not remember, but he didn't care, it would come back to him eventually. He was just glad to be home. "I... have one. Here.." he stuttered, pulling down the top of his tunic to reveal a medallion shaped gem implanted in the centre of his chest. "His name is Lunn, of Rigor and Force." He said, introducing his God to the other. "Strength," he added quietly as an afterthought, wondering if the other would find it amusing that the God of Strength had chosen such a scrawny host, even if he was tall. Don't forget yourself. The god prodded. "Oh, and I'm Shaig," He finished, blushing bright red, embarrassed that hed forgotten to introduce himself to the god.

"Yes, I am." He sounded so surprised ! Really, it was becoming more and more obvious that the boy had come from far away, indeed. His own jewel was quite hidden, moved when he'd taken over the body, so he did not show it. Shaig seemed quite trusting as it was, and he saw no need to prove himself further.
Ti Lung did not quite see the irony of it, or if he did, he hid it well. Every god had their reasons to seek out their hosts - Xun Jiang had sought out Illisia for her strength of will and her determination, so there was something Shaig had that Lunn needed, and appearances mattered little in that case.
"Pleased to meet you both." It seemed safe to elaborate then. "I am the dragon king Ti Lung." The fact that he looked more like he should call himself Queen instead was perhaps as much irony to bystanders that Strength's choice of host.
"You seem to come from far away..." The dragon asked, once they finally did make it out of the market proper.

Wait..wait. The woman has wings, scaly tail...and an oddly deep voice. Some mortals were strange sure, but that was a little too strange by mortal standards. Perhaps this one wasn't a mortal after all? She sped up some to get a little closer, hoping to catch a bit more conversation. It seemed she missed the introduction of Lunn and his host, but was in time to hear the woman's title.
"Huh, one of Tian Yue's brothers." She murmured to herself. That explained the voice at least.
