There was a small rustling behind the curtains as the window was lifted, sending a gust of wind into the room which blew the curtains to the sides, revealing the dark silhouette of a tall, slender man. Only the faint glowing of red eyes could be seen on his face as he looked a the girl lying in bed. "So this is where the intoxicating scent of grief and regret has been coming from." he said, his voice somewhat low and smooth as silk. "What happened to you to cause this much remorse, young lady?" He asked, taking a few slow steps towards her, letting some of the moonlight that now poured into the room light his face just the slightest.

She asked him, suddenly sitting upright. She let out a small sneeze looking away from him for a second, then looked right back at him.

He bowed to one knee at her bedside, then looked at her now at eye level with the girl. "My name is Zero Kagekami. Kage is written with the kanji for shadow, and kami, of course, for god. I am here to help you with your...problem, whatever it may be. So if you would please be so kind, I would like to know what as been torturing you so badly." He said cooly, and waited quietly for a response.

They found her body, covered in blood. And i'm trying to find out who did it." Her father didn't know about what she was doing, for it would make him worry. She just kept it a secret from him.

An intricate pentagram was etched onto the skin of his hand, though you could barely see it in the dimly lit room. "By taking my hand, you accept the contract and the payment... Your soul will belong to me the day you die. As simple as that." He explained, his red eyes glowing a little more brightly.
