General of the Army (GoA)

Duties:
The General of the Army (GoA) is overall in charge and responsible for all Novus Army personnel. It is this individual's responsibility to appoint an Executive Officer for the Army, Battalion Commanders, and conduct the important business of the NA. The GoA has final say on all matters within the NA and can only be overridden by the Chief Novus Commander (CNC).
Army Executive Officer (AXO)

Duties:
The Army Executive Officer (AXO) is the right hand assistant to the GoA. It is the AXO's responsibility to assign every Soldier to an element. Should the need of new Battalions arise the AXO will recommend the creation of new Battalions to the GoA who may either approve and create a new Battalion or deny and enlarge the existing Battalions.
Battalion One Commander (B1C)

Duties:
It is the duty of the Battalion One Commander (B1C) to address all instances of reward, discipline, demotion, and promotion within the First Battalion of the NA. The B1C will monitor all Soldiers within his/her Battalion to ensure proper (roleplaying) behavior. The B1C will also administer promotion tests and evaluate these tests. Should a Soldier in the First Battalion wish for his/her test, promotion request, demotion request, reward approval, or discipline measure be reviewed by a higher ranking member of the NA it is the B1C's responsibility to submit such requests to the AXO without hesitation.

Duties:
It is the duty of every Battalion One Soldier (B1S) to follow all orders given to him/her for so long as said orders do not violate any regulations or cause obviously avoidable harm to an Soldier(roleplay character).
