 Looking out at the lands from her current spot Kishi inwardly thought of how her life was going at the moment and was pleased with what she had. A great land, a male that care for her just as much as she cared for him, and a future of possibilites. Though her relationship was semi-new Kishi pictured herself with his cubs and that brought a soft smile to herself. She always did love babies, but like everything it took time and it would be worth it in the end.
Letting out a puff of air she switched her thoughts to something more here and now. "I suppose I could get something to eat and go from there." That in mind she stood to stretch and then turned away from her favourite spot to hunt.

 Pridelander life was fastly becoming a wonderful experience nothing like the rogue lands where it was every lioness for herself. Orange eyes narrowed sadly for a moment at the thought of her children. "Nisha.. don't do this to yourself." A born worrier that was what she was, it was both a blessing and a curse. Besides they had all but abandoned her when they grew old enough but still they were her babies and if they did come back she would welcome them with open paws.
She bent her head to nibble on a sweet fruit. They were so addicting and sweet that she feared gaining weigh to quickly. She started eating it every since her first day here.

Kishi had been walking for a few moments when she spotted another lioness, one she couldn't recall seeing before, laying near a tree eating one of the more popular fruits. One fruits especially popular by the younger generation and boy did it take hours to get them to calm down after a few bites. She paused for a few minutes and then finally decided to be neighbourly. "Hello there." She called out. The other female whipped her head around so fast that a cracking sound was heard. Kishi winced at the sound that sounded like it had to hurt.
She cleared her throat and started again, "I don't think we've met before I am Kishi, it is nice to meet you. I assume you've come from the rogue lands? Or possibly another land?" She paused to take in the wiry expression. "Do you mind if I join you?" It would be nice to have a female friend and Kishi had a feeling that the other could use one as well.

Humming in pleasure Nisha took another bite of heaven before another voice startled her that she almost choked. She whipped her head around to see who that was that called a greeting It was another female. A female that looked confident and familiar with the land."H-" She cleared her throat and quickly wiped the juice going down her lip. "Hi." She was surprised the other was taking the time to greet and chat... well not really so much surprised as happy that another was welcoming. "I am orginally from Rogue Lands and yes please." Nisha gestured a 'coming here' motion with her paw. " Kishi, I like it and my name is Nisha if your interested in knowing it. I just recently came across these lands a few weeks ago and I haven't regreted it since. Um, so you new?" Nisha grasped at straws trying to find something to talk about. She wasn't very good at making small talk... or talk of any kind.

Nisha, the name sounded cute. "Well Nisha thank you." She plopped herself ungracefully next to the other female before smiling a full blown smile. "I've been here for a many nights and I too was from the rogue lands at the beginning. I spent most of childhood to young adult life fending for myself." She clawed at the ground for a few minutes enjoying the textures before looking back to the other female. " You don't have to stop eating on my account. I think I will gather a fruit myself."
Nimbly she stood and gather herself before pouncing upward with powerful thighs. Just as quickly she gathered the fruit into her mouth before dropping down to the ground. "There we go. Oh and hey if you need a tour I can show you were everything is?" She tilted her head in question before continuing on. "When I first joined I got a lost and confused so I know what you are going through. It is always better to have someone around you know?"

Nisha watched a but jealously as Kishi got her food with grace and swiftness. "Well alright," She began to eat once more as the other female joined her in eating. "A tour would be nice and yes it would be nice to have a friend in these lands. I wasn't really close to anyone in rogue lands friendship or romance.." A face flashed in her minds eye. "I did have a fling one time a while back and all my cubs are grown now" Nisha couldn't understand why she was sharing her life story with the other female so easily. Nisha wasn't one to express her feelings to strangers, I guess she just felt comfortable about Kishi. " Do you have cubs?" She spoke bluntly.

Kishi blinked at the irony just this morning before meeting Nisha she had been thinking about the same thing. " No sadly I do not. Though I would love a whole bussel of them. Young ones are just adorable and if you are lucky they will take care of you." She watched as a flash of pain crossed the other females face. Feeling awkward Kishi bent her head and started eating her opened fruit. "Um, yes after we finish eating I can take you to good area to bathe, another were social gathering occurs, and finally the resting area."

"Oh.. well there is still plenty of time, and yes they certainly are adorable when they are young. Also they can be quite a handful if you aren't paying attention to them." She paused here to remember the past. "But they grow so fast. So fast that before you know it they are all grown up in the blink of an eye." Nisha listened to her new friend? Friend she liked that. A tour did sound nice actually and there were still some things that she probably hadn't seen yet. "Alright, sure why not. I could use some familiarity with the land and thank you for doing this I appreciate you helping me out."

"Yes time is precious and we must treasure it with those we love." Kishi agreed on the subject and switched the conversation back to the tour. " Of course I don't mind at all it would help pass the day and it's always nice to have another to chat too." She leaned forward and finished the rest of her fruit with one quick bite. Licking her lips to clean her face she purred out in delight, "Yummy~"
Kishi noted the other female had finished her snack as well. " Alright, come along and I will show you the best places to visit. You may get lost once or twice as this area is somewhat larger but the pride members are very helpful around here. So there is no fear of being completely lost." She stood and waited for the other to follow.

Nisha stood and walked alongside Kishi as they moved along the dirt path. "Okay good to know." This place didn't seem so bad and Nisha felt a settling her body. She had made the right decision on coming and this meeting eased her troubled mind. "Lead the way and I will follow." Nisha let out a full blown smile, one that caused crinkles near her eyes. She felt light and free for the first time in a long time.
