Heads – Sailor Maia,
Members – Lassell, Pompeii, Ashur, Tortali, Shangri-La
We want to make sure that every Senshi and Knight realized their full potential, be you apart of the court or not. We aim to strengthen the White Moon Court through organization, teamwork, diplomacy and determination. We aim to defeat the Negaverse, drive off chaos, our efforts are not futile.
Teamwork:
***Know your allies – One should always know your allies, learn to work alongside them and offer what you can in support of them. The court of Resonance sees one of its main goals as helping further the organization and development of the White Moon Court. Resonance training session will be open to all allies, as well as Maia’s information lowdown, which is geared to new Senshi and Knights.
***Partner up – It is very often that Senshi or Knights patrol alone and often it cannot be helped, but members of Resonance are encouraged to patrol in couples and groups. If you get into a tight spot you will have someone with you to back you up or at the very least try to call for help. It is very hard to call for help when you are being attacked and it’s not a good idea to hope someone will show up if you are in trouble.
***One voice – The voices, the opinions and ideas, of every member of Resonance are important. The members make the court, drive the court and make the court stronger. You are encouraged to voice your opinions and ideas known in a polite and courteous manner. ((ICCly Maia is thinking diplomacy, OOCly I know this might not always happen because of differing personalities))

Training:
***Training helps to refine reflexes, learn and prefect techniques and get a sense of how your teammates move and fight. It’s a good way to get to know each other.
***Training sessions happen at least twice weekly and will involve at least two of the leaders and those assigned to train on said day.
***Training session include hand to hand combat/sparring, medical training, refining magical attacks and identifying and strengthening weaknesses. Sparring matches will be assigned at random, no matter your level. Refining magical attacks will usually be higher rank working with lower rank. Medical training can be as a civilian or Senshi or Knight and is very important to know.
***You are encouraged to attend training sessions outside of the court. Chaonis trains too, if you don't mind taking a whooping. It will do a world of good to attempt to attend at least once, even if only to get to know the session holder. Remember, know your allies.
Organization:
***The Senshi Lowdown – It is given by a more experienced Senshi or Knights to a newer Senshi and Knights. It is essentially what we know so far, where we are in the war and what has come before this. This is to let newer Senshi and Knights know what they have been brought into and what they are fighting for. It is very confusing and trying to be dragged into this, so hopefully this helps. (OOCly, this may or may not handwaved, really up to player)
***Bi-weekly Meet Ups – Once every two weeks (once a month ICLY) the team will meet up. They will discuss the week’s patrols, Negaversers, training sessions, youma activity and anything that seems noteworthy and needs discussion. Allie leaders are welcomed and encouraged to attend Resonance meetings. We do want others to know what we are doing our only secrecy is to the Negaverse.
***Growth and Recruitment – Everyone is responsible for the growth of and recruitment into the court. As the court grows those how have shown themselves to be responsible, dedicated, and loyal will be made a leader of the court after which they will assume leader duties, such as holding training sessions and meet ups.
***Know the Negaverse – We believe that to defeat the Negaverse you must know the Negaverse. That means knowing who makes up the Negaverse, stances in the war and activity. If you can get a Negaverser to talk, than you should do so, the more information we have on them the better. Fists first is not always the answer. This applies to the DMC as well.
***Develop a stance – Sometimes no matter how much training you receive you will never be a fighter and that is perfectly alright. You do not need to be a fighting machine to be helpful and useful in this war. You can gather information, work on fortifying ally ties, talking to Negaversers, and find new Senshi to bring into the court.
***Civilian Identity – You are not forced to reveal your identity, but it will be encouraged and Maia will be revealing her’s to her court. She wants everyone to know that you can come to her be you adorned in your fuku or not.
***Family – We are a family! We trust each other and are there for each. Always even if you leave the court, we are family, we are allies, and we will be there when you need us. Always!
Outside SenshiDom:
Your life outside being a Senshi is important. You are not just a pawn in a war, you are a person who has a life and you should live it.
***School – We would like to see our members walk proudly across the stage and know that despite your being a part of the war you accomplished something that will further the future you will have.
***Work – Making a livelihood is very important. Obviously if you are to work an overnighter you are not expected to patrol. Please, if you must, do put your jobs first. We are a court for a reason; others will fill in where you can’t. Feeding yourself and your family is important.
***Community – Yes, we do much for the community already, but we also cause a lot of damage. Many may be ungrateful, but that doesn’t mean you should forget you destroyed that garden or fountain, alley or storefront. Help to keep our city in order where you can, we do after all live here.
***Fun – All work and no play, you know how it goes. I know it may seem selfish of us, but please do not patrol every day. Five days max please. You cannot be stopped from going beyond that, but we all need rest and fun and to live our lives.
