ICly, this took place at the end of January, sometime after that... Other rp, but before genderbending... >__>;

Dragain
It had been a while since she visited Mac and laid down her conditions for getting back together, and not a day had gone by without her at least thinking about it. She wasn't obsessed over it, of course, but it was something that made her slightly anxious whenever she was alone in her room; while with her friends though, all was well, since... They proved to be a really good distraction from her own thoughts.

Still, she hadn't really heard from her, nor did she make the effort to contact him in order to give him some breathing space. Besides, she didn't want him to know how much she wanted him back; he was supposed to woo her! Show everyone who knew about the break-up that he was sincere about getting back together! Hopefully the term 'what doesn't kill you would only make you stronger' was applicable for relationships...

Enoh Love
Mac had done what she asked. He'd gone to Amphi and straightened everything out, not wanting to lead her on any further. After that he had taken some time to try and figure out how to woo the ghoul; how did he do it the first time? Hrm. Probably shouldn't go the same route but...HOW did you woo someone you dated already?

Clearly he didn't make a habit of dating an ex.

When he felt he was ready he showed up at her door, dressed in an outfit similar to prom...okay, it was his prom outfit, but with a different coloured undershirt. He didn't have very many nice clothes...being a guide made keeping things clean very difficult. Plus, he didn't like monkey suits. His hair was half slicked back like Prom, but unlike Prom he had flowers, pretty wilted things he'd picked up just for her.

He knocked, and waited.

Maybe he should have made sure she was home first...

Dragain
The first time was bad, yes, Mac. Glad you realized that.

When she opened the door, she first looked extremely delighted to see him and the flowers, before looking baffled and then slightly alarmed, "Are we going somewhere? Ahhhh, I didn't know that!" While she had never viewed Mac as a sloppy dresser, he was wearing something that was extremely different, so they must be going out? He couldn't have put that on just for her... Right?

Enoh Love
Ten points! o/

Her alarmed response brought a grin to his lips, offering the bouquet to her. "For you, Madame~" He hummed, waiting for the flowers to change hands before his went into his pockets, giving a shrug. "To...be honest? I thought I'd wing it from here. If you want to go out, we'll go out...if not, we won't." So yes, Lizzy, he put this on just for her, if she wanted it that way! "I know some nice places for dinner, orrrr..." His hand moved from his pocket to disappear into his coat, pulling out a couple single packaged discs. "I brought movies, if you want to stay in." He held them out to show her the decal on the discs that gave away their titles; all of them were Romance comedies. Chick flicks. The boil did his research clearly, and brought the best ones...you know, according to the internet.

"So whatever you'd prefer to do, my lady."

Dragain
She stared at him even after taking the flowers, taking a moment to absorb everything that he was saying.

"Where is Mac and what have you done to him?" She asked before gently poking his cheek with a finger and giggling, tiptoeing to kiss him where she had poked, "Thank you! I love them... They're lovely." Now to find a way to keep them forever. She blushed and then giggled again at his choice of words before humming, looking thoughtful, "Hm... We've never watched a movie in the cinema before! This could be our chance to do so! Ohh, come in! Uh, you can... Wait on my bed." That seemed to be the most convenient.

And this is a mini time skip because what Lizzy does when she's showering is irrelevant to your interests. Instead, in about 45 minutes, she appeared from the bathroom, hair magically dried with what could possibly be a magical hair dryer and tied into a thick braid. As if to match Mac, she had on a plain white cocktail dress, cut at the knees, with a black ribbon around her waist. Walking over to the door, she paused, smiling at Mac, "Shall we?"

Enoh Love
"I'll let you know when I'm done with him." The-Probably-Mac informed her with a chuckle and a grin, accepting the abuse and affection. "Sounds good to me!" ...Wait on her bed, really? Brow raising in bafflement, he did as he was told and took a seat, leaning his elbows on his knees and twiddling his thumbs while he waited for her. The sound of the shower brought back pleasant memories, but after a while he was getting impatient; holy crap, ghouls took a long time!

When the door opened he stood, briefly wondering why she had a cocktail dress that matched his outfit in her bathroom but otherwise not questioning it out loud; probably because she looked /stunning/. Completely stunning. All he could do at first was stare, and it wasn't until she spoke did he snap out of his reverie and get to his feet.

"Err--yeah. Uhh...Aren't we a little overdressed for the theatre?" He pointed out with a smile, stepping closer to stand beside her, one hand crossing her back to rest on her opposite hip and the other moving to rest gently under her hand. "I think we might have to go dancing, too."

Dragain
It's magic. Magic as mysterious as your mysterious height gain, Mac.

"Overdressed? Really?" She looked down at what she was wearing before frowning; right, nobody would wear something like this to watch a movie... She just looked dressed for a formal event, "Well... I was trying to match you! Anything else would make me look under-dressed next to you!" She blushed when he took her hand - she really was treating this as their first not-a-date - before smiling up at him, raising an eye brow, "Are you supposed to be this touchy-feely with a ghoul when you're not her boilfriend yet?"

She tease, she tease... Or was she? Either way, she gently removed his hand from hers, and then from her hip, before taking his arm instead, "Dancing? Where?" Dancing brought back memories of their first kiss - her first kiss - and memories of prom... It didn't feel like those things happened very long ago.

Enoh Love
"I thought you'd take the dinner, not the movie?" Mac offered, though not very helpfully. The boil shrugged then, letting her move his hands without much more than a slight sigh. Touching her had already become natural, it was almost sad that she moved them, and worded her argument like /that/.

"With you, I guess not." He shrugged, grinning down at her. "Though you realize, you hugging my arm like that is a /little/ more intimate than what I was doing, right?" After all, her boob? Totally against his arm. So there, Lizzy! After a bit of a chuckle he winked at her, leaning a bit to open the door and offering her the first exit from the room. "Don't worry about the where, little Lady. I'll take care of that~" He hummed, closing the door behind them and leading her out of the Demon Dorms.

Dragain
"How about... Dinner first, and then movie? It would be late by then, but it's not like there are classes tomorrow," She giggled before looking mildly horrified, staring at the arm she was clinging to before looking up at Mac, catching his wink and looking even more horrified that before; what was she doing wrong? Quickly, she withdrew her arm, blushing again as she crossed her arms across her chest, "How is that more intimate? You've never commented on it before!" She had done that since they were just friends!

... She had done that since they were just friends.

"So... Dinner," It was obvious that she was suffering from Mac-arm-warmth withdrawal as she cast subtle looks at his arm from time to time as they walked, "Where to? You said you had a few places in mind...?"

Enoh Love
"Sounds good to me!" Mac chuckled, leading her along as promised. "Hey, I had a pretty girl clinging to me, and it's been well established my morals are a jackin' lot lower than yours." Black eyes watched her obvious distress, and after a moment of himhawing, held his arm out to her again. "I won't tell if you won't." He teased with a wink, still leading her away from the school itself.

"Yeah, but the place I have in mind...I can't make it a habit of going, but sometimes, on special occassions, it's okay." They were headed downtown, past the maul and other landmarks to some of the more fancy buildings. He did not, however, tell her where they were going yet.

Dragain
She eyed the offered arm suspiciously before looking around, as if to make sure that there wasn't anyone looking directly at them, before deciding that the coast was clear and taking it. As much as she was trying to hide her delight at holding his arm again, she was all smiles, "It's our little secret then." She giggled, putting a finger to her lips briefly, Mac's comment causing her to tilt her head.

"Ohhh?" She gently laid her head on his arm, smiling fondly at him, "I'm glad you classify this as a special occasion." Another ten points to Mac! As the surroundings started to change, she couldn't help growing curious; the only reason why she didn't ask was because... Well, she had a feeling he would keep it from her till the end... Which was actually fine by her. Surprises could be great too!

Enoh Love
"Indeed." Mac chuckled, lifting his head to pointedly /not/ look at her and keep her arm clinging at their little secret.

"It is a special occasion." He agreed, gently patting the hand on his arm. Lizzy knew him well; he wouldn't have told her if she asked, at least in this instance. The scenery continued to change but it was getting more and more fancy, the buildings and the people looking nice and nicer by halloween standards. Creaking houses with creeping vines, gorgeous mansion types that you just know was haunted by someone wealthy.

And finally, he stopped in front of a manor, the tastefully rotting sign reading "Baron" in dripping red. He glanced down at his companion. "I've been here a time or two, they've got amazing food; Flambe Cloudipede is delicious, I hear their Skitter Skewers are nice?" He shrugged, managing to get his arm from hers so he could hold the door open for her.

Dragain
"It's a special occasion for me too," She murmured quietly, taking in the sights and sounds; she had never walked so far from school before, and everything was totally different from the neighborhood the maul was located, "I don't think I've ever been wooed." Although with Mac... Well, it just felt like a date of sorts.

When they finally arrived at their destination, she took one look at the building and the sign, before frowning, tilting her head at Mac as he held the door open for her, "We're eating here?" She wasn't opposed to eating at a fancy restaurant - mostly because they ended up being dressed for a place like this - but fancy restaurant meant fancy food and a fancy bill. She wasn't sure of the financial status of Mac's family, but... She hesitated at the door, "Are you sure it's alright?"

Enoh Love
"Me neither." Mac laughed; nope, never been wooed. "But seriously, I've never tried to woo before." He admitted, so she'd be right in thinking it felt like a date; he was just doing what he knew, and apparently this was it. "...Uhh, yes?" The Reaper looked baffled at her hesitation. Did she not like this place? Did she have something against it? Maybe bad memories, perhaps? Only some of the worries melted away at her question, looking between the ghoul and the restaurant.

"Err, well, yes? Like I said though, /not a common thing/." He stayed where he was, holding the door open. "I mean, unless you'd rather go somewhere else?"

Dragain
"No no," She answered a little too quickly as she blushed, "I mean... Since you're sure." Anywhere with Mac was good, really... Plus it wasn't going to be a common thing, she reminded herself as she entered the restaurant, quietly thanking Mac for holding the door on her way in.

"How did you get together with your past ghoulfriends then?" She couldn't resist asking while waiting for someone to attend to them, although she was pretty sure that talking about exes was a taboo when being wooed. However, she was curious now that the topic had came up; at least she wasn't the only one lacking experience here, for the first time!

Enoh Love
"I'm sure." He insisted, relaxing when it seemed she was more worried about the, uh, high end part of this. Wasn't...she from a high end family? Then again, Lizzy wasn't one to flaunt much. It was a mystery he'd solve one day, maybe by himself.

"I guess they just kind of happened?" He offered, giving her a look. Really? She wanted to bring up his past ghoulfriends /here/? The last time they were brought up it was a touchy subject and emotions were high; did she really want to trigger something? /Really/?

The waiter came to take them to their table; a really nice two-person table with booth seats and a decorative (fake, for the Undead Patrons) candle. The solemn looking Vampire gave them both menus, told them of the lunch special (a juicy jumbo pillbug basted in the finest aged blood and served with a once-carnivorous venus flytrap salad), took their drink order and promptly disappeared.

Dragain
"Ohhh, like us then?" Her eyes widened slightly as she smiled; maybe she got the look. Maybe she didn't. Either way, she left the question there, seemingly satisfied with Mac's answer; she had always thought that some form of courtship was required before a relationship could start... Apparently not! That was rather interesting!

"I think I shall have the... Dish the waiter talked about," She muttered, looking through the menu with a thoughtful expression; it would take her forever to pick otherwise. Besides, it sounded like a tasty dish! Peering over the menu to look at Mac, she paused, "What about you? Didn't you say something about a... Flambe Cloudipede earlier? Or would you like to try something different?" At least, she was sure that was what he said.

Enoh Love
"But with a little more tou---" He paused, deciding that it was probably not in his best interest to keep talking. "But yeah, like us." Instead he chuckled, waving his hand as if it were nothing. There were maybe more forms of courtship in the higher classes, but if history served...there was no real courtship between Sally and Jack either...it just happened.

"It is good, I've had it before. I think you might like it~?" He offered, looking through the menu before setting it down. This place was definitely too expensive for his tastes, but in the name of wooing...well, he'd put up with it. "I think I'll join you." The menu was closed and his dark eyes busied themselves by looking over the restaurant until they naturally fell back on Lizzy.

"So...when's your birthday?" Apparently, Mac was going to start twenty questions.

Dragain
Lizzy would like to point out that Jack sung to Sally and that was a form of courtship. For now though, she eyed Mac before raising an eyebrow, "But with a little more what?" Somehow, she had a feeling that Mac would dismiss her question - which was why she put on her best puppy face. Just to help convince him that answering her would be the least painful way to get past the question, and that avoiding it was not a good idea; at least, that was what she was aiming for.

"On the 14th of 11th October," She answered, still somehow managing to maintain her puppy face, "How about you? Don't reapers get two birthdays...?" See! They were learning more about each other already! She was rather excited about that; maybe this whole 'wooing' thing would end up being one of her better plans ever!

Enoh Love
Mac stared at her, content to ignore her question and instead focus on something else when she pulled off the /puppy look/. He'd seen it before, he knew its power, and yet he still foolishly tried to resist it.

"Yeah, two! Birth and first summoning...7th of 7th October is my birth date, and ahh, theeee...28th? Yes. Of 10th October is my first summoning." Luckily, before she could hassle him on the whole /little more what/ thing, the Waiter came back.

"Pardon me, are you ready to order, or would you like more time?" The Vampire asked, looking down his nose at the pair of sharp dressed students. Mac nodded, but looked pointedly at Lizzy, gesturing that the Lady should go first.

Dragain
"Ohhh! 7, 7! That's easy to remember!" She was almost glad for that, since there would be less chance of her forgetting, "Do reapers normally celebrate both birthdays? Or just one? Do you celebrate both?" She liked this. She liked knowing more about Mac. In fact, she was liking it so much that she was leaning over the table, unaware of the waiter's presence until he started to speak.

"Oh, right," She sat back in her chair, smiling up at the waiter, "I'll have a lunch special please!" After stating her order, she looked at Mac; something about the way she was looking at him told him that she did not forget about her precious question.

Enoh Love
"Times Two." Mac said when the Vampire's attention turned to him. With a flouncing little bow the Undead creature scampered off, leaving behind the previously ordered drinks.

"I do, sometimes...rather, my Aunt does. Birthdate always, Summon date...I usually get something small from them, or we go out for dinner or something." Another half hearted shrug and he leaned forward, resting his arms against the table and toying with the straw to his mudshake. "Favourite Colour?" It could have been a stupid question, but some girls wore colours that complimented them, right? That wouldn't mean it was a favourite...right?

Dragain
"I will celebrate both of them with you from now onward," She nodded before looking sheepish, "Um. It just occurred to me, but... Sorry I had never asked about your birthdays before..." It just wasn't a question she had thought to ask outright, and she never found an opportunity to ask.

"I don't really have one," She admitted, "I mean... You would think it's pink or black or red, but I like all colors! I just prefer to wear certain colors, I suppose... And they almost always end up being one of those three colors! What about you?" She paused, trying to think of a question to contribute, "What is your favorite... Place? To relax, I mean."

Enoh Love
"You don't have to!" Mac laughed, shaking his head. He was usually all for presents and things that were just for him, but on the same token he was supposed to be wooing her, which apparently means setting himself aside. Luckily for Lizzy, she knew how he was outside of this.

"Ahh, I see. Uhh...green, brown or pink?" His nose wrinkled and he shrugged, not really sure if he had a favourite; but he wore a lot of greens and browns, and pink seemed to be a big colour in his life, so there was that...but otherwise? Nada. Her question made him pause, leaning his lower face against steepled fingers.

"My /favourite/ place? Out on the water, especially if it's a foggy day out. If you go out far enough there's nothing there, just the lap of the water and the occasional bird or fish." He blew a short puff of air against his steepled fingers. "But I settle for my room, under the pup pile." As much as they annoyed him, he liked that. "What do you want to be when you grow up?"

Dragain
"I don't have to but I want to!" She giggled, reaching out to gently poke him on the tip of his nose since he was within her reach, her expression softening as she smiled, "I want to celebrate all those days with you." Who's wooing who now? In fact, as Mac answered her, Lizzy was subconsciously wondering if she had anything green she could wear next time. Or brown. She was stuck with pink, so she didn't have to worry about that.

"Out on the water... Somehow I expected that! You're a pretty good swimmer," At least, he seemed pretty good at it from the few occasions she had seen him swimming; she had to stop herself from commenting that Amphi was probably an excellent swimmer, since she's a mermaid. Instead, she giggled before deadpanning, "I can float. And not flail." It was an improvement! He would know.

"A streamstress, like mother!" She replied almost immediately before tilting her head, "You? I think you mentioned it before in passing, but..." She seemed to have forgotten.

Enoh Love
"Fair enough?" He couldn't really stop her if she wanted to, but at least she was aware that she didn't need to. In complete honesty, Lizzy wearing his favourite colours was far from his mind, on /or/ off. The soft expression was met with a fond one of his own, reaching up to gently swat her hand away.

"For a good reason, I assure you." It would be silly for a future ferryman to not be able to swim, or to hate the water! Silly silly. He grinned at her deadpan, lifting his hands to golf clap for her in a mocking way. "Congrats, you'll make an excellent log." He drawled with a chuckle, leaning back in his seat again. There was not a single ounce of surprise in him in regards to her future, and when the question was turned back on him, he grinned.

"I want to be a Ferryman." Oh how his birth parents hated that, which made it all the more appealing. "You always talk about your Mum, but what about your Dad? What does he do?"

Dragain
"Mmm, a Ferryman," She echoed, looking thoughtful, "There's something kind of..." She trailed off, closing her eyes as she imagined Mac on a boat on a foggy day out; romantic? Cool? Sexy? Yup, all of the above; instead of finishing her sentence, she just giggled to herself and blushed, before Mac's question made her go silent.

"Ah... I guess it's because my father passed away when I was young," She eventually replied, looking sheepish, "I don't remember a lot of things about him, but mother said that he was a good man? Something about working with the Bogeyman and... Never making it back one that one time..." She went silent for a bit before grabbing her drink and taking a sip, "Well! Um, what does your... Aunt and uncle do? They sound like really lovely people."

Enoh Love
"Kind of /what/?" Mac's brow lifted as she trailed off, taking the bait and leaning forward with his elbows on the table to peer at her, grinning wickedly. "Well?" Oh that blush was pretty, he missed that about her.

"Ah, I'm sorry." His wicked grin faltered for a moment in the awkward moment that came with the subject matter. "I'm sure he was a great man." He added slowly, rubbing the back of his neck for a moment. His hand slipped back down, used as a leaning post for his chin. "My Aunt works for an electronics company and my Uncle is a carpenter and fancies himself a shipwright." The Reaper chuckled, shaking his head. "They're the shame of the Airaldi family, I love them to pieces." He rubbed under his eye with his finger tips, looking thoughtful.

"Favourite foods?"

Dragain
Ohhh. Ohhh. That grin of his only made her go redder as she looked away, although she still didn't say what she had been thinking; it should be pretty easy to guess what had been on her mind anyway.

She shook her head when he apologized; it's not as if she could really remember her father enough to really feel the loss. Of course, there had been times where she wished her father was still around, even if it was for the sake of her mother. Pausing at his description of the family he grew up with, she couldn't resist giggling, "Aww... Well, they did raise someone like you!" She teased, wagging a finger in his direction, "I would like to meet them one day though..." She looked wistful for a moment before frowning, "Uh, they're not... Adverse to demons, are they?"

That would be a problem. A big problem.

"Um," She took a long, slow sip of her drink before looking sheepish, "I don't really have one...? We don't really need to eat or drink, after all, and mother hardly had the time to cook. I know your favorite drink though! Octopus juice," She cleared her throat and tried to look like she was stating a fact as she continued, "Like, the non-stain kind... Man." She actually couldn't remember if he said man, only that he said it often enough to make an impression on her - mostly because he left quite an impression on her as the 'grumpy reaper with an adorable bird who made me cry' after their initial meeting.

"What about you?"

Enoh Love
It was Mac's turn to flush, a little embarrassed at the question. Adverse to Demons, err yes...that. "They're...you know, I don't really know? They never really brought Demons to visit, but they liked Charlie?" He scratched the side of his nose, looking away for a moment or two. "I'm sure you'll be fine." Because Charlie was totally like Lizzy. Totally.

"Ah." Then, suddenly, he had the feeling that he'd asked her this question before. "...Well well well lookit this!" He laughed out at her attempt as using 'man' in a sentence. "You're becoming a bad little Lady, using slang like that." He teased, leaning forward again to grin at her. "My favourite food...well, I can't lie to you." With a dramatic flourish he leaned back in his seat. "I like Mac and Cheese." He admitted with a sigh, shrugging.
PostPosted: Fri Feb 17, 2012 7:51 am

Dragain
"What if they hate me?" She looked mortified at the idea, fidgeting with the hem of her dress under the table before sighing, "Shouldn't you ask them first then...? Before you, uh, woo me?" She was not like Charlie! How rude! Although it would be nice if they liked her the same way they liked Charlie...

"Wait, adding 'man' to the end of a sentence is a slang?" She frowned, tilting her head, "Hm, I never knew that... And hey! It's all thanks to you! And Charlie... But mostly you!" She pouted, folding her arms across her chest... Although she soon exploded into giggles when he announced his favorite food, "Charlie is like the cheese then, to your mac!" She approved of it wholeheartedly.

"Next question..." She paused for a moment, hesitating before gesturing for Mac to lean towards her as she too, leaned towards him. Her voice was soft, barely audible, "I-I have to know... Uh..." She was turning a bright shade of red as her voice dropped even further, "I've only ever been kissed or - uh - touched by you... Does it feel the same, I mean, would it feel as nice if it was another boil...?"

Enoh Love
Mac gave her a look. "Why would I ask them? It's none of their business." Blunt and to the point; Lizzy was being dumb again, in his opinion. His Aunt and Uncle could have some say in things, but not in who he dated, or the majority of the things he did.

"And it's not, really. But...my point stands. Bad ghoul." He teased, wagging his finger at her once. "But I'd be lying if I said that didn't make me happy." Apparently, on his rap sheet, 'making good ghouls go bad' was starting to make an appearance. "He is; he's cheesy enough." Mac groaned, rubbing his face for a moment...and then her gesture. Dark eyes scrutinized her through his fingers, and soon enough he dropped his hand and leaned forward to try and hear her.

"Uhh..." What...was she asking him? Why would she ask him that, of all things? Why?! He floundered a bit, trying to get a response; a lot of things came to mind, like 'why don't you try it' or 'nothing feels better than me', but nothing felt right to say. He didn't want Lizzy experimenting with other guys, or else this whole wooing her thing would be a waste of his time, but...just...augh. Why Lizzy, why.

"I...I've never kissed a boil, how would I know?" He said instead, looking to the side for a moment and spotting his saviour. "Food's here!" He informed her, albeit a little panicked, and leaned back enough for the server to put a pillbug special in front of each of them.

Dragain
"But... Well... They might object!" She argued, "And they might hate me..." She practically whimpered the last part out; apparently it was important for Mac's family to like her. Or at least, the family he actually appeared to care about.

"You like me to be a bad... Ghoul...?" She looked baffled for a moment as she tried to wrap her mind around the concept, but ended up shrugging it off. Of course, Mac's hesitance made her curious, and his answer disappointed her since she had been expecting... Well, words of wisdom from a boil who had experience. She stayed silence as their food was served, but once the waiter went out of earshot, she frowned at Mac, trying to get his attention by gently prodding him with the tip of her shoe - since he seemed adamant to look away.

"Well, what about when you were with other ghouls?" Her voice was as soft as ever as she frowned, "Did they make you feel good...? Will it still feel good if you don't have feelings for someone? I mean, you did say something about people having sex-" Her voice dropped even further at the word, "For pleasure...?" She then stared long and hard at Mac.

Enoh Love
"If you're happy with me and I'm happy with you, they won't object if they love me like I know they do." He didn't understand why she was so hung up on this! "...My actual parents though..." He trailed off with a chuckle, shaking his head. Well, they didn't agree to anyone and neither of them loved him much, or so he figured.

"Not what I meant, but okay." He tilted his head a bit, looking down at the food that he thought would save him. Yeeeeah it didn't, it actually made it worse. Bad food, this was your fault. The next question made him uncomfortable, and he couldn't explain why.

"If it's done right, it'll feel good." He admitted, more to his bloody pillbug than the ghoul sitting across from him. "But...if you have feelings for them, it'll feel better...and mean more." Black eyes glanced up at her, and then back down at the food.

Dragain
She still wanted them to like her though, although she could see where Mac was coming from... She looked thoughtful at his response, and for a moment, looked like she was about to ask something else - until she decided against it and started on her meal too. It was delicious, and kept her quiet for a while, as she focused on polishing her plate.

"So... Since you want to be a Ferryman," She spoke suddenly, looking up at Mac in-between bites, "And your uncle considers himself a shipwright... Will your first boat be made by him?"

Enoh Love
Mac stared at her, fully expecting her to say her something else. As the silence continued the Reaper found it best to start eating as well, using the quiet to clear his mind of things; say, Lizzy with other men. He knew how she felt of course, and he was at fault but he was also innocent of one of the cases...sort of.

"Hm?" He paused eating - oh jack this was delicious! - to look up at her and her sudden commentary. The question became apparent and the Reaper chuckled, spearing a piece of bloodied pillbug, letting it hover near his mouth. "My first boat was made by him." He grinned and popped the piece of food into his mouth, chewing with a little smile. "The second one we made together, and I'm working on the third when I can." He informed her after swallowing.

"Also? This is delicious!"

Dragain
"You have a boat? Two?" She squeaked, her eyes widening as she grinned, "And building a third? Ohhhh! I never knew that you were so good with your hands!" That's a lie Lizzy, a complete and utter lie.

"May I see it one day?" She asked, practically sparkling as she leaned over her food, "Please please please?" Sure, it's not like she had never seen a boat before, since their previous field trip had involved them taking a boat to their destination... An island filled with nothing but bad memories and hunters. However, this was a boat that Mac had helped build! That somehow made that boat special and interesting.

She might also want to see Mac in said boat on a foggy day out. Just maybe.

"It is!" She grinned, looking down at her plate, "Although, I don't think I can finish it..." She looked sheepish as she continued, "Do you want to finish it for me? Since it seems like a waste to not... Finish it."

Enoh Love
Good with his hands? Heh heh heh.

"Small ones." Mac clarified, before she got any big ideas that they were actually ships. "Like, gondolas." They were pretty but plain, yet to him they were the best. Her exuberance over wanting to see them was surprising considering she didn't much like water, but...well. "If that's what the Little Lady wishes, that's what the Little Lady gets." He chuckled, shaking his head.

"Err, sure, I'll try?" His meal was almost finished, but he was getting full himself. Hopefully she didn't mean for him to eat all of her left overs? "...And uh...It certainly is a shame to not...finish it." He agreed innocently, scratching the side of his nose.

Dragain
"Size doesn't matter! It belongs to you, so it must be an awesome boat, even if it's a small one," She nodded, still smiling away, although her smile quickly widened when Mac agreed to her request, "I trust you to not drop me into the water! Actually no, promise me you won't try to push me into the water." In case he decided an impromptu swimming lesson was a good idea.

"Thus we must finish," She poked at her food with her fork, pushing it around the plate before putting it in her mouth. Another pillbug was soon speared using her fork, and she held it up towards Mac with an expectant expression... Before wondering if that was too couple-like and turning the fork sideways a little for him to take it from her instead.

Enoh Love
...Size doesn't---Oh Lizzy. Oh Lizzy. A twitch of a grin formed on his lips and he did his best to avoid outright laughing. "On my honor." He stared, with a brief pause as he realized what honor, and it took him a lag of a moment to finish his thought. "...as a Psychopomp." There, on his honor as a guide! That had to account for the honor he tended to lack as a person.

"Agreed." Though there was a good chance he was thinking of something else, but...either way, really. That expectant expression told it all; he knew what she wanted him to do and quite frankly he was not surprised when she turned the fork. Part of him was very annoyed with the several steps back they had taken, but it was his fault and so he'd have to put up with it; still pissed him off though. He didn't take the fork, but he did lean forward enough to chomp down on it, leaning away with the piece of pillbug being chewed thoughtfully.

"Ew, Lizzy germs." He teased, but swallowed the food regardless.

Dragain
"Psychopomp," She echoed with a soft giggle, her cheeks turning red when he went ahead and took the offered food; she had always wanted to do that! Mainly because it had always struck her as kind of cute and romantic, but oddly enough, she had to do it with Mac while they were not official. She hoped this wasn't going to be some sort of a curse... She liked doing these things when she's in a relationship! Not when she's out of one and on a date with her ex... Although the fact that it was Mac made her happy, and she couldn't hide that, not behind the pleased grin on her face.

She stuck out her tongue at him - very briefly, since she remembered where they were - upon hearing his comment, knowing that he was only teasing; they did kiss, after all, so he probably had a lot of Lizzy germs in him! Using the fork, she took another pillbug, this time for herself. After swallowing it, she made a face, "Ewww, Mac cooties~" Giggling, she grinned, "Want more?"

Enoh Love
"What's so funny, mm?" He gave the ghoul a look, and proceeded to watch her try again at her own food, unable to bite back laughter. "Mature, Lizzy. Very mature." But, just to prove he was too, he stuck his tongue out at her as well. There, take that! The question had him grinning, though.

"More of what? Your cooties, or the food?" He just couldn't resist.

Dragain
"It's fun to say - psychopomp," She giggled again, "It should be every scareling's first word." Or just all her scarelings.

"W-what?" She blinked, her blush deepening as she processed the question, her mind going straight to kissing, "Macccc!" Pouting, she left her utensils on the plate before clearing her throat, although that didn't stop her voice from wavering slightly, "W-well, since you asked, which would you prefer?"

Enoh Love
"A little long for a first word." He mused, though he had to agree - he did love saying Psychopomp. The way she blushed, jack he loved that! As she whined at him he leaned his chin on his hand, elbow so rudely on the table. Poor ghoul, her buttons were so easy to press...at least, he thought they were easy to press.

"I'm not answering that question." He informed her point-blank. "At least until I know what your answer would be, or where you want this to go." He shrugged, but...his answer was probably pretty obvious.

Dragain
"I'm sure they'll manage," She answer almost immediately before pausing, "Uh, and by that I mean scarelings in general." She wasn't daydreaming about her future scarelings or anything like that.

"My answer?" She asked, frowning as she looked away, "Well... You showed up today with flowers and brought me here, even though it's... Not exactly affordable. You called it a special occasion. You actually asked me questions regarding my interests..." She trailed off before turning her attention back to Mac, reaching out to gently pinch her nose, "But you still need to pop the question! Although... You know my answer, don't you?" Yes, she was determined to see this through.

Enoh Love
"...They?" He didn't miss that, but...then again, Lizzy had a weird way with words. Always weird. He stayed with his chin in his palm as she spoke and did nothing more than wrinkle up his face at the nose pinch, but she had his complete attention.

She had a point, he'd gone more out of his way to get to know her this time; it wasn't an accidental or sudden relationship like last time. Moving fast, but that was due to their history. He couldn't promise that he'd always be this way, but he could promise to be himself; he just assumed she would understand and know that already.

"Want me to get down on my knee, too?" He chuckled, again unable to resist the quip. "Not here, though." As much as he wanted to, he didn't want to do it here. As it always happened, the Waiter showed up at rather inopportune, opportune moments.

"Would you like that to go, Madam?" The stuffy Vampire asked, long cold hands pressed together. He was waiting for her answer before touching anything on the table, even though Mac's plate was all but empty.

Dragain
"Oh, that would be great, actually," She teased, although she was sure she would melt from being touched and then immediately die of embarrassment if he really did something like that, "And it would be the most memorable thing ever." She paused and then nodded; not here... Well, she was fine with not here, as long as Mac was there with her!

The waiter would get a smile and a nod from her; it didn't seem like she would be able to finish, even if it was a shame... But it was a pretty big serving!

"Where to next?" She asked the boil seated across the table from her, "Any ideas?"

Enoh Love
"Geez, you're going to make proposing difficult." He teased right back; if she wanted him down on his knee to ask her out, jack forbid what she would expect if he ever asked her to marry him. N-not that he was thinking about it! Oh jack no, that was way, way too early for that train of thought!

"Very good, Miss." The Vampire cleared the table and left, going to bag the rest of her food for her.

"I have plenty of ideas, Miss." Mac informed her, but otherwise left the question unanswered. The waiter returned soon enough, the rest of Lizzy's food in a very decorative container and a bill folder, which Mac scooped up pretty quickly.

He had been expecting that amount, and as high as it was he didn't let on, instead easily fishing out some cards from his jacket, tucking them inside and moving to get up. "Ready to go, then?" He asked, moving to her side of the table and offering his hand out to her.

Dragain
"I'm sure you'll come up with some amazing way to propose, because you're Mac," She smiled, allowing him to get the bill, even if she did somewhat awkwardly look away, not sure what she was supposed to do as the payment was being made. When he came over, she relaxed a bit, taking his hand before grabbing the food container, "Well, if we ever get to that point anyway..." She wasn't thinking about that either, seeing how she couldn't even call him her boilfriend at this point in time, much less dreaming of anything more.

"Well, mister, where are we going now?" She laid her head against his shoulder, "Or are you going to continue to be mysterious for the rest of the day?"

Enoh Love
"Who knows." His fingers closed around hers, leading her from the table and outside, where the pumpkin sun was already setting. It wasn't until they were both outside when he paused, moving to the side just to avoid traffic to and from the restaurant.

"I suppose I do need your help with something first." He admitted, rubbing his chin with his free hand. "Movie now, or later?"
PostPosted: Fri Feb 17, 2012 8:13 am

Dragain
"Uh... We can watch a movie in my room, since you brought those out?" She suggested, "So... That can come last, I guess, since it'll be done in school... Oh, also, before I forget-" She pulled Mac a little away from the entrance of the restaurant before giving him a quick peck on the cheek, trying not to draw any attention from bystanders, "Thanks for the meal."

Enoh Love
Movies...in her room? Alone? Oh dear. Well. Okay.

"Uhh sure, sounds good to me--Ack!" He yelped as she pulled him away and blinked when she gave the little peck. "Ah...you're welcome." He smiled down at her and then straightened, keeping his grip on her hand.

"This way, then." Smiling away, Mac lead her away from the restaurant and...the way they came? He was taking his dear sweet time though, merely enjoying the walk with her and lightly swinging their hands between them. Then, a few roads before the maul he turned suddenly, walking down a different street instead.

"So, do you want to dance?" He smiled at her; the road was now near bare, it was remarkably dark out and, more importantly, there was no music anywhere.

Dragain
She was more than willing to follow, trusting that Mac would take her someplace amazing- She stopped when he did, looking around at the empty street with a slight frown, "Dance? Where?" She couldn't see any place that looked like it was open, unless he was talking about a place further down the street, or at the Maul... Although they were walking in the wrong direction if it was the latter.

He couldn't possibly mean here right?

Enoh Love
"Here." He said matter of factly, stopping at a very strategic point...in the middle of the street. "Yup, this spot's good." In fact, they were standing on the line that separated the lanes. He cleared his throat, taking a half step back, fixing his outfit before offering her his hand. "So, how about it?"

Dragain
Lizzy shot Mac a weird look, before looking around nervously, "What if a carriage comes through here? Or someone sees us?" The latter sounded worse than the former, especially if there was a FEAR clinic nearby that they could reform in.

"But..." She stared at Mac for a little bit and then nodded, taking his hand and putting her free hand on his shoulder, closing the distance between them, "If you're sure..."

Enoh Love
"Are you embarrassed?" Mac said, brushing off the idea of getting hit; they'd be fine, he was more observant than that. Plus, the whole FEAR clinic nearby. Her only other argument was being seen, and he had to tease her as to why. It didn't matter that she took his hand and stepped closer, or that his fingers curled around hers and the other rested so easily on the curve of her waist.

"I'm sure, even if you aren't." He chuckled, leading her into a musicless dance, right there in the middle of the road.

Dragain
"Embarrassed by you," She replied with a pout, although she did follow his steps, allowing him to lead like he had always done so whenever they danced. It was different, dancing without music, and took her a while to get into it, but strangely enough, the music that was playing in her mind was Exile Vilify, "You know, every time I dance with you, something bad happens. Like me losing my first kiss, or you becoming my boilfriend." She giggled, obviously teasing about the latter, "I think if a carriage comes charging at us right now, I'll say 'I told you so'."

Enoh Love
"I knew it." Yet he danced with her anyway, shifting away only to lead her into a twirl. He didn't really have any music playing in his head, but it was nice to dance with her regardless. "You know, you're right." He chuckled out, swaying easily with her. "We should stop immediately, before anything bad happens." Yet he didn't stop, still leading her this way and that. "Though I'm not sure what would be worse than dating me, so getting hit by a carriage would be a walk in the park." Grinning, he stared down at her and gave a little wink.

"And no, I'm not going to let you try to summon a carriage to hit us."

Dragain
She kept close to him, enjoying the dance as well, relaxing with every second that passed, becoming less worried about potential incoming carriages and instead, focusing on how good Mac looked and smelt; really, she wondered if she was more attracted to his smell compared to his looks, where physical attributes were concerned.

"We should," She agreed, although made no attempts to stop either, "Well, I don't really want to be right... Besides, being your ghoulfriend wasn't that tough. I think I did pretty well... What do you think?"

Enoh Love
"You did very well." Mac agreed with a smile, his hand migrating from the curve of her hip to her lower back the closer she got to him. There was something in this, he missed this; her scent, the closeness, everything; it was the thing that he kept realizing over and over again. "I think ---- OH JACK!" He stopped, stared over her shoulder, and without much more of a warning he grabbed her and pulled her off the road and onto the safety of the sidewalk. The carriage went screaming by, the driver cursing them out of the window.

"What did I say about summoning Carriages?" He laughed once the carriage was well out of range.

Dragain
"Wha-" Before she could say anything more, she was pulled aside, hearing something trotting past them and someone yelling something that sounded like cursing. She stared after the carriage, her heart pounding in her chest, before staring at Mac, and then back at the carriage, which was almost out of sight now. Her attention then once again went back to the boil in front of her.

"EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee-" Came the belated screaming before she inhaled deeply to calm herself down, "MAC. You are crazy." She managed to squeak out before frowning at his comment, amazed that he still had the mood to joke - considering how they were almost ran over by a speeding carriage. However, after a moment of glaring and not blinking, she deadpanned, placing her hands on her hips, "Sorry, but summoning carriages is now my fear. I'm sorry I didn't tell you, but yeah."

Enoh Love
Mac was laughing as she scolded him and as she freaked out about the Carriage that almost - but certainly did NOT - hit them.

"So I guess laying on the road is out of the question?" He chuckled, looking both ways before pulling her back onto the road, holding her and resuming dancing like nothing had ever happened. In fact, the carriage didn't happen so much that he looked at her in surprise. "Well, don't summon any here okay, we're dancing in the street, don't wanna get hit or anything." He chuckled. "But that's a really neat FEAR how did you get that one?"

Dragain
"No. Completely out of the question!" She shook her head and frowned just as Mac decided to pull them back onto the road where they almost became Fear particles via carriage. She didn't resist, although she did look really wary, looking around just to make sure that there were no more incoming traffic as she tried her best to follow Mac's dance steps, "No promises. You know how unpredictable Fear can be... Maybe more than just one carriage will be summoned next time."

She paused, trying not to giggle or smile as she continued, "Oh, you know... Long story short, there was this good-looking but crazy boil who decided that dancing in the middle of the road was a good idea, so my new fear must had developed then."

Enoh Love
"Why not? Where's your sense of fun?" He teased, dancing happily with her in the musicless street. It was obvious that she was weary of the whole thing so he made a point of dancing ridiculously animated, just to make her laugh instead of worry. "No promises? Well, I'll try to save you anyway, just in case." He chuckled, and then just looked amused when she went on to her story.

"You have odd taste in boils." Rolling his eyes, he looked down the street, up the street, and then down at the pretty ghoul dancing with him. "So I think, before your FEAR kills us both and that crazy good-looking boil comes back, I have a question for you." While he didn't didn't stop dancing with her, he did slow down a little bit and didn't hold her as close. Sure he probably should have stopped, but...he didn't want to.

"Will you go out with me? ...Again?"

Dragain
"My sense of fun only reveals itself when an activity doesn't involve crazy things," She informed him, although his antics did cause her to giggle as she tried hard to cover up by randomly clearing her throat, "Like dancing in the middle of a road, for example." Yes, she wasn't going to give that up, especially since she had the right to say 'I told you so'.

"I do, but he's the best thing ever," She grinned, "You have to meet him." She almost stopped dancing at his question, her heart skipping a bit as she looked down, staring at the buttons on his undershirt before looking up; her face was red, and her lips were twitching upwards, but she was desperately trying not to physically explode from the joy yet, "Oh? But we're already going out? You know... We're on a day out...?"

Enoh Love
"Mmmm I don't know, what's more fun than dancing in the middle of the road?" He said innocently, swaying a little bit thoughtfully. "Nah, I don't want to meet him, I'd get jealous." He chuckled low and brief, looking down at her and the way her face was red, the way she was trying so hard to not smile. Heh.

"You know what I mean." The farce was over, there was no more dancing; just a Reaper and a Demon, standing close in the middle of the street. "Date me, Lizzy. Be my ghoulfriend." Another small pause. "Again."

Dragain
"Yes!" She was no longer concerned about where they were standing. She was no longer worried that a carriage might come along and run her over at any time - because she had been waiting and waiting to hear that from him, and even if she exploded into Fear particles right now, this would still be the best day ever... And Mac wooed her! Everything was fast-forwarded, but he put effort into it!

Throwing her arms around his neck, she pulled herself up and him down in order to meet his lips, "I would-" A kiss, "Love to." Another kiss, "Just don't ever-" Another kiss, "Make decisions for me-" Another kiss, "Again." She then leaned away just enough to look at his face, her eyes slightly moist; she missed being able to do that so much... She missed him so much.

"Hey Mac, hey," She said softly, pulling her forehead against his, staring into his eyes, gently brushing her thumb against the back of his neck, "I love you."

Enoh Love
"I mean, if you'd rather---" Wait. Wait. Wait! She said yes? SHE SAID YES Oh jack why did that make him so happy? He felt like a man who just proposed marriage not dating, but either way it was an awesome feeling! Her answer made him all smiles, and when her arms went around his neck his own slipped around her slight waist, only happily leaning down as she demanded.

Even happier were the kisses he returned to her. One after another in between a second agreement and a little threat - no, ultimatum - and he grinned against her lips, stiffling chuckles. "I promise." He swore, this time being the one to plant the kiss.

"Mm?" He hummed, loosening his grip just enough to lean back and gaze down at her; the ghoul he adored, his once more. He didn't think it was possible to smile more than he was, but he somehow managed; these three little words he had heard from her before, but the difference between then and know?

"I----" Mac's voice was drowned out by the blaying of a carriage driver, and the words he wanted to say were lost in a strained yelp and a rather rough relocating, practically picking the ghoul up to get her to safety. She was put back on her feet on the sidewalk, and the smile had turned into a cheeky grin. "I thought I told you not to use your fear." He tsked, planting a small kiss to her nose. "Stop trying to kill us." He sighed but straightened, arms slipping around her more comfortably.

"I love you too." Now he could say this, and now he meant it. He leaned down to kiss her again, holding her softly against him.

Dragain
Mac's smiling was making her smile even harder, and all that constant smiling was making her face hurt, but she didn't care; her face could be sore but she would still be unable to stop smiling.

She squeaked when she was lifted off her feet suddenly, but quickly burst into laughter as she was moved to the sidewalk, clinging tightly to Mac and trusting him to keep her safe. When Mac put her down again and kissed her on the nose, her laughter gave way to giggles, her arms automatically wrapping around him, enjoying the warmth he was providing, "Awwww, but I'm so happy that I lost control!" She tried to pout, but the smile wouldn't go away.

In fact, when she heard his reply, her eyes widened before quickly closing, eagerly returning the kiss, her arms tightening around him; while she had said it to him before on various occasions, she had never heard him say it back to her before - this was the first time... Which made it all the more special.

"Do you want to sleepover at my place after the movie?" She broke the kiss briefly to ask, sounding hopeful, missing how it was like to cuddle all night and wake up warm the next morning.

Enoh Love
"You sure you want a sleepover?" Mac teased with a chuckle, holding the ghoul close and swaying this way and that, halfassed resuming the dance, only this time on the sidewalk. "Either way, I would love to sleep over...whenever you feel we're done dancing. And that movie." Oh there was more he wanted to do and suggest doing, but...he'd just won her back, he needed to play nice for now.
PostPosted: Fri Feb 17, 2012 9:04 am

Dragain
"Yes, unless you're against it, I'm very sure," She nodded, laying her head down on his chest, enjoying the feeling of his arms around her, "I mean, it's been a while..." Really, she was just thinking about all the cuddling and kissing and- She blushed, clearing her throat and removing her arms from around him in order to take his hand, getting ready for the walk back to school, "I think we should go now~ What movies did you bring over?"

Enoh Love
"I'm all for it!" He insisted, his arms sliding from around her waist to hold her hand instead. "Alrighty, homeward bound it is." The Reaper lead her down the street they had just been dancing on, and the closer they got to the more populated areas the more carriages, death chargers and other transportation devices littered the road. "Wow, your FEAR's off the charts...I think you should get that looked at." It was an idle comment through an amused grin, but the question had him shrugging.

"Only the chickest of chick flicks, like...Gnomeo and Juliet and Haunted Notebook." He hadn't watched them, he just heard they were the best, so...that was why he chose them.

Dragain
"I'm so happy that my Fear is out of control!" She pouted, gently swinging their interlinked hands between them, "Ohh, I've never watched the Haunted Notebook before! Let's watch that!" With that decided, she hummed thoughtfully, letting him go just to cling to his arm, laying her head down on it as they walked; this way, she could smell him and hold him close!

Soon, they were back at the demon dorms, Lizzy practically dragging Mac to her room; it was unsure if she was excited about the movie - excuse to cuddle - or the sleepover - another excuse to cuddle - but it was safe to presume that she was excited for both.

"Here," She chirped happily, pulling her boilfriend - she squealed internally - over to a small room at the back of her room, where there was a couch and a skelevision, before helping him take his jacket off, tossing it on her bed with a grin, "There! Much comfier, right?"

Enoh Love
Oh he noticed that he was practically being dragged. Not that he was complaining at all...not one bit! The Demon dorms still made him shudder, but that was something he kept to himself; her room, however, was nice. Actually, he couldn't remember ever sleeping over at her place...it had always been his. Huh.

"Much better." He agreed, also kicking off his boots and the cumbersome belt; what? It had dangly bits, totally not cuddle material! The DVD was rescued from the hiding place in his jacket, and it didn't take him long at all to find the DVD player and to get the movie up and running for her. This stuff? He was a pro at this stuff.

Once it was ready he looked over his shoulder, spotting his ghoulfriend where ever it was she decided to sit. "Ready?" He inquired, moving to sit beside her and to give them time to get comfortable before hitting play on the remote.

Dragain
"Yes," She nodded before snuggling with him, her head on his shoulder and her arms around his arm - until a little way into the movie, where she somehow shifted herself up on his lap, using him as her seat instead, "He's silly." She was talking about the male character in the movie, of course, "She's silly too." Now talking about the female character when she yelled for a break up too.

"They're both silly, but I guess it would be less of a movie if they were less silly," She pouted, turning so that she could see Mac before smiling and resting her head on him, planting a kiss on his neck, "I hope this has a good ending..."

Enoh Love
"Guess we'll have to see." He shrugged, making himself comfortable with the ghoul on his arm.

And it did have a good ending.

It was oddly similar to the (human version) of the notebook, not that either of them would know that; it was just minus the dancing in the street thing. The rest was pretty to the T. As the credits rolled to a slow, sad but strangely feel-good song, even Mac had to admit that he was tearing up. He sniffled, cleared his throat, and then looked down at the ghoul on his arm.

"So...? What'd you think...?"

Dragain
She was sobbing at the end of the movie, staring at the screen in mild disbelief as the credits rolled in; the story had tugged at her heartstrings, and while it had a good ending, it was also bittersweet since for a good part at the end of their lives, it was hinted that the ghoul couldn't remember him despite their history together... That must had been so heartbreaking for him!

"Ilikedit," She muttered, wiping the tears away using the back of her hand, "It'sagoodmovie..." A long pause followed as she tried to stop crying, largely succeeding as her sobbing was reduced to soft sniffles as she turned to look at Mac, taking his hand and playing with his fingers, "Um... So... Bed or shower...?"

Enoh Love
If he was tearing up, he fully expected Lizzy to completely lose it. He was right of course, as the poor ghoul was sobbing her eyes out. He had moved out of her grasp to hold her instead, gently rubbing her back until she calmed down. Poor, poor thing.

When she calmed down, he let her play with his fingers, occasionally squeezing a digit of her own. "Either or...I don't think I'm particularly smelly, but I won't pass up the chance to shower with you again." Of course she meant together, what other kind of shower was there?!

Dragain
"W-wha-" Her eyes widened and she stared at Mac before shoving him back with a hand, her cheeks turning red as she pinned him against the back of the couch, "Who said anything about showering together?" She wasn't consciously thinking of that! Nope! No way! Her face was turning redder, her attention going to the fingers sprawled out on his chest in an attempt to not have to look at Mac directly, although staring at his chest wasn't really helping the tinge of red on her cheeks...

Enoh Love
If it weren't for the panic in her voice, Mac might have thought she was playing coy. Oh. Right. By her speed, wasn't it? The surprise melted from his feature and in its place remained a soft smile, reaching up to cover one of her hands with his. Aww, she was still so cute when she was flustered! And when she admitted to liking it when she was touched, he fought hard to not grin like a cheshire cat. That was good to hear; at least he had done something right.

"It's up to you. If you want to shower separately or together, or take a bath separately or together, or if you want me to touch you, or even just go to bed..." He'd worked hard to win her back, or to at least pretend he was winning her back (had he ever really lost her?), it would be a shame to ruin it by being... Himself. For now, at least.

"It's entirely up to you."

Dragain
So they spent the evening together, doing whatever Lizzy wanted to do... The end!
