Due to this place being on the 1st floor not so many of "them" are here and so the first floor in general is a safe place to be but some of "Them" do make there way up the stairs and to here.

Encounter Rule: Every 10 posts, say there are ten of you, after the tenth person has posted then this action will be done; role a single 6 sided dice, if it lands on a 2, 4 or 6 you'll encounter 5 of "Them".

" The first floor and up should be some of the safest places in the entire school. Stairs are not necessarily "their" strong points. Climbing them will take a considerable amount of time..In that time I need to make it to my locker and then out of the building completely. My phone still works, so hopefully I can call one of the other members from the Survival Club to meet up with." spoke Kota quietly as he looked down the long hallway of the first floor. The few that did make their way up the stairs were usually dispatched off before any real damage could be done. There was a water bottle within his very own locker that would have been used for his Gym Class, if he had it. But thanks to the Apocalypse, Gym was, well, suspended. Indefinitely. There was no doubt in his mind that the school would become overrun in time, not to mention that when supplies ran out, those who could not face the truth would become one of "them" because of their lack of will power to go out and survive for the friends that they lost. Kota, however, was going to survive. If not for himself, then for the friends that he had to kill in order to be able to walk through his school's hallways. Maneuvering around the dead bodies that littered the hallways, he took brief moments to examine them from a distance before passing them. Standard tests like waiting to see if its head, or any other part of its body showed signs of vitality. Some of "them" had impaled heads, or their legs had been shot clean off. A crawling zombie, though slow, could become one's very worst nightmare. Being alone in this nightmare was enough to scare him. No amount of preparation could truly make someone alright with the events that had happened. He had chosen to accept them, for had he not, then he would have died. It was the way the world worked and continued to work. Adapting to new situations and surroundings. Learning from the mistakes of others. While rapidly approaching his locker, the only problem that seemed to cross his mind was, what happened if his locker made a noise. Also, how could he get his water without worry of one of "them" sneaking up on him out of nowhere, as they were good for things like that. Adjusting the sling in which his Scout Rifle was attached too, he took a clam breath before putting his hand to his lock. Spinning in it in three separate directions, it soon clicked open. The noise had made him flinch and look around desperately, but when no one was around he sighed for a moment before opening the locker fully to where its door was on the locker besides him. Reaching up now, he grabbed the water bottle from his top shelf before gripping it tightly and unzipping his bag.

Once the water bottle was secured in his bag now, he zipped it right back up before putting it on once more. Placing a hand on his locker door, he thought quietly of all the times he had visited it during the course of school. Provided it was not many times, as most tried to push him into a locker because of his zombie theories. Those people were now dead. Sighing quietly now he proceeded to enter the stairwell. If he was going to escape, the only way to escape, was the front entrance itself. With confidence in his eyes now, he prayed he would not encounter any of them as he proceeded.
