Custom Devil Fruits Rules & Guidelines
These are the rules & guidelines for custom Devil Fruits in GL. Members, and Crew alike must follow these rules & guideline, as they will help when you begin creating your Custom Devil Fruits.
Rules -
○ Nobody may auto-learn a custom devil fruit powers, you must train to obtain them like any other regular technique.
○ No devil fruits based directly on another show, but a picture reference is fine. Also no variations of existing devil fruits.
○ You must be of Pirate/Lieutenant in rank to have custom Devil Fruit.
○ Follow the forum exactly, or we will deny your request.
○ If we deny a Devil Fruit, and you complain & argue you will be completely stripped of all your customs until your next RPC.
○ You will not be allowed to submit devil fruits, or powers that are beyond realistic in the one piece universe.
○ Once you've been approved, you must post it in the thread where custom devil fruits are kept.
○ No Deckhand/Recruit is allowed to make any custom devil fruits

Name of Devil Fruit -Kaze Kaze no Mi
Powers- The Kaze Kaze no Mi (Wind Wind fruit) is a Logia type of Devil Fruit that allows the user mastery over the element of Air. Manipulation of air grants the user an increase in agility and maneuverability thus giving the user the upper hand against most common enemies in most land based battles.
Skills/Abilities/Techniques List-
Name: Soaring Wind
Description: Atticus creates artificial air currents around him which allows him to fly at incredible speeds.This allows him to travel at a greater speed over long distances, however, he is incapable of doing this over open water sources.

Name: Air Slash
Description: Atticus uses a strong current of wind in a cutting action, strong enough to slice and attack many foes as if using a sword, this move has large range, but is much more effective with a melee weapon in hand, e.g. a sword

Name: Wailing Blow
Description: A powerful gust of air that Atticus creates with a wide range. This attack blows back weak projectiles and in stronger bursts, people, providing a decent defense from mediocre non-piercing attacks.

Description: Atticus fires a condensed burst of air that travels at high speed, can cause internal damage if hit repeatedly.

Name: Cyclone Fist
Description: Atticus creates a powerful current of air from his fist that swerves toward her opponent, causes more concussive force, than damage.

Name: Gale Burst
Description: A highly compressed currents of air is built up around Atticus' fists so that on impact of the punch a powerful blow is caused giving it explosive-like force of wind, requires a moment of uninterrupted concentration so its effectiveness is limited in particularly dangerous or hectic fights.

Name: Tempest Storm
Description: A full powered attack that summons a powerful blast of air with tornado force winds and can clear a small battle field of medium strength opponents. Requires concentration and preparation time.

Weakness- One weakness is that the user is only able to manipulate air in a 30 meter radius. Its other weaknesses lie in the fact that it is highly affected by temperature change. While the user is able to "fly" while transformed, they cannot achieve this above 50ft due to atmosphere change, or travel over open water sources, e.g. the sea. Another possible weakness it that while the user is transformed, they are not invisible as with regular air, but the user takes on a distance gray color. As with all devil fruit abilities, the user cannot utilize their ability while in contact with sea stone or the seas itself. Also, the user is venerable to haki imbued attacks.
Strength- This fruit allows the user to generate powerful gusts of wind from their limbs and body as demonstrated by Marie. These bursts of air can vary in intensity and range depending on the width of the blast. Wide ranged bursts of air can reach speeds nearly equal to hurricane winds easily blowing away enemies and light projectiles, while narrowing the burst of air will result in a spiraling reinforced stream capable of piecing weak armor. By enveloping the host in air and riding on a glider-like device the user can travel at high speeds along a "wind road" nicknamed the "Jet Stream". The user can also envelope their limbs in a spiraling current of air in order to increase the damage they can deal through melee combat as well as enhancing the cutting power and range of cutting weapons. By producing a thin current of air from the users legs they can also "ride the wind" allowing them to maneuver faster. As with all Logia type Devil Fruit, the user can also become air, allowing ordinary non-haki or Devil fruit based attacks to phase through the user's intangible body, though the user leaves themselves venerable from different types of attacks in this form

Description - The Kaze Kaze no Mi appears to be in the shape of a large apple, with the devil fruit-common swirls over it. It's blue with a green spiraling steam.

Name of Devil Fruit - Kumo Kumo in Mi
Powers- The Kumo Kumo no Mi (Cloud Cloud Fruit) allows the user to generate, manipulate, or become clouds. Like other logia fruits, when the user is hit, he/she can simply use their power to turn into clouds. Also, the user is able to fly by turning their lower part into clouds, greatly enhancing the user's movement speed.
Skills/Abilities/Techniques List-
Name: Clouded Mind
Description: The user creates a small Cloud around the target's head, Which blinds and moves wherever the target moves. It cannot be removed my hand, but can be blown away by wind if strong enough.

Name: Magic Carpet
Description: The user creates a mat made of clouds dense enough so people may step on. The user is able to control where it goes.

Name: Cloud Serpent
Description: Cloud launches a "long serpent" of dense cloud from his arm. This can be used to grab people or objects out of his reach.

Name: Clouded Fog
Description: The user creates a dense fog, concealing himself, or he could turn into the fog. Regardless of whether he does or not, he still gains the advantage of knowing where anybody and everybody in the fog is located. That's not all, the user can also condense the fog around his target, leaving them stuck.

Name: Cloud Launch
Description: Cloud is able to fly by turning his lower half into clouds, greatly enhancing his movement speed.
Rank: Pirate/Lieutenent
Name: Cloud Wall
Description: Cloud creates a dense wall of cloud that is strong enough to block cannon balls. Cloud normally uses this to surround pirates so they can't escape.
Rank: Pirate/Lieutenent
Name: Storm Hands
Description: Cloud turns is hands into cloud hands with density that rivals that of metal. The intense density of the clouds make them look like black storm clouds, hence the name.
Rank: Commander/Rear Admiral
Weakness-
Other weaknesses besides the use of Haki or standard devil fruit weaknesses is currently unknown.
Strength-
This allows the user to generate clouds. Unlike the Moku Moku no Mi (Plume Plume Fruit), the Kumo Kumo no Mi allows the user to condense or expand clouds, which, if used correctly, can be used to create (or stop) rain. The user can also condense clouds to the point where the user can use it to destroy things with brute force, like ships or buildings. And, unlike the Moku Moku no Mi, it can be used to put out the fire, instead of being cancelled out (trying to make it look like it's not just a copy of the Plume Plume fruit XD)
Type [ Zoan, Logia, Paramecia ] - Logia
Description - The fruit resembles a blue peach with swirls on it. It smells and tastes like a rotten peach.

Description: Hard use of an instrument causes a shockwave of sound that can be as minor as ear splitting to as devastating as smashing barrels. This attack can hurt most Logia types, especially crystalline types, like diamonds or ice.

Name: Amplify!
Description: Amplifies the voice of the musician wielding the user as well as the music played from the user like an amp on a stage.

Weakness- Typical devil fruit weakness, seastone, ocean etc etc. The cat cannot play itself. The cat cannot move when it is transformed.
Strength- Can turn into any instrument. Can play loudly or softly. Can cause destructive sound waves.
Type- Paramencia
Description - Allows the user to morph limbs *in this case most of the body* into instruments and use sound or music as weapons, or just play music.
Rp Sample-
Parthenope, or Paro to her friends, had been practicing the piano when her brother, Orpheus, ran in with a soaking cat. "Sister, look what I found! The poor thing was drowning and I rescued it!" Paro left the piano with a sigh and went to go look at the strange cat her brother had rescued. It certainly did look pitiful, drenched in water, so she decided to dry it off. As she began to dry the cat off it gave a happy meow and began to purr. Paro smiled faintly before she looked to her brother. "Should we name it?"
Her brother nodded and began saying a bunch of names while she just rolled her eyes. If he had to pick, this could take all night, instead she looked at the cat as he began to clean himself. "Hmmm, you like a Carlile to me.... Oh how I wished we owned a flute, then I could play a sweet melody for you." The cat meowed at the name she had given then changed into a flute for her with a puff of smoke. Both Paro and Orpheus coughed and when the smoke cleared, in place of the cat was a brown, fuzzy cat like flute. Paro picked it up and began to play, amazed that it produced such a beautiful sound! When she finished her song she put it back on the table and the cat resumed its original form. "This cat has eaten a devil fruit!" Orpheus exclaimed as Paro looked on, "Not cat....Carlile."
I am making this for my friend's RPC's pet cat x3 Hope that's ok x3
