The Pelican's Mess, as we call it, is the communal Area for Dark Legion's Sailors. Old, and young alike! Around the edges of the room are cots hung from the ceiling, three, or four high. In the center of the room are small folding tables and chairs and a Kitchenette. When Fights occur they will be broken up immediatly and you'll have a pretty little talk with your CO, but other than that and a few smaller rules this place, however small, and uncomfortable is the place where you can relax and connect with your fellow Sailor!
