Quitting the Guild and Removing a Character
We're sad to hear that you would need to go, but we understand. Hopefully you gave our teaching style a chance and tried to attend class once a week. If it was too hard to keep up with, we understand. About half of our members are college students, and the other half still have lives outside of Gaia. So here's what you need to do if you really can't stick around or if you can't keep up with the characters you have:
1. Go to your character thread and edit the title to say, "Please Delete". PM _________ (if student), _________ (if professor), or ____________ (if Magical creature) an update that you have done this.
2. Please provide a decent reason as to why you're quitting or why you're deleting this character in the PM. We may be able to work around any issues you may have.
3. If we cannot find a solution to the problem, then ___________ (if student), v (if professor), or ___________ (if Magical creature) will move your character thread to the Wailing Cavern subforum and edit the title to say, "Deleted Upon Request".
4. ___________ (if student), ___________ (if professor), or ___________ (if Magical creature) will then remove your character's name from the Current House Occupants.
5. Should you ever wish for your character to return to Durmstrang, we will be able to move your character back to the Character Profiles subforum. This also applies to any person who was removed from the guild their first time for any reason (e.g. Inactivity).
