Personality
First and foremost, Lock is endlessly curious. She's spent most of her life on the side of a barren mountain; there wasn't exactly entertainment everywhere you looked. As such, coming to the

History: Lock's tribe is located in a very small, remote valley filled with snow. The village itself is built into the side of a mountain, with long slopes just covered in snow. Inside of their little houses (which are, in essence, just huts) is warm furs, tapestries, fires. The base of the village opens up to a small forest that has grown around the ice. This is where the village people master their druid abilities, working with the snow and ice to work with nature.

The chief of the village is Lock's uncle- her mother is the sister to the chief; Lock virtually has no power within her village, save for a slightly higher status in the village, and a better housing situation than most. There is no royal palace or anything for her, she just lives closer to the top of the mountainside.

For the most part, she wasn't bothered as a child. Her tribe considers men to be hunters, and warriors, while women are healers and gatherers. Its a rather primitive place, but it has rustic charms.

Due to the harsh weather, its rather hard to get in and out of the village, unless you know special paths and gateways. Lock's uncle has had a ... change of heart recently, and has decided that it is finally time to open the Shivran village to the greater region.

As such, the village has become a little more integrated with the outside world. There have been a few scouts sent out, and they returned with basic knowledge of this "new world." Of course, no outsiders were allowed in still. The scouts always returned within the week; leaving the tribe has never been permanent- until now.

The chief decided to finally send someone for a permanent residence, who would be required by order to send messages back and forth frequently. To choose the sons and daughters of the chief would be ludicrous, and to choose the sons of the chief's family would be strange as well. Instead they looked to Lock; being the daughter of the chief's brother, she wasn't vital to the inner workings of their tribes. All things considered? Lock even volunteered. She was strong, but eager to see new things as well.

Thus, Lock has slowly started coming out of her forest, curious for more. At the moment, she is an experiment. She has no idea what the chief intends to do with the information she gathers, nor the political hierarchy that went into this decision.

(Also, I won't deny that the Shivran village was entirely inspired by the Oina tribe from Okami, as well as influences from Atlantis by Disney xD)

Ability Concetration/Theme: Snow Manipulation. While most of her tribe focuses on rare artic plants, blankety blankety actually prefers using the basics of what she has around her; the snow itself. She creates little tiny wolves that attack, or just keep her company in general. They don't last very long though, before her magic runs out, and the wolves return to snow. They are akin to white wolfos in that they simply go straight for the target- they're not intelligent or creative. They just go. rofl

Since moving to Lillium Hallow, there isn't exactly a surplus of snow in most cases, so Lock decided to bring her snow in three enchanted bottles around her waist. They are a little cold to the touch, and have the ability to keep the snow in them in a perpetual state of icy goodness.

Visual References:

OVERALL she is based on the bearberry! <3

Hair: White and normally kept in two thick braids.
Eyes: Ruddy brownish red
Skin: Browned.
Clothing: It can be fiddled with, but it should overall stay within the sort of Oina Tribe look.
Extras: Her Mask is something akin to the princess Mononoke mask; the reference I drew has a basic sort of design, but you can seriously do whatever you want with it as long as it stays in the same basic idea.
She has a necklace with a pressed pine needle in it from her family; overall design isn't important, but just make sure she has it.
Her horns are a dark green at the base, and then white fading in that looks like snow.
Obviously the bottles around her waist are important; no bottles, no attacks! xD
