Ok, well, as I've told Net, Contra, and EoJ, I'd like to implement a class system to make it fair overall. We have the main classes set up, which I'll post after a while, but I'd like to have input on subclasses. Anyone have any ideas?

It's a tad hard to think up subclasses when you don't know the main classes.... Also, why is no one telling me anything?

Just as we spoke on the IM whats going to be done about halfsies characters, would the subclasses cover that or would i be scrapping a character?

The Lions Heart I'll be making a sub class specifically for hybrids. And sorry Toad, you weren't on when this was discussed. I'll try to get you up to speed ASAP. Stupid timezones and schedules... Reploids: -Foot Boosters +3 to Speed, +2 to Reflexes -Advanced Armor Plating +2 to Defense
Humans: Choose Two -Megamerge Gives same stat boosts as Reploid Class (Cannont be Selected with EM Wave Change) -EM Wave Change Gives same stat boosts as Net Navi/Energy Beings (Cannont be Selected with Megamerge) -Will to Live +5 to Life Energy
Robot Masters: -Armor Plating +1 to Defense -Energy Booster +3 to Weapon Energy
Elysium: (Limited to one custom attribute ) -Deep Energy +6 to Weapon Energy -Extra Life: Auto one time full repair when near death. -Advanced Armor Plating +2 to Defense
Net Navi/Energy Beings: -Full Synchro When near death, +3 to Attack, Speed, and Reflexes -Flowing Energy +5 Life Energy

Oh god, characters are gonna have stats... Is that gonna limit my freedom in creative writing?
As for the whole subclass idea... Would that be like an element? Or would that get its own spot. Maybe like a position or a specialty? Melee, range, sniping, explosives, radiowaves, camoflage, etc...

So... My subclass (Maybe I should call them specialty classes) ideas are as follows, then. Not going to input any stats, but I will instead put in a tiny description to help with the whole stat planning process.
Melee - A specialty in physical attacks Range - a specialty in attacks from a distance Snipe - A specialty in accurate attacks from a great distance Explosive - A specialty in attacks with a large splash radius Bezerker - A specialty in speedy attacks Camoflage - A specialty in disguise Radiowaves - A specialty in signal manipulation (I guess this could be seen as robot mind control) Capture - A specialty in inhibitting moves that would lower mobilty or stop movement Sickness - A specialty in moves that cause long lasting issues with the target Radio interception - A specialty in moves that intercept broadcasts (robot mind reading) Enhancement - A specialty in moves that enhance abilities Healing - A specialty in moves that restore energy
Just a few ideas... And people could like chose from two specialty classes, or something.

Given you've brought up specialty classes, that evne I didn't think of, how about a Main, Sub, and Specialty? That way everyone has their own strengths and weaknesses?

That sounds good, though I was thinking two specialties, since some of the ones I brought up would be pretty lackluster on their own... and that leaves plenty of room for unique characters. We just need to think of subclasses.
Oh, and maybe elements would be a plan, too. Because megaman isn't megaman without special weapon weaknesses.

That adds fire, water, ice, electric, dark, light, timespace, sharp, blunt, plant, stone... Did I miss any?
Oh, for subclasses, it could be like... Agile, speedy, strong, defensive, evasive, sneaky... Stuff like that?
