Sol ducked his head a bit as he landed on the poarch landing of Dizzy and Vale's home. He tapped on the door with his knuckles and waited for one of them to open the door. He was glad their roof was vaulted... It would have made visiting difficult for him if they hadn't.

Cradling a fussy little girl in her arms, Dizzy slowly got up off the couch after hearing a knock on the door. She wasn't expecting anyone, so it was a bit of a surpise. She pulled the door open and smiled, "Elder Sol, what a pleasant surprise, please, come in." She stepped aside to allow for him to enter. "I'll fetch Vale for you."

Sol smiled and bowed his head entering. "Actually... I came to see all of you..." he rumbled a bit as he spoke, a habit he'd found to have now days. "But thank you..." He bowed his head and smiled at the infant. "Such a beautiful child..."

Dizzy smiled, "That's very sweet. Would you like to hold her while I get Vale, Joi and Lucius?"

"May I?" Sol smiled warmly at Dizzy, offering his arms out to her nodding his head. "I would much like to look upon this little joyous wonder..." He chuckled with a grin. "A True miricle child..."

"More than we know." Dizzy giggled and handed the tiny baby over to the Elder. "I shall only be a moment." and within a few seconds, she'd ascended the stairs and peeked into the bedroom she and Vale shared to see if he was still in there with Lucius. "Vale?"

Vale was, in fact, he had the child nestled against his shoulder facing forwards while Vale read aloud from one of the many storybooks they'd gotten for Joi when she was little. He was reading slowly and clearly, enuncating every word very procisesly. He look up and smiled. "Yes dearest?"

Dizzy smiled seeing the two. "Hunny, Elder Sol is here." she mentioned. "He dropped by to see the family."

Vale smiled and lay the book face down and open on the table beside the chair and shifted Lucius,into his arms giving the tiny infant a soft kiss on the head as he stood. "Why don't you go drag Joi out of her room for a bit... She should meet him..." He bowed his head with a smile.

Nodding, Dizzy turns from the doorway and heads across the hallway to knock on Joi's door.
"What..."
"There's someone here we'd like you to meet."
"So...?"
"Joi! Don't disrespect Elder Sol. He came to see us."
"Fine..."
Joi's voice was muffled coming from behind the door. The attitude VERY obvious in her tone.

Vale sighed as he walked out of the room and past Joi's door hearing Dizzy and Joi talk. He rocked Lucius' gently as he headed down the stairs, to go see Sol. He smiled when he saw the Elder, who had moved to the living room and taken the larger of the chairs to sit, was playing with his youngest daughter...
It was kinda like seeing your grandfather playing with your kids... Only, your adpotive grandfather, who was still a young man...

Dizzy went downstairs not waiting to see if Joi'd follow. She hoped she would, but didn't expect much from her today. She was rather sulky.
She entered the living room and took a seat on the couch and watched the Elder with her daughter and smiled. "We're glad you stopped by, Elder Sol." she said warmly.
Joi finished putting her hair back, securing the tie at the end of her braid then slowly wandered out of her room. She wasn't in the mood for company. Especially company she had to be polite for...

Sol smiled at Dizzy and slowly offered the mother back her child. "She's adorable, but I fear my time for handling children is really long past..." He chuckled and smiled at Lucius and Vale. "Hello Vale, you seem to be doing well..." He chuckled and smiled.
He eyed the stairway and he chuckled. "So where is that little weed of a child of yours..." He smiled.
Vale smiled and nodded his head. "I have been quite well!" He chuckled and snuggled Lucius in his arms.
"She's been in a mood lately since she's grounded until further notice..."

Dizzy took the infant back to her arms and sat her on her lap. The babies were growing fast and already quick to zip around the house on her hands and knees.
Joi sulked down the stairs, trying hard, and making it obvious she was straining to do so, she straightened her posture and approached the seated Elder. She extended her hand to him and bowed her head. "Its nice to meet you, I'm Joi." She stayed as formal as she could. She was perhaps doing this as her own way of being sarcastic, or maybe she just was trying to put on a show, who knew.
She was by no means being disrepectful, either.

Sol's brow rose but he took her and and shook it. He smiled at her and chuckled. "I'm Sol, yes, just Sol, no need for Elder..." He chucckled eyeing both Vale and Dizzy.
"So why is this little shining star grounded?"
Vale winced a little and he frowned. "She snuck out of the house after getting drunk... And then, when we left her over the charge of the twins, we came home to find her with... a boy..." He frowned and shot a very displeased look at Joi.
