It was winter. Admittedly, it was February and about a month away from spring, but it was still a bit cold. Sydney sat on the porch steps of her house, her bottom firmly planted to the painted wood as she leaned forward and took a second to admire the neighborhood scenery. Destiny City was an urban area, so it was unsurprisingly crowded and dirty at times, but she loved it. The lack of space was comforting for the girl. She was never alone, not quite. Brown eyes looked up at the grey sky before Sydney released a stream of wispy breath. It was then she noticed the small goose bumps dotting her arms and she decided it would be best to get a warm drink. She got to her feet and looked behind at the front door. Sydney appeared contemplative. “Hmm. Nah! I’ll go somewhere else.”
Hence, the redhead was now roaming the streets and skimming the various shop fronts and signs she passed by. She could have walked into the nearest café or restaurant, but for some reason she was absolutely craving hot chocolate, and there was one place in particular that sold spectacular hot chocolate. By the time she pushed open the glass door, however, her nose was tinged with pink and she hugged herself. This was why people should actually wear jackets when it was, you know, cold. It didn’t even take half a minute for Sydney to start up a sneezing fist. A particularly strong sneeze sent her a couple steps backward and she immediately turned around to apologize. “Sorry.”

It would have been nice if there was snow on the ground to go with the cold but Ana couldn't really control the weather. She could control the nice jacket that she wore though, the fluffy insides of it keeping her nice and toasty against the low temperatures. Walking around Destiny City was also helping to keep her warm and she exhaled into the afternoon air, a puff of steam coming from her mouth. She wore gloves yet her fingers were still smarting with the cold, perhaps it was best for her to get something nice and warm to drink?
Seeing as she was new it would allow her a chance to explore and see if she could find a new place to enjoy a hot beverage and nice snacks. Having a place to always hang out would be nice, maybe even make friends while there, so she set her sights on following people who happened to be strolling the streets with hot beverages in cups. Her trailing lead her to a little cafe and she paused at the door . . . only have been bumped into as someone sneezed loudly. She turned to see who it was, and Ana was pleasantly surprised to hear an apology right away. "No no, is okay. No harm no foul, are you okay? That was quite a sneeze!"

Crinkling her nose, Sydney rubbed the bridge of her nose with both hands before she settled her sights on the poor soul she had crashed into. The girl was short, but given Sydney’s six foot stature it wasn’t a difficult feat to accomplish. She blinked a couple times, rubbing the edges of her eyes as she stuffed a hand into her jeans. “I don’t think it’s enough to make it into the world records though,” she answered, a grin tugging at her lips. The redhead noticed the blond’s coat, long-sleeved with fur on the inside. A longing gleam entered her eyes as she tugged at the edges of her vest. While it had a fur collar and was made for cold weather, Sydney’s lack of sleeves made it difficult for the vest to be very effective.
“I don’t even know if there’s a record for largest sneeze, or whatever. Maybe they should.” She appeared thoughtful for a moment before breaking out into a broad beam and jutting out a hand for Ana to shake. “I’m Sydney, by the way. What about you?” The line moved forward and she took a step backwards accordingly.
