I was brainstorming a bit about it.

But all I can think of right now, is writing a short story of a specific amount of words. If necessary, you can also decide a theme. Example: Valentine, Halloween-themed.
Collect the stories (create a deadline), put them up, and set them up for voting.
The one with the highest votings, wins.
