xxxxxxx...Crit staff, artists of all kinds, roleplay manager; we're looking for just about everyone. We're looking for anyone with knowledge about any of the three works that this shop is based on, and the better the diversity, the happier we'll be.
xxxxx♠} Positions Open
xxxxxxx...One or more crit staff, an undetermined number of artists who ink, colour or sketch. We are looking for at least two part-time or guest artists, and would definitely love another full-time artist. Artists with more than one skill (i.e. Can sketch and ink) are preferred over those who can only do one step. We would love one Certist, who would need photoshop to cert pets. A Roleplay Manager to help with events, meta plotting along with keeping people in the shop happy and roleplaying. Apart from that, a General Manager who can take care of the thread, answer questions, and potentially keep the front page updated is also desirable.
xxxxx♦} What We Expect
xxxxxxx...For crit staff, we would like all open quests to be split amongst staff so that they're promptly handled. Certists need to be able to keep up with the released pets. Roleplay Manager must be able to be active and encourage roleplaying, talk in the thread, help plan and run events/meta things and on occasion help with crits. General Manager must be around to talk in-thread on a regular basis, and ideally be the most familiar with the shop lore. Part-time staff would be expected to produce one egg a month, along with its toddler form. Full-time staff would be expected to produce two eggs a month, and could then take up to two customs from approved quests or make one auction/raffle pet; the auction/raffle pet can be a guaranteed-growth pet with the original artist, or one which must be grown stage by stage.

xxxxxxx...If hired, there is a brief probationary period. Depending on activity, this ranges from 1-3 months. Non-art staff who require someone else to create their pet for them may have to wait a little longer, depending on the art demand during the end of their probationary period. After one month, staff may ask for an assessment of their standing to find out when they are eligible for the staff pet. Once they receive their first, they can make another for themselves every two to three months, depending on activity. Alternatively, after a four month wait, they may gift the pet to a friend if they are art staff. Non-art staff can only receive pets for personal use.
xxxxxxx...As of this moment, art staff will receive 100% of flatsale profit, 75% of auctions/raffles and 90% of customs. If these numbers change, we will notify the applicant before hiring them to staff, in case their perspective has changed. Income from auctions, flatsales and customs will be split evenly between all artists involved in the work. Non-art staff will receive payment from the profit set aside.
