Weapons Conversion Project 12.1

Weapons Conversion Observation Summary

Converted Weapons Compatibility:

Willing Fear subjects show higher compatibility ratings than resistant subjects. This may be due to their Fear innately fighting the conversion process, though use of suppressants seem to decrease the conversion process further. Ability for a Fear subject to align itself to the weapons conversion process willing in addition, increases its weapon potential.

Weapons Candidates Observation:

Fear-specimen candidates were given two seperate rooms: one for those willing to be converted, mostly through convincing they would be used for a greater purpose, the second for those who were captured and unaware of the situation. Of the room of the weapons candidates that were aware, the conversions success rate was 98%, those who obtained these weapons showing a stronger compatibility ratio. The other room had a ratio of 20% with mixed results, including compatibility side effects such as delusion, insanity, and a potential to defect.

Conversion Project 12.1

Clearance rate: C. Conversion project Hunters are requested to invest time in Halloween through appropriate golems. Continuous logs of progress with a selected Fear candidate is required. Fear candidates are recommended to show the below signs:
- Untrusting of Halloween/ their given situation
- Malleable personality/ over-curiousity/ willingness to change
- Easily susceptible to offer of power
- Easily exposed to external sources
- Sympathy towards Humans/ certain Humans
- Undirected and uncontrollable anger
- Lack of friends or family

The list below directs current potential candidates. Candidates should be abandoned if they show any signs of contacting others of their kind to inform them of the situation.
- Potential weapons candidates should always be approached with the offer to become stronger/ to gain more power. Make sure that their compatibility ratio as indicated in the Weapons Compatibility Marker is greater than 50%.
- Hunters are not to interfere with candidates until the candidate offers to approach them. Weapons candidates must work solo. Ultimately they must be willing to approach Deus Ex Machina/ contact a Hunter to approach Deus Ex Machina on their own.
- In the event that a weapons candidate is actually an unwilling candidate, their compatibility ratio can be tested. If their compatibility is lower than 50%, they can still be used for further Fear research.

OOC

- All Hunters: You now have a clearance to log into a Golem in Halloween and scout out compatible "Fear creatures". You can take a Weapons Compatibility Marker with you, the item tests how aligned a creature is with Halloween: the less their alignment, the higher their compatibility ratio (ie: how malleable they are). You will need to talk to a student who is interested in converting to a weapon/ who doubts Halloween, and is willing to be flagged as "over the 50% ratio".
- Your character can then hold rps in Golems to try and approach them about becoming stronger/ etc etc, and such offers to make them feel more loved/involved than they are currently.
- All Hunters must keep logs of progress in the Halloween log chart HERE every visit
- You must at least do a series of RPS with a candidate, a weapons candidate (Haloween student) is deemed "ready" only when they have had their weapons conversion plot approved by a GM. That means you can only CHANGE OVER if a GM has talked to you about this plot. Only one of the GMs can officially change your weapon over, but the process of turning a Halloween to weapon can be facilitated of course, by any Hunter.
- A general timeline of how this would work would be:
a) Player shows interest in wanting their student turned/ works on their students personality to make this work. Player can now approach a Hunter player to make this happen
b) Hunter player agrees and uses the weapons conversion project rubric. They may now log into a golem and arrange a series of rps as they see fit. More than one Hunter can be involved, but it must be only one student at a time basis.
c) Hunter and student have reached a point where either the student chickens out/ rebels against the Hunter/ decides not to use such extreme means/ tells their friends or makes allies to rebel
d) IF THEY WANT TO CARRY ON WITH THE CONVERSION PROCESS PLOT MUST NOW BE APPROVED BY A GM. Please note, not all plots will be approved, by agreeing to this process you are basically asking us to kill your character. You cannot run this plot for actual conversions. You need to have won an UNUSED custom student/ Hunter slot via bribe, custom, irl, or so on so forth before you can actually carry out this part. We will then ask the artist to art your new character slot.
- There will also be conversions contests for those interested.
