Tsubaki is a member of the Nakatsukasa Clan, a family of famous Japanese Demon Weapons. The famous trait of the Nakatsukasa Clan is that one member of each generation possesses the special ability to transform into multiple ninja weapons, while other members are only born with the standard ability to transform into one Weapon form. Tsubaki was given this ability instead of her older brother, Masamune, who once held the form of the Enchanted Sword. On enrollment day, she saw Black Star on one of his grand speeches. Everyone ignored him apart from Tsubaki, who said that she thought he was great. The two soon decided to become partners. The two have been a Meister and Weapon team ever since.

Soul Resonance
Multiple Weapon Transformations: Tsubaki can change into multiple Weapon forms. She can do this freely and quickly, something which is advantageous to Black*Star when he switches fighting styles.
Shadow Manipulation: In her Enchanted Sword form, Tsubaki can control Black Star's shadow, to help improve his speed and movement, act as a defense against attacks, or act offensively as an extra blade to her Weapon form.

As a member of a renowned musician family, Soul is a talented pianist, but desired to break ties from the family tradition. Using his discovery that he was a demon weapon as an excuse to leave, Soul decided to pursue the goal of becoming the most powerful Death Scythe ever. He is known to have played a dark song for Maka on the piano when they first met, though he is reluctant to play for other people as he doesn't know what he's capable of compared to his older brother, famous violinist Wes Evans. He can use this talent when resonating his soul wavelength with others, playing the piano within his soul to drastically enhance their power. He is shown to have strong feelings for Maka and he gets along well with Black Star. Abilities:
Weapon Transformation: Can turn into a red and black sythe

Black Blood Abilities -
Strength and Agility Boost - Caues 30% increase in speed and strength in Maka while Resonating with Soul, but if used for extended periods of time it causes Maka to lose sense of self and go crazy. While under the Black Blood's influance Maka appears as if she is drunk swaying from side to side while slashing at anything and everything in her path.
Blood Heal - The Black Blood is able to heal minor wounds of the infected host up to 30% max.
Harden Blood - The black blood hardens in Maka's veins preventing normal weapons attacks from cutting her. Only lasts for 3 posts max.

If she picked the wrong person Soul could accidentally kill an innocent human. That was a strict no-no for so many reasons. After his run in with the “Black Blood” which was now sleeping inside him, Soul had no desire what so ever to slip into madness again. Becoming a Kishin was not something he ever inspired to be. He didn’t want to risk Maka being lost as his hand after the madness consumed him body and soul.” Soul thought to himself as he momentarily dazed off forgetting everything around him until a loud voice broke him out of it. ”Soul! Hey Soul! It’s not a good idea to take a nap here you know? Come on we have to keep looking for the Kishin---“ Soul heard Maka’s voice and then silence. Maka’s eyes were focused on something in the distance. Soul squints his eyes trying to see the human so far away.
”Is that him Maka? The human about to become a Kishin?” Soul said as he dismounted the motorcycle.”Yes. I’m sure that’s our target. Soul we need to draw him out into a more open area so innocent people won’t be caught up in our business. I’m sure he’s aware of us by now. Lead him to the forest outside town. We will finish him there.” Maka’s voice sounded calm and sure for once. Soul had an odd feeling he should trust her, so he quickly got back on his motorcycle with Maka and drove as fast as he could towards the forest. Just as Maka expected the human about to become Kishin followed Maka and Soul outside of town.”Your souls look delicious...much more enticing then those ordinary souls. Yes, you two are a treasure indeed. You will regret meeting me today. Prepare yourselves.” The human spoke with a twisted voice.”You ready Soul?” Maka said as she held her hand out in front of her waiting for her weapon.”Whenever you are. Lets end it quick. I’m hungry and this town is pretty lame.” Soul said then he transformed into his true form of a large scythe which Maka used to defeat the Kishin. After the battle was complete Soul returned to his human form and devoured the Kishin soul in one gulp.”The Kishin Souls don’t have any taste to them...but the feeling you get as they go down is unexplainable. Oh I must of grossed you out huh Maka? Oh well. Mission complete. Lets report back to Lord Death.” Soul said with a smile. He always seemed to be in a better mood after he was feed a Kishin soul or two. Soul returned with Maka to the DWMA to give their mission report to Lord Death and then Soul decided to take a nice long nap after such a busy day of errands.≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈ " Poetry? Background:
Maka had known Black Star from a young age. Her mother, Kami, was an esteemed Scythe Meister, and her father was Spirit, Kami's Weapon partner who became a Death Scythe under Kami's hand. Maka was inspired from a very young age to become a student of Shibusen. Spirit often read books to her, which led to her love of reading and books at her present age. However, ever since she was small, Maka was constantly aware of Spirit cheating on her mother, which resulted in her dislike for her father and men in general. She can still remember all the instances in which Spirit had cheated on Kami. Kami divorced Spirit, and Maka had made a to make a Death Scythe like her mother, one that would be even stronger than her father, Spirit.
One day she had met Soul. He was playing the piano and the Demon Weapon played her a strange dark song on the instrument, stating that this song was what he was. Maka, however, liked his song. She had felt that he was an interesting person to get to know. Soul also the first boy that she felt she could trust. The two of them agreed to become partners and have been a Weapon and Meister team ever since that faithful moment. Despite there many arguments.
Abilities:
Black Blood: Through Soul, Maka can temporarily use Black Blood, an insanity facilitator. Soul makes dress of Black Blood as arromor. The only service this dress has given is acting as a durable armor towards attacks. The Black Blood however cannot seem to permanently infect her like with Soul because of her Anti-Demon Wavelength.
Anti-Demon Wavelength:Maka's soul carries an Anti-Demon Wavelength. This Wavelength acts as a powerful barrier against insanity and darkness. This Wavelength is also carried over to her attacks, which serve to be very effective against Witches or any individual harboring madness or dark powers. She can Resonate with others who are about to be pulled into madness, and restore their sanity. She can do this through acts of physical contact, such as holding hands, or by embracing someone.
Soul Perception: Soul Perception's range is the most impressive trait, when accompanied with Soul, Maka was able to scan the entire world and even the moon.
Grigori Soul: Maka has a Grigori Soul, a rare type of soul that only one in fifty million people possess. Grigori Souls have wings, which gives the person the ability to fly. Maka does this by creating wings on her partner, Soul, while he is in Weapon form. Maka needs Soul to create her wings.
Kishin Hunter: Used for hunting Kishins. This is the most powerful skill a sythe can do. The attack carries her Anti-Demon Wavelength. [I know it only appears in the anime, but I'm not make it a common or talked about thing...]
Genie Hunter: In place of the Witch Hunt's purifying effect the Majin Hunt carries an Demon-Repelling Wavelength that erases evil. As the Witch Hunt is capable of harming an immortal, the Majin Hunt is strong enough to kill one.
Witch Hunter: A traditional Soul Resonance attack used by scythe meisters. The move turns the head of the scythe into a crescent moon shape. Normally the Witch Hunt is used to send a single wave attack along the ground towards the enemy but there are other variations of the move. The Witch Hunt has a purifying effect to it, this aspect of the attack makes it an effective move to use even against immortal opponents, it is however not as strong as her other attacks.

Personality:
As the daughter of the current Death Scythe and his former Meister, she has high expectations of herself. She idolizes her mother and as a result dislikes her disloyal father. Maka's favorite memory of her mother was when she asked Spirit for a divorce, the reason being that she admired her mother's strong will. She frequently studies to remain as a model student. She is often seen with a book. Maka relies a lot on books to help her understand things, and is sometimes teased by Soul, who calls her a bookworm. She prefers to stay in her house and read or study, parcaly cause by her lack of ability to play games such as basketball (despite her athleticism). She also writes poetry when she feels troubled. Maka has a tendency to be stubborn, foolhardy, gloomy-natured and is quick to resort to violence. Maka is a slight otaku... okay she is an otaku. Despite her mature, she sometimes shows some child-like traits. She likes the song, The Pon Pon Dance, and calls her notebook the, 'Maka Note'. Maka is usually polite to her seniors, she sometimes has a tomboyish way with her friends. Maka is usually confident in herself, bur she can be extremely sensitive when someone insults her abilities, she tends to fall into a depression and question how weak she is. She knows that she is considerably weaker than Death the Kid or Black Star. This is the reason why she is very competitive, and is determine to prove her strength. Likewise, she is also easily flattered. Nevertheless, she still fights with all of her strength and furiously attacks anyone who hurts her friends.
In battle, her determination has no bounds, and she faces an enemy no matter how strong they are. She also displays an almost frightening ferocity and drive in battle, not afraid of attacking her opponets directly. Her temper is increased in battle, and it is not unusual for her to shout and curse when something goes wrong. She can be quite reckless when it comes to planning out fights, depending on the situation. Maka is annoyed at the fact that her body still has not developed greatly yet, and gets even more annoyed when people tease her about it. She has a tendency to have zero-tolerance to some of Soul's undesirable behavior, usually hitting him with a Maka Chop if he does something perverted (even if he is innocent). Overall, she tends to dislike men and never really trusts them.
