"Project Becky"

Tova had just about enough with Becky McZlutt. The girl had tormented her for nearly her whole life – through two lives, technically – and it was time the b***h had what was coming to her: a highly concentrated taste of her own medicine. It wasn’t tormenting, it was torture, and Tova was going to love every single moment of it behind the disguise as Super Sailor Requiem.

Tova had left Becky alone in the apartment hours ago, and had been waiting at the torture site as Requiem until the sun had fully set. Her torture area had been set up far in advance – it took quite some time to arrange all the mirrors in the right place, and to get them to the location.

After a deep breath of preparation, Requiem crossed through the mirror into her dorm room to find stupid little Becky making out with some - ugh, was that Wayne Harrison? That stupid jock was another one of Devi’s high school tormenters. Oh well, if there was going to be any victim-witness to her vengeance, she couldn’t think of a better target.

“Hello,” Requiem said through her grin as she fully emerged from the mirror. Becky and Wayne hopped out of their bed startled.

“What the ********, Becks?” Wayne gasped.

“Who are you?! How did you get in here?” Becky demanded answers in an obnoxious high-pitched squeal. Requiem didn’t so much as flinch, remaining silent as she watched over them. Becky’s small-minded confusion became more evident by the second. “What do you, like, want from us?”

“I want you, Becky,” Requiem took a step forward.

“Well, I’m not a lezzie,” Becky laughed.

“You’re coming with me.”

“Like hell she is!” Wayne bravely shouted, stepping in front of his slam-piece as if there was a chivalrous side to him. And perhaps for that moment, there was an ounce of chivalry in him, but real chivalrous men do not treat girls the way that he had treated Devi. They do not call a girl “freak” or “weirdo” as they pass through the halls.

“Please,” Requiem laughed as she gave a forceful shove to Wayne’s side, hurdling him to the other side of the bed. She grabbed Becky by the bicep and dragged her back to the mirror as Wayne struggled to find his footing. Becky resisted, stupidly slapping Requiem.

Furious, Requiem slapped Becky back. Shocked, Becky fell to the bed as Requiem summoned a mirror wraith to absorb her energy, and a second to absorb Wayne’s. Becky just took the energy drain without much of a fight, but Wayne tried to slap the wraith away with frequent panicked misses. When they were both unconscious, Requiem’s job was finally made easier.

She picked her roommate, cradled in her arms, and approached the mirror again.

“You’re coming with me,” she whispered into Becky’s ear. “And you are not going to like it.”

"Oops"

After an hour delay due to Becky’s unconsciousness (damn her need to fight back), Requiem’s plans were finally ready. Becky McZlutt woke up in the middle of the dark woods, alone. Or so she thought.

“Hello?” Becky questioned. Where was the person who brought her here? And more importantly, where was she? “Where am I?”

“Your hell,” Requiem’s voice snuck up behind her. Becky turned sharply, but there was no body for the voice.

“Who was that?”

“Over here,” Requiem said, now a few yards in front of her. Becky turned back frightened, disoriented by the teleporting Senshi. It was all just a trick, of course. Behind several of the trees were mirrors that Requiem had set up, hopping from mirror to mirror.

“I’m getting out of here,” Becky rose and began to run to her left, but in second’s time, Requiem was blocking her way. Becky turned to run in the opposite path, but once again she found Requiem blocking her path. Becky turned once more to see Requiem yet again, but this time it was accompanied with a hard punch to Becky’s face. Her nose cracked, blood dripping down quickly onto her shirt.

“You b***h! This is silk!” Becky shrieked to no one who cared. She was crying now. For such a pretty girl, she sure was an ugly crier, although the blood from her nose that covered a quarter of her face didn’t help things. There were a few seconds of freedom for the girl as Requiem hid, catching her breath. Even though the distances between the mirrors were close, it was still exhausting to move at such a pace. “Hello?”

The freedom lingered to long, and Becky attempted to run. Once again, Requiem was there to stop her. Becky turned and bolted in the other direction, and Requiem appeared in front of her with another punch to the face.

“You run and you get punched, don’t you understand?” Requiem groaned. Becky fell to her knees, fightened.

“Why are you doing this to me?”

“Because Becky, you’ve tortured girls your whole life,” Requiem took a step forward, and another. For each step, Becky inched backwards in fear. “You’re a mean girl Becky. Its time you know just how that feels.”

Requiem kicked her roommate in the ribs as she curled up in to a ball.

“Don’t just lie there and cry,” Requiem rolled her eyes. “Where’s that meanness streak in you?”

“Please don’t hurt me,” Becky pleaded. “I want to go home.”

“You’re not going home anytime soon,” she taunted back. Apparently, that was it for Becky.

“Let me go!” Becky jumped up and shoved Requiem. Requiem stumbled for a moment, giving Becky just enough time to begin a run for it.

“s**t,” Requiem groaned as she hurried into a mirror, popping up right in front of Becky. She tried to grab a hold of her, but Becky turned quick, colliding with Requiem’s open hands like a shove. The blonde roommate toppled over, falling to the ground with a hard thud and a crack as her skull slammed into a rock at great force.

The roommate laid still, motionless and silent, as Requiem stood over her.

“Oh get up, you’re being no fun,” Requiem complained as she kicked the roommate again to roll her over. It was only then that Requiem saw the heavy bleeding coming from her skull, tainting her pretty blonde hair. Becky attempted to gasp for breath, but her mouth was filled with blood. The Senshi of Burial watched as her roommate bled and choked to death in a matter of seconds, sad and desperate eyes becoming lifeless.

Becky McZlutt was dead.

“Oops.”
