Things are starting to get a bit hectic in the role play, and I'm wondering if you guys would rather go in some sort of order so everyone knows when to post. That way, there isn't any random butting in or confusion when people accidentally post at the same time. If we go through a day and someone hasn't bothered to post, the person who was to go next posts instead and we go around until we hit the next person again and wait for them to post. Repeat if person still doesn't post.
Anyone's thoughts or ideas? Maybe you guys have some sort of idea what the order should be? Keep in mind, once the role play gets going it will hardly feel your place in line.

That works for me. I usually wait until two or three other people post before posting again anyway unless someone's addressed my character specifically. I could see it harming the flow of the story if some characters are having a conversation or if the person whose turn it is doesn't have anything to say though.
As for making sure we don't post at the same time, I usually have the thread open in another window and refresh it a few times before posting to see if anyone else posted, that usually works unless it's really super busy.

Daemonsparta ..we do..badly.... seriously I see one day no one posts then suddenly I see like.. 10 new posts...way too fast guys. Exactly what I mean. I've done a role play where everyone goes in order-so long as we keep in contact through meebo or PM things tend to be fine. Sometimes we go out of order so someone else can do something but generally everything is nice and clean.

Works for me. (: Though right now, for example, my character doesn't really have anything to say without it being forced or out of character for him. Can I just skip my turn then?

I'd be fine with that. It would be cool if we had like a day rule where if they don't post for a day when it's their turn then we can move on. Simply because if 4 out of 5 of the people roleplaying are online say on a Saturday, but the 1 person who isn't on's turn is there, given the circumstances of how 'important' the scene is we should be able to vote to skip their turn. Especially if it's more than one day.
I know I personally would be comfortable with being skipped over because of absence with school or work or even family matters. Because I doubt this roleplay would ever be SLOW with the turns.

Alright, we'll just go with the order of our lasts posts. That means it goes Quiditch, Demon, Brainsoup, archangel, then me, for now. Our last member, Straye, can go after me once we get to her character. That means we gotta wait for archangel to post.
