Hashsha'Shin wandered around the grounds just outside of his prides border. His paws heavily drag behind him with each step he took. He had just taken a new major step in his life, finding the one his heart called out for. She was perfect in every way at least in his mind and heart. There was only one problem and that was that he had no idea what to do. Especially when it came to family, since he himself never had a true family. The dirt and ground were the closest thing he ever had to one. As he shook his mane's he could only think out-loud, "It's times like these I wish I had more males in my life." With that comment to the wind he laughed, not realizing that he had said that comment loud enough for the whole rouge lands to hear.
Tandu had been wandering the roguelands, following the winds that had led him far and wide. His feet and body couldn't stand being in one place, even with his favorite lady being in a pride. It just... didn't work. And the characters he had left behind just to stay in the pride... No, it wouldn't work. He had to catch up on them all. Make sure they were all alright. Continuing onward, the lion's ears flicked as a sudden voice, very close by. Looking up and around, Tandu came to notice the bright red coated lion. He looked almost puzzled to him, a face that he was always a sucker for. "You called?"
Hasha heard a voice and looked around for the speaker. It didn't take him long before he noticed a brown colored male headed in his direction. He tried to quickly regain his composer as best he could in an attempt of his own way to hide his embarrassment. Since what normal kind of lion, talks to the wind for answers of advice, except for a wandering soul of course. "Well hello there, and it looks like I got my answer!” he replied with a chuckle before continuing, “You are definitely a sight for sore eyes, I was beginning to think no males traveled near these borders.” With that said he smiled kindly towards the stranger, wondering silently if this was a male he might seek company in.
Tandu couldn't help but chuckle, it roll through him deep and hearty. It was amusing for someone to say such a thing, however he did have a point. There were too many ladies and far less males that he encounter in his travels. "Seems to me you have been needing to be around another male. Too many ladies in your pride... Possibly a cat fight?" Continuing to laugh lightly at the possiblity to having to deal with far too many ladies, Tandu's eyes glittered. What story would this lion give him?
A smile came upon Hasha’s face as he heard the other lion laugh. That laugh right there in his eyes showed him that this was definitely a friend, or someone he could quickly consider one. “I definitely have needed some man to man conversations,“ he said with a laugh. While his pride did have males in it he never seemed to ever run into them. They were almost like ninja males, never where he was, at the moment’s he needed a male’s company. Though it seemed it was the same way when he was pride-less, maybe males were just hard to find now days he thought with a chuckle. “No cat fights or action like that I’m afraid, but I did get married,” he said with a smirk and a worried look showing in his eyes. It was obvious that while it was a good thing he still had some major doubts inside himself and a story to share.
Ah, he had been married. He wasn't completely sure what that meant, however he had a vague idea. Some of the prides he had come across had forced life-mating, which seemed to be a similar concept to marriage in his eyes. However, it wasn't forced. Normally. Oh how his life would have been different had he been in a pride like this one, or one that forced the tradition of life-mating. "Marriage. It seems vaguely interesting, however slightly stifling to me. Then again I am from a free roaming troupe, so anything that conforms to too much in terms of laws and beliefs seems to be stifling. But go on. I don't know much on marriage and I do enjoy to learn." Teal eyes scanned pink ones, and slowly the large ball of fluff laid down. He wanted to be comfortable for story time. It also helped others feel comfortable when he was sitting."I am Tandu by the way." He didn't expect the other to give his name however was still intent on listening in case he did happen to give Tandu his.
Hasha nodded his head to what the male said; he had to agree he never truly thought he was ever one for marriage. He always loved roaming around the lands and having new adventures each day that he woke up. That feeling of being free and the idea of not having anyone to look after but yourself, used to be his life. Until that one fateful day when he ran into the love of his life and his heart was captured by her eyes. “I will say I was just like you what seems like only a few days ago, until I came to the edge of the border of this pride. Actually the place we are standing right now,” he said with a chuckle before continuing, “Seeing as though I have always been on my own, I’m afraid I don’t know the first thing about marriage or let alone family. Though when I saw her I don’t know what happened, I just felt something inside me get grabbed by her being. I knew I wanted to be with her for the rest of my life, but still I’m worried about not being good at the whole family thing.” He had no idea why he was admitting or telling all this to this lion he had just met. Though it felt so good to confide in someone, and plus Tandu seemed very kind and almost like he was the person he had needed to talk too. “I’m Hashsha'Shin by the way, though you can call me Hasha,” he said politely as he held out his right front paw.
