Okay so, this is pertaining to my ceiling tile dilema. I thought of a character I want to paint and found a cool pose that shows off what she is like BUT ive come across yet ANOTHER dilema in my quest to leave the perfect mark of myself on the school gonk Below is the basic outline for the drawing that I am going to use as a reference to my painting... as you can see im having a VERY difficult time with her hips, hands, and weapon. I want her to be pointing her spear partially forward, but I can't figure out how to do so, or how to draw either of her hands -.-" So I decided to post here in hopes of getting some help..... so please help me if you can!!!! gonk

 Here ya go. The dark line is the center of balance/gravity. She needs to be standing in a way that the center of balance is properly supported, otherwise it will look like she is tipping over. Because of this, I shifted her hips forward quite a lot, this way it looks like her back leg is holding her weight. =3 The foreshortening on that hand looks really awesome btw. Good job with that!! ^^

Also, her hand needs a bit of tweaking. I'll show it in a bit once I get ready for school and crap, but while you've got the pinky sort of going the right direction, it's still too far down on the one side. I really do understand foreshortening is a right royal pain in the arse, but take a good look at your hand in that shape. you can still see some of the heel of your hand. Let me clean up and stuff and I'll do some guidework.

Im going to be making my own reference photo for the other hand. Im going to take a picture of my brother's girlfriend holding a broom, lol

 I did a couple hand poses. I struggled with the claw hand myself, so I did an alternate you might find easier to do. I also made the hand larger since it`s reaching out to the viewer :3

um, okay, for one, they're bending oddly, at least the back one. The shorts on the right leg shouldn't curve up the way they do, they should curve down, and the leg shouldn't come out that far to the right where the knee is.
I will have to doodle later @__@
