He claims he wants to do things to better the arrancar race, however due to the lost of his lover to the shinigami forces during the last great war, he despises them with a passion, and will stop at nothing to kill them.
However, he will not go into a war without some sort of strategy. He is highly intelligent for an arrancar, and knows when to quit when he has no chance of winning. He does not have a temper, however, he will loose his cool when his subordinates disobey him. He will not kill his espada, but he will harm them if they ever disobeyed him on purpose. If they had no choice, he will forgive them.
It is hinted that he was once a shinigami a long time ago. He also seems to know the Head Captain on a personal level, but he also holds a grudge against him. Why is a still a mystery to any arrancar. He also hates the head captain's lieutenant, as she killed a female arrancar he had feelings for.

Hierro-Zenaku's heirro is strong enough to block a released zanpakuto blade. However it has trouble holding up against a released leaders zanpakuto.

However, he was once a shinigami a long time ago. Some people believe he was once friends with the current head captain, but even that is unknown as no one really knows who he really is/was. What is known however, was he was sent on a mission with several shinigami. When several Vasto Lordes attacked the party. Now that was a bit odd since they were in the world of the living, but it was rumored that they pushed Zenaku down, while one of the Vasto Lordes ate him, they ran back to the soul society. Several captains returned and killed the hollows. However Zenaku had enough willpower to take over the hollow. Glaring at the shinigami he fled to Hueco Mundo, where it wasn't long before he became an arrancar.
During the reign of Dante he hid out deep within the menos forest, eating and devouring hollows. It wasn't long before he met a female arrancar that he grew attached to. She stayed with him because he was one of the few arrancar that wasn't a perverted and tried to rape and do other things to her. It wasn't long before Dante had killed a god to save the arrancar race. By that time, his own power had grown to extremely high levels. As he was trying to take over the arrancar, he went to the world of the living to do a few things, and the female arrancar went with him. As they were sneaking around, several captains and the head captain's Lieutenant showed up, the one called Hana. Hana was the first to find them, and his female companion told him to run. But sadly Hana killed her before he had a chance to react. For the first time, he felt hatred, anger, and spite towards the shinigami. Especially this woman. Before he could fight her, the other captains showed up. Not taking any chances he fled. To this day, he hates the shinigami for that reason, along with how he became a hollow in the first place.

Name: Yami Sutamina
Description: He can fight with either his left hand or his right hand. But he prefers to go hand to hand against weaker opponents. Almost never releasing his zanpakuto unless he has to.

Description: When he releases his zanpakuto, he is covered in a dark red like energy. When the energy clears, his true appearance is revealed. He looks rather young, with long black hair. He gains a massive claymore and a black armor that is pretty strong.

"Ability 1- Energy Manipulation- Due to the fact that he is the King of Hueco Mundo, he has a massive amount of reiatsu to use, making him very deadly. He can change the direction of his attacks up to five times in one attack. He can manipulate his energy in a multitude of ways. For example,he can charge up his energy using the spikes coming from his shoulder pads. It takes one post to charge up two spikes, when it is fully charged he can either release it through his claymore, or use it for further energy attacks. Each charged up spike has enough energy to power a cero. Breaking these spikes while they are charging is not recommended, as he can simply store the energy in another spike if he senses the attack coming. If it does break while the energy is stored in the spike, it simply discharged in the direction the spike was facing.
He can use his eyes, fingers/hands, claymore, and mouth to use these energy attacks."
Ability 2- He gains a black armor that is semi tough and heavy. It has enough power to block almost any shikai attack and weaker bankai attacks coming from captains. If it is a head captain level character that attacks, than most shikai attacks can be blocked with ease. Only the strongest of a head captain's shikai attacks will break through this armor. However, he is still able to feel pain form electric, fire, and ice type attacks. As the armor cannot keep out electricity, heat, and the cold from effecting him.
Ability 3- Increased strength- He gains alot of strength in this form, he can still move normally under the weight of his armor, however he loses the ability to use gemelos sonido. His strength is enough to easily bust through the walls of Las Noches, and when he is enraged, break through something as hard as diamonds. However he has to be pretty angry to manage that kind of feat, and even then it takes alot out of him to do that in this form.

Segunda Etapa Command: "Destroy all of creation, Segunda Etapa"
Description: He is again surrounded with energy, instead this time he is surrounded by a dark energy that blocks him from view. After his transformation is complete, the dark energy shoots out in all directions. The energy is powerful enough to destroy a city. When the energy clears out, he is revealed to have a different type of armor on. But this time, the armor does not cover certain spots, instead it has chainmail covering the open areas.

Ability 1- Dark Energy Manipulation- His energy manipulation virtually remains unchanged besides a few minor details. The spikes on his shoulder can hold three times the power of his resurrection attacks, which equals three ceros. It takes one post to charge up a spike on each shoulder. If the shoulder spikes are broken while they are storing energy, it will violently explode. But due to the way his armor is positioned, he will escape with little damage. The explosions will not destroy his other shoulder spikes.
If the energy meets another energy that is weaker than it, meaning anything under a head captain's strength. Then it will most likely overpower it. Unless it is a captain's bankai strongest attack, it will most likely overpower the energy. However if it is an attack from a head captian level character, then it will most likely cancel each other out.
Two Spikes of charged energy= Weak Head captain Bankai attack
Four Spikes of charged energy= Medium Head captain bankai attack
Six spikes of charged energy is just weaker than the head captain's strongest attack.
Ability 2- The armor he gains in his resurrection is extremely hard. The plates that cover his body can withstand nearly everything but a head captain's strong bankai attacks. However it shares the weaknesses of the resurrection's armor, along with a few others. The chainmail that covers his body is resistant against slashing attacks. However it cannot resist any blunt type damage at all. And even though it is a bit resistant against stabbing attacks, a strong enough stab will pierce this chainmail. The chainmail has the same weaknesses as his armor does.
He nearly loses his ability to Sonido, as he can only sonido about 20 yards at a time thanks to his heavy armor and weapon. His movements are slow enough so that captains could outspeed him.
Ability 3- His strength is nearly tripled from his resurrection, he is the strongest arrancar since Dante in this form. His punches could shatter bones in one hit. This is his tradeoff for his sluggish speed in this form.

Doble(Any Form)- It is a mix of red and the opponent's cero. Post cooldown 3 posts.

Obscuaras (Segunda Etapa)- A very wide and powerful cero, this cero has the power to obliterate nearly anything in its path. It is black and seems to swallow any light around it. Post cooldown 5-6 posts depending on how tired he is.

Caja Negación- Simulates Negación fields, which are used to punish their subordinates if necessary. The cube, when used on a subject, traps them in an alternate dimension from which there is no escape; however, this assumes it is being used as intended. Gemelos Sonído- He states that by increasing his steps even a little will result in quasi-clones. He likens it to a game of magic tricks. The trick is used in order to surprise the opponent. He further explains that the technique is not limited to only two clones, the number of clones through Gemelos Sonído can grow to a maximum of five. He uses this technique as diversions, substitutes or multi-directional attacks. These "speed-clones" generated by his intense Sonído are so realistic that they had even shown the ability to bleed after getting attacked.
