Okie dokie, let get this done, The NR only has 3 active members (half of what it had and counting myself) Now, I need to make sure that the Empire is ok as well, along with the other factions. We cannot get moving unless we get or population back up to stable again. Sooooo…. This is what I am going to do. I need at least 2-3 brave souls to be guild recruiters. Jack and the other crew of this guild WILL pm and ask EVERYONE if they are still active. If they do not reply in the next 30 DAYS then you have my permission to cut them loose. Please use team work. Questions, consernes??

not are fault tama, i warned people this would happen. the guild is mostly dead because people tried waiting for other's but then those other's don't show up. and your just digging a deeper hole if you countine waiting for people. no one joins an rp where no one's moving forward and making it fun.

agreeing with what dmk said, we hafta move on with any number of people we have left (including, 'improvisation' within the manpower lacking factions) and go on ; and then, we would be able to try recruiting when the guild is back running.

the kami seconds this favor. continue to wait nothing is going to happen. We have to make it happen, even though we lacking in numbers i think it would be wise to renovate the guild clean out some unused profiles update the usable ms and Ma's drop those who isn't active and restart from the beginning b/c nothing is moving and nothing is happening people just stopped and those who do be on can't do a thing since A:they are waiting for that person to post or B: Waiting for that person to respond to that post. To sum everything up it time for the guild to have a little spring cleaning

I wil have to side with Dmk on this, we need to get the ball rolling. We can do the clean up at the same time however though, and shorten it to 14-21 days. Since it shouldn't take a pm 30 days to be replied to.

Mostly its us crew and few mentionable people that do the Rolplaying. If a person and just joins makes a profile and finds us just not posting hes/shes not going to post. I believe just cleaning and clearing out is what me must do. Its damn cluttered in here! So many un-used forms~! Its nearing spring, so I call a MAJOR SPRING CLEANUP. Like what had said Kami and Come on people we have to more organized then this!
Then we start recruiting once more, we should just keep it slow till we have a good amount and start posting heavily. Some things I call for is Major Overhaul of the Front page, its just as cluttered as the inside of the fourms. Re-writing of rules, to accept a wider set of audience. Re-tool the Subforms so its user-friendly and easy to find things! That's somethings I'm willing to fix with in this guild. We are the largest Gundam Roleplay out there, we should be proud of it and keep it alive!

I just wish the storyline wasn't interrupted by a sudden long leave of members which destroyed the guilds ability to remain active and inventive. It was a good idea but not many people were committed enough.

But if we ‘improve’ it would take more time of 2 or 3 separate role players to accomplish… does that make sense? Anyway, for now, I want to see who we have so can we please send out messages out to every crew and give them at least 15 days. I don’t want to start anything up if I don’t have an exact number. That’s and order. Or better let’s do this. I want all the T.I.F.F people to clean out the mobile suits that we don’t think we will need (make a list of the ones you are getting rid of and post it on a new topic on the chat page. The rest of the crew will need to pm people, and give them a 15 day drop point… MAKE SURE YOU POST UP THE END TIME. …… this an order as well.

i'm just a member but i advise once we figure out the number of unused suits then i can give you my list of gundams ( color coded for each series) an complete overhaul of the profile skeleton as well if you like sir.

Not everyone has skype so why not make a guild chat where everyone still around can go too? The guild captain is able to make it with the guild's controls.

I feel like I must finally chime in...
Some of the problem I believe is the fact that anyone that joined in the middle of the rp, may have made a profile but not posted due to being confused.
I know I made a profile & never posted because I had no clue what was going on & also I had asked for help in understanding what was going on & nobody bothered to inform me which left me pretty much stuck.
I would really like to see things going in the guild but i agree that all the core members should meet up & discuss this as well as clean the inactive out... improvising with what we have
