The Great Ball Gazette was a popular newspaper for the surrounding populous of Katarina. It's most famous sections were not about what swarms happened in the area or it's review on cheap Pokemon merchandise in-stock at the department store. No! It's most popular leaflet was its review on Pokemon Coordinators and other flippant and funny idols that graced the entertainment channels of stolen cable.
Well, Cetus believed she had given a wonderful performance that day in Katarina's marketplace, but they didn't think so. No- they called her appeals "generic", "too flashy", and "quite stiff for an amateur coordinator trying too hard to make a name for herself." It doesn't take much to know it made the Galactic Grunt snap.
She wanted payback for their terrible judgements.
At 12:02 PM, just after the daily news servants and paparazzi had taken their leave for lunch, a large bomb exploded on the top floors of the newspaper's headquarters. If there were injuries or not, Cetus didn't care, because she watched a lengths away in flashy get-up to avoid any suspicion:
[x] As people scrambled for safety and screamed for their dear lives at flying, shattering glass and breaking brick, Cetus licked the end of her cigarette and fluttered her eyes down in thought.
She had not received permission from higher-ups to exact her revenge. Would she be suspected? Maybe not, since the elites has associated her for having s**t for brains when it comes to tech. Of course, Cetus does, she just shoveled up a bit of coin this time to get one of the geeks to prep one for her. She did all the other hard work: infiltration, hook up, leaving without notice, and the big ka-boom. She succeeded, but it didn't feel as satisfying as she thought it would be.
Just the irony of the moment left her speechless. "Explosion at Local Newspaper Company: XX Injured." Imagine that making headlines news? It was almost funny enough to make her laugh. Too bad it didn't.
