Cha'Time stood on a hill overlooking the plains not far from Katarina.He had been here for a while now and had decided it was time to move on. he wasn't sure where he would go next, but he had spent enough time in this place. It wasn't in his blood to stay in one place for long. Kwatoko sat on his shoulder sentential-like as always, he knew they would be on the move again soon and it sent a familiar thrill of adventure through the little bird.

"Oh blast it all Rumble, why can't you sit still today?" a voice piped over the wind in a most distressed tone. Followed after it was the grunting and grumblings of an obviously displeased teddiursa. "Oh I know I know... I am sorry...but with Zach away I have no one else but you to help me perfect this act!" the voice sighed again as they walked along for a break and some fresh air. Fay had hoped this would do Rumble some good, or at least get him willing to cooperate one last time. As the two trudged up the hill, a familiar form came into view. A smile curled at the tips of red painted lips, her one pink and one purple eye, thanks to contacts for tonight show, blinked in relief and happiness. "So we meet again!" she cooed, much to the disgruntled grunt of her companion who was still quite hungry and quite tired of being practiced on.

Cha'Time spun around and grimaced slightly when he saw it was the same woman as before. " er.. hello" he said with a small wave, he hoped this wouldn't end in another battle... Kwatoko eyed the teddiursa, it seemed to be alright now. It had been a worthy opponent for sure.

Fay smiled as she ran her fingers through her hair. "Its so nice to see you again!" she beamed as she skipped forward, waving her hand for Rumble to follow. "I was actually hoping to run into someone." she said and batted her lashes at him. She was always the one to quickly jump into things. No time for pleasantries and small talk when there was a magic act to be perfected. "Would you mind helping me.... with a little something? You see...three times a month, I hold a magic act at night......and well with my Fiancee gone on a business trip.... I've no one to help me but Rumble...and the poor little dear is all tuckered out!" she said, even adopting a fake pout like tone.
Rumble sighed and plopped down next to her feet, his scarf draping over his claws as he grumbled to himself. Fay could talk someone's ears off, talk them to death, then talk them back to life just to talk them to death again. At least she wasn't making him stand with his arms straight out anymore. Man how they ached. At lease his eyes didn't hurt, or so he thought as he glanced up at the familiar torchik. He snorted a greeting then let his eye lids fall shut.

Cha'Time stared, seeming confused at the random outburst " why would you need my help? i cant do magic" he asked his anxiety quelled somewhat by curiosity. Kwatoko watched the trainers for a moment and shook his head "< is she always so enthusiatic?>" he asked directing his question at the little bear

Fay couldn't help but burst out into laughter. "No no silly, I just need you to help me. You know... stand there. This is the kind of trick that I need a volunteer from the audience for!" she grinned and clapped her hands together a few times before placing one about her hip and offering the other out towards him. "What do ya say? Care to help a lady?" Rumble rolled his eyes despite his eye lids being closed. " " he grunted, peeking one pale pink eye open. ""

Cha'Time began to look nervous again " i don't know... i really don't like going into cities..." he said shuffling his feet awkwardly. Kwatoko nodded " yes, though it can get a bit boring when its just us. But i wouldn't trade him for the world" he said fondly, his trainer was his friend, his partner, and as the tribe would say, the other half of his soul.

The girl smiled, her long blond hair bouncing about her shoulders in curls she freshly applied this morning. Without another word, she grabbed Cha'Time's hand and began tugging him towards the city. "Oh come now, its not that bad of a place. I will protect you!" she giggled and marched on. "You simply must see my home, its quite amazing if I say so... very comfortable! I can get you anything you like!" she laughed, dreaming fondly of her Zachery. His business had been doing particularly well, leading to a little more luxurious life for the both of them. Then again, what else was to be expected when your better half owned a transportation business, anything from bicycles to planes to the right buyer.
Rumble sighed and got to his paws. Though she irritated him, he loved his trainer.....for some unknown reason... and waddled after her. "" he said with a half snort, half grunting laugh.

Cha'time balanced but couldn't bring himself to struggle against the woman, he was too gentle by nature. This was going to end badly for him, he just knew it.
Kwtoko let out a chirping laugh "" he commented then set off at a trot right behind Cha'Time

Fay just kept talking and talking and talking and talking....and talking. It was like she never shut up. Things about her fiancee, about her show, about the costumes she and Rumble would be wearing tonight, the time of the show, how Cha'Time should show up for the show, just on and on and on until they reached the door to her home and she began fumbling around in her long white flowing sleeves for a key. "Oh where did I put it...."
Rumble watched his trainer with a half smirk as he cast a sideways glance at Kwatoko. "" he said with a rumble as he plopped on his butt with a smirk to watch and wait. Any minute now she would act like she suddenly remembered something, wave her wrists around, and 'produce' a key out of thin air.

Cha'Time was fidgeting now, it just felt wrong to be here, the buildings were too tall and unnatural. Truth be told he had barely noticed the woman's chattering and if you had asked him what she said he would just stare at you blankly. Now it seemed he was going to be forced inside on of the buildings. the boat he had taken to come here to Zatao had been bad enough... well on the bright side at least this place wouldn't rock like the boat did...
Kwatoko looked at Rumble curiously then shrugged and turned to watch the woman, wondering what she was going to do.

Sure enough, after a few more minutes of rambling to herself, she lightly bonked her self on the head, giggled at how 'silly' she was, waved her wrists near her head, and pulled the key out from 'behind her ear'. "Aah, here it is!" she said as she placed it into the lock and pushed the door slightly open. "Welcome to my humble abode! Would you like anything to eat or drink while your here? Its the least I can offer for your assistance." she smiled brightly as her arm outstretched to show the way inside.
Rumble snorted. Just as he had thought. Without waiting for the others to go first he nosed the door open and waddled in like a dog who knew this was his territory. Shaking his head, he wiggled out of his scarf, picked it up in his teeth, and set it down inside a plush bed that had his name written on the front.

Cha'time blinked in surprise, rather impressed. Though he said nothing and eyed the doorway warily, unwilling to go through. 'its not so bad...just think of it as a really big tent. It wont kill you, just step inside....' he thought to himself trying to convince himself but remained immobile. Kwatoko rolled his eyes and darted forward butting his head into the back of Cha'Time's leg, letting out a impatient squawk. Cha'Time grimaced, but mindful of his pokemons temper, stepped inside. He shook his head at the woman's question " n-no, i'm fine thank you..."
Once he was sure Cha'Time was inside and wouldn't run off he trotted in behind them. He gazed around the house curiously, this was his first time in a pale-skin's home. There were many objects that were foreign to him and he felt his curiosity stir.

A delighted squeal issued from Fay's lips as she drug Cha'Time in father and promptly made him stand still with his arms out as a measuring tape suddenly flowed out of her sleeve like magic. "Good! To work then!" she said as she began measuring him, no doubt to try to stuff him into a costume to make the trick all that more realistic.
Rumble waddled over to Kwatoko and sighed. <"Sorry 'bout her......"> he groaned as he watched the bird glance around curiously. <"I get the feeling you ain't ever been in one of these before."> he said as he too glanced about the room at all the things he took for granted on a daily basis. He would simply die without his plush bed, that much he set his mind on.
