I've been stuck on my character for a while, but all i really have left is my bio, how do you get inspired for your biography's?

Think the character through.
How did their personality develop? That should write the bio for a start.
What's their zanpakto? That should help too as their zanpakto should reflect inner strife.
How old are they literally? This will work out the time period they're from and what they're likely to have experienced.

You might want to think "archetype". Most characters, as original as many of us want them to be, fit into some type of archeytpe-like character. Once you have this bit figured out you get a very basic premise for the personality, look, etc. You might also want to use some of your favorite books or shows for inspiration.

Try the Dresden Files Method.
Think of the bio as three mini-stories, and each part asks a different question. Then use the stories here to decide how your character will act in different situations.
The first is 'Where did you Come From?'. Tell us about the character's life somehow before s/he got so powerful or skilled.
The second is 'What Shaped You?'. Think about your character's life. Who was important? What happened which affected who your character is?
The third is 'What was your First Adventure?'. Tell us about the first time your character really spread his/her wings and what that was like.
