Centuries of historic deaths made to honor the Hashashin Order. The fortress is atop a mountain, the only entrance is the bridge that can be pulled forward or pulled back from one side only. Without the bridge, their is a deep trench around it. It is separated from the main city of Ailita merely to keep their business away from innocent citizens.

Vortex was walking a few feet behind pepper massaging his nose, while trying to stop the blood, she hit him so hard when she learned he'd pissed off the assasssins it made him question who was worse, a group of ruthless killers or pepper ra ''Im sorry, I didnt think''
''Thats right you didnt think'' She led them to the bridge at the entrance to the castle, and shouted up at the walls, well aware they were being watched ''I've come to see the leader of this place about the crimes committed earlier'' She spoke with an authoritative tone, confident but not condiscending

OOC: The bridge has been raised, they have to yell from across the trench. The bridge is only set down when people are entering or leaving.

"What are these crimes you speak of? And what makes you think you are worthy to see Corvoala the Wise?" said a voice from the other side. They would not set down the bridge until they knew that it would be fine.

 The bridge was lowered and the gates were opened. An assassin with a bladed weapon was at the gate. The man raised his arm, gesturing for the two to hurry up and get across.

Pepper walked quickly across the bridge, while Vortex followed close behind, she tapped her sword as they passed, if they wanted her to take it off now was their only chance ''Thank you, can you lead me to this corvoala then?''

"You may not speak with the Master until we know just who you are, so start talking," said the man. The bridge was raised, no turning back now. The controls for the bridge were not at the gates, they were from somewhere inside the Fortress. All around the two, on the walls, in the Fortress, in the towers, professional killers who were raised from birth to be Assassins. Men and even women wore their garbs proudly as the Hashashin.

She decided to go with a serious approach, intimidation was clearly their game and it was probably wise to sing their tune for the time being ''My name is Pepper Ra, and this is my friend Vortex, you already know why i am here... so what else could you possibly want to know?'' alot of her past would bring up some difficult questions, but she was happy to try and explain for the most part

 Before the man could answer, another man had stepped out from the doors a couple feet away. The man looked to be in his forties but he was really fifty years old. It was the first Corvoala, the one true leader of the Hashashin. "Let them be, Barnabas. Proceed to your post," said the man. The assassin nodded and returned to his post. Corvoala walked in front of the two "Now, what is this crime you speak of?"

''Murder, from the sounds of it he killed two of your people after using innocence'' She paused to guage his response from the word, deciding he'd never heard of it and it was best to explain ''its a plant from my home country that is, for lack of a better term, a miracle cure, however one of the many side effects include things like halucinations and erratic behaviour'' and thats just in the people who are used to it, she didnt add that as it was hard enough explaining it without adding death to the equation ''now im here, im not so sure... but you must know, right?''

"So you have come to tell me that you had slayed two of my honorable followers? I will give you credit for honesty, but I must avenge their deaths. It is your responsibility for killing them, and so you must pay for it. You will complete the quests that the two were sent on," said Corvoala. It was the only right thing to do. If he had killed them, he would have to finish the work they were meant to do.

''Two deaths, two years, plenty of time to pay you off'' She hugged him and wispered something in his ear before turning back to corvoala ''I think that concludes our buisness, can you lower the bridge?''Vortex sighed, it was his fault for killing those men so he had no reason to complain, he also thought two years was a fair amount of time all things considered, his thoughts went to kara and he wondered if she would ever forgive him

The bridge was lowered. "They were given a week to convince the Semaj Family to be allied with this Order, you have but three days, you continue on their time," said Corvoala. He turned around and returned inside, the doors closed behind him.

''not even a breifing? how'd you get a title like wise if you dont tell people where there going'' He turned to get some support from pepper but she was already gone, he shook his head and walked over the bridge, it was lucky it was an uncommon name even in rome, could only be a handful of familys, he'd just have to convince them all some was always better than none
