Intuitive
A lot of reasoning you'll hear come out of Casca is because of his 'gut feeling.' He's not one for well, thought out processes and operates on instinct. It is a habit used from locating people to assuming the actions of others. Casca was never a man of many experiences; as a result of such, when given a new setting or situation he observes and reacts. Most of the time he is not wrong in his considerations, and so enforces his belief that he should trust himself and his feelings over others. When this backfires, he's known to get despondent or agitated.
Generous
Casca enjoys freely giving things to his companions; being shown the kindness of a good friend when a child, he adopted her casual attitude of offering to make others happy. But on the other side of paying your train fare or giving you a little extra game/meat for your money, he deems the action an easy way to gain trust of unfamiliar faces and the compliance of friends.
Opinionated
While he is an eager student, Casca can be surprisingly ignorant. Having never set foot out of Amies aside from when game is sparse near home, his ideas and actions can be a bit...close minded. He assumes on information not proven untrue to him and can come across as aloof if in disagreement. Though he is a pushover when it comes to conversation, it doesn't mean that he completely follows you or what you're saying. He'll be agreeable but still stubborn in his thoughts, which could be easily detectable by his future aversion of the subject matter. It may be one of his more frustrating traits if one is steadfast on converting him.
Cautious
His cautious nature could easily be interpreted as cowardly, and that wouldn't be too far from the truth. Most might consider him dull for his lack of daring nature, as Casca isn't one to take great risks or speak out of turn- a surprise considering the abrasive attitude of his father. The blonde doesn't always assume trouble outright but, as a result of years of bullying, if he gets a whiff of a situation going south, he'd rather avoid it altogether. Unfortunately his naivety can sometimes overrun this certain aspect and land him in quite a bit of trouble.
Devoted
The young man knows of obligations and loyalty. He may be grumbling under his breath or whining in his head the opposite, but the young Guryon will let himself be dragged around save it results in some sort of physical pain or conflict. He's adamant about keeping the peace within his family or the small circles of good friends he has. Casca is also one to stick to a task until it's completed, finding it irresponsible of himself to do otherwise. One of his biggest pet peeves is leaving a collection or project unfinished.

Father - A stern face rooted in the ideas of family and tradition. Passionate would be kind wording for this very large man who spends most of his time killing things or napping drunk by the hearth.
Mother - A wily woman with a soothing hand. She is the counter to her husband, combating his straightforward chatter with the subtly of an older maiden. Mrs. Guryon always makes sure to spoil and tease her child in equal parts.
Lilith - The childhood friend full of life and grace. Lilith is one of few that Casca lets get away with anything, and the two were rarely seen apart before she moved to the other end of Amies. Once his protector from bite-sized bullies, the pair can stir up some trouble if she's the one leading.
