Weapons- 2 double sided Arm blades, usually kept in a withdrawn position along the outside of the forearm, with the point of the blade facing the elbow direction. However, they can swing forwards to be in a more attacking efficient form, being 2'6" long. They are made from a Fusion of Platinum and Titanium, providing an extremely durable and stainless pair of blades. There is also a pair of smaller blades on his ankles, same in material and build. But these blades can spin around and swing forth under the feet to form something like a pair of ice rollerblades.
Other than that, he has a pair of miniguns made of the same alloy. The Rifles use magnetic and electronic pulse propulsion to fire bullets at the rate of a chaingun, which is a big achievement, considering that they are the size of a regular assault rifle. They can be latched and unlatched onto his arms.
A pair of foldable thin wings have miniature jet propulsions lined along it, causing him to have the ability of dashing suddenly in almost any directions with a sudden burst of speed. This also allows him to jump very high. This, mixed with his feet blade can allow him to skate across the landscape in a very fast and maneuverable way, though unstable.

Special Skills- Cybernetic body is armored, causing all but the biggest and most powerful bullets, such as from a rifle or shotgun or more, to be deflected. Swords also need to be hard enough to penetrate. This gives his body a slight electronic pulse which causes electronics to go haywire in his vicinity.
Other- The 2 whip like protrusions from his head act as radio antennas, Causing him to pick up and intercept any electrical wave such as telephone calls or cellphone calls... This also allows him to communicate with the facility. The main use of this, however is for targeting.

Bio- Once the Perfect assassin, Xion had finally succumbed to his injuries in one fateful battle. However, his skills and prowess could not go wasted... So he was put into hypersleep as doctors and scientists alike worked on his body, with cybernetic implants and state of the art technology... After 40 years of hard work, the perfect assassin was made. No emotion. No Pain. No feelings. A mindless, Perfect Killer.
However, Underneath all those metallic armor and implants, there is still a beating heart and flowing blood. So he can be killed.
Others- Obeys only the Head Assassin. No one else. If the Head Assassin betrays the group or in other words does anything to break the biggest rules and compromise the facility, his obedience transfers to the current head of Technological advances.
Relations with other RPCS- Everyone is a target to him, unless specifically ordered not to kill them. Like everyone of the MCAD.
