Honestly, I have to say, it's really quite a good profile. Though there are only minor things that need to be changed.
The first would be the fact that your Lava Arm in your shikai, it seems a little overpowered for a shikai. The concept of it is fine, I'm just talking about the area in which it can move, as well as the speed. An arm of that size wouldn't be able to move at the speed you're capable of, since it would have much greater wind resistance, as well as the fact your reiatsu would be the thing holding it up and it would not have the power to move at high speeds.
The second thing would be your martial arts. In here, we have members request to learn a style from Seventh Squad in a PRP, since otherwise we would have people who know every style known to man and five to aliens in the guild running around saying they can kick a**. When you first start off you're able to learn a single style and 'master' it, and then when you get higher ranked you are allowed to learn more. Sorry if this seems annoying, but it's necessary.
Oh, and one more thing. Your powers at the bottom of the first post. You don't get shunpo yet but you get kido 1-11, and then your choice of either bakudo number 26, or Hado number 30.
Other than that I see no problems. Just pm me when you've made the changes and I'll mark your profile as approved ^_^
EDIT: Oh, sorry to add this in late, but this was brought to my attention by a few crew members. You can have heightened senses, but it must also have a drawback, since we like to have give and take things. If you could say that he's more susceptible to light or sound, or something like that, then I doubt the crew would have a problem with it.
