My grandma is doing epic, but I just realized all my grandparents and some of their siblings have had srs heart problems. Makes me think I should get myself living a bit healthier in a lame attempt not to go through the exact same stuff when I get old, gah. Dx

Eating healthy will make you feel a lot better. Lightens your mood too. I still eat pretty unhealthy, but you're a lot more resilient than you think. If you have some fruit and exorcise a few minutes a day you'll be better off than most people I know.

That's why I'm happy I'm adopted, my family has loads of health issues and my brothers are pretty much guaranteed diabetes.

I gave up on healthy when I found out both sides of my family has cancer. And one side has diabetes and heart issues. Even my cousin who was a super health freak had a heart attack. I'm screwed.
