Job Description [✚] As Captain; I3ambi also known as Drew has the power to over rule any judgement made by any other mod; hopefully he will not have to exercise that right/power often as all the other mods he has selected should be on point with all the decisions. He also has the power to step into any other mods area of department if he has the time and isn't doing other things. Basically I3ambi is the Handyman of the Guild. He is also the one who will be writing and controlling the arcs; whilst also allowing member freedom and creativity to allow for the arcs to flow much better.

Job Description [✚] Those assigned to the spot of Profile Moderation have a very demanding job and for that your Captain is sorry; basically you will have to approve/deny profiles in the Profile Approval Thread; as well as Approve/Deny any Enhancements posted in the Enhancement Approval Thread. Then post the Approved Profiles in the Profile Threads in the correctly Ranked Thread for that character, to do this job you have to make sure you know the Character Classes and RPC rules like the back of your hand. You will also have to update the profiles as often as you can. This moderator Job will seem like the most demanding and for that I am sorry Profile Moderators; but your Captain is very appreciative of your work for him.

Job Description [✚] This job will mean you may be hated or loved by the members; but the captain will make them understand you are just doing your Job. Basically if a somebody is suspected of breaking a guild Rule; both in RP and out of RP it is your Job to see the severity of the offence and decide whether a warning is needed with a slap on the wrists or if a harsher punishment is required. If a punishment is required please inform the captain before the action is taken.

Job Description [✚] Well working in the Customer Service Department is going to be an interesting job for you; basically you'll be handling Member Complaints and Issues about the guild and looking into the issues at hand. That may involve contacting other mods or even the Captain if so; just go right ahead and do it; you are also acting a the voice of the Guild Members and you are to show the smallest amount of bias as humanly possible in all situation. Luckily there will be two of you; so if one of you has bias in the situation then the other will step in and handle the situation.

Job Description [✚] The name of this Job says it all really; your job is to go out to the forums and other guilds and recruit members; but you must also put them through a screening process to see whether they will be active; are good RPers and if not are they willing to improve and do they show signs of potentially becoming good RPers; if so get them invited and then you will essentially be their mentors for the first week of them joining to get the comfortable with the guild and how it works. So quite a big secondary responsibility.

So you had best get to your bases and dig a hole to hide in; because these are coming for you... Mwahahhahaha!!!!
