 Zero lightly banged his head into the tree again. So stalking wasn’t really his strong point but he had been getting lessons and perhaps maybe leading Ichiru on a wild goose chase for the last couple of days. His younger twin brother was so going to roast him alive. Oh yeah Ichiru, his lovely little thought to be dead brother wasn’t as dead as Zero thought. After about a month of searching for Ichi Zero was starting to think that maybe Ichiru was dead when Reo and he had managed to stumble into him, although apparently Ichiru had just let them.
Okay back to the present and the reason why Zero was currently trying to kill a few brain cells. He still had to bring up the whole asking Reo to be his mate. They kind of where but Zero hadn’t said anything and he knew it hurt Reo’s feelings… big time. Apparently being smooth with the ladies they actually cared for was neither of the twin’s strong points. Ugh why was saying I love you so hard or actually being official mates with Reo. Maybe he could blame it off on being a boy, although Zero soooo doubted that.
Finally moving away from the tree he figured he should probably stop before reo or Ichiru came around and proceeded to lean against said tree. Ugh the day was going soo peachy and look it was before noon. Well maybe he should continue his stalking but really there was only so long you could hide his colors unless you where flying and he was getting a bit tired.

 Reo had just finished her bath. From all the flying, walking, sleeping in dirt, one does get messy. She had never been a 'girly' girl, she was more rough and tumble. But hey, she still liked to smell nice. She was heading back to wear their camp was, she kept hearing soft thuds. She looked up in the trees, it wasn't a wood pecker... Then... What was it. Reo went around the tree and low and behold, the culprit. "Zero... was that you banging your head into the tree?" She smiled, and commenced with some light teasing. "And here I thought you were a Phim, not a woodpecker." She chuckled lightly, to show she was only messing with him. Though deep down she was concerned.

Zero had closed his eyes before reo had come upon him and listened to the wind for the most part. He tended to like closing out the world when too many things frustrated him. Of course most of the time he tended to fall asleep. Hearing Reo before she actually spoke he opened his eyes and let out a small rare smile at her.
“It might have been. You see there was this tasty bug and I was trying to get at it” Zero replied after all that was why woodpeckers banged their heads against trees right. “Oh you’ve found out my secret”. Okay trying a sense of humor was now done, time to move on. “Actually I was just trying to relieve some stress, normally I throw rocks into water or bang my head on a tree or go flying. Since that storm is still brewing its not really a good idea to fly, there is no water so tree it was.”

Reo chuckled a bit, then frowned. "Stressed? What has you bothered?" She didn't want Zero to be stressed... oh no. She looked him dead in the eyes, then examined his forehead. She wanted to make sure he was alright. When she was done examining she sat back on her haunches. Her head was slightly tilted as she waited for his response.

He smiled as he got her to chuckle but then Zero froze up as Reo looked him over but forced himself to relax. he really needed to stop that loner habit and it wasnt as if Reo deserved that reaction from him. "I'm just worrying about different things like Ichiru and stupid things I've been doing, stuff like that" Zero replied. He was trying to be more open but old habits where hard to deal with. "spent a bit of yesterday stalking" he sheepishly admitted.

"Stalking?" She gasped, more comical then serious. "And just what were you stalking?" And eyebrow raised as a list of the possibilities ran through her head. She then froze slightly. Could he be stalking another female!? Was she not good enough!? Was it because she hasn't said anything blunt!? Reo's eyes crossed slightly from the speed of her thought process.

"Yeah stalking, I guess I wanted to see how Ichiru was doing. Still cant shake off big brother tendencies I guess." Zero admitted shaking his head. He then stopped as Reo raised her eyebrow and then froze. he wondered what was running through her head at the moment. Was it bad that he admitted he was stalking his twin but then again Reo had been joking in the beginning. "Are you okay?" Zero asked.

Reoakee nodded. "O-oh, you were just watching Ichi. Ok..." She was in a state of oblivion. Her mind was somewhat shot from thinking too hard, too fast, over something silly. She blinked blankly at him. "I'm ok."

Zero titled his head to the side and gave her a look over. It didn’t really seem like she was doing too fine but then again girls always tended to be weird, or at least he tended to notice that. “Yeah just watching Ichiru. I think we’re going to have a couple new additions to the family. He seems like he’s really getting close to this girl fox, it’s actually kind of nice to see him play with her son.” Zero’s voice dropped a little at that as he thought of the past although Reo held more of his concern. He lifted a paw to check her temperature.

She blushed slightly as Zero checked her. The added warmth probably wasn't very good for her case. She thought of Ichiru playing with a kit. Then pictured Zero doing the same.. but with his own child... Their own child... This image made Reo zone out. Her mind was gone into the wilds of her imagination.

He really wondered if Reo wasn’t feeling well, she seemed to be flushed and she was slightly hot to the touch. Plus she seemed as if she was spacing out, that had to mean she was sick right? Hmmm was there anything he could do to help. He professed not to be a shaman, but he did have to take care of himself growing up. “You don’t look too well Reo so I’m going to go get you something okay” he replied stepping back from her.
There should be a meadow somewhere around here with the things he needed.

Reo sat where she was. She wasn't sick... just a bit flustered. She laid down in the shade. That would help cool her down. She took a deep breathe in and sighed. She needed not to get so worked up. She looked out to where Zero went. He'd be back soon and she'd be fine.

Zero paused in his search and remembered when Ichiru used to get sick he didnt want to be alone. If Reo wasnt well would she want the same thing? he felt bad about leaving her. He could always go back and spend time with her right? and hopefully she got better soon. Then again he could always leave to get something if it got really bad. Turning around he soon came back to where he had last saw Reo. "I'm back" he replied with a smile.

Reo's tail wagged as Zero returned. "That was fast.. Did you find what you were looking for?" She moved over slightly and patted a spot for Zero to sit. She had settled down and wasn't as flustered. She really needed to stop doing that...

Zero nodded and took the spot next to her looking out into the forest he had just come from. It was still a little misty and fog still swirled around the bases of the trees a sign the storm that had been going on a for a few days was still holding on. "Well not exactly, I figured when Ichiru was sick he never liked being alone. I figured maybe you'd be the same way, if you are sick. so I thought I'd come back is all"
