"Run, run, as fast as you can. You can't catch me I'm the gingerbread man....." Was the only thing that was going through this cat's mind as he running away from the police officer that had caught him inside of the jewelry store. Pippin couldn't helped himself. He had saw a entrance into the building and couldn't help but slide in. He had been in the store all day and had situated himself in a nice comfy corner and had fallen asleep. When he awoken a policeman was standing in front of him questing why this cat had a stock pile of jewelry that he was laying on. So of course he had to run, he would be taken to the pound and he hated that place. Oh so much. Luckily for him the policeman was rather slow and he was easy to loose.
The cat ended on the rooftop just in time where the policeman gave him a loud bicker and slam the door. He let out a long sigh and warped his tail around his body. He yawned and looked around. He only wished that he could of grabbed some of the shiny stuff before leaving the building. At least he was able to sleep on the pile of goodness before leaving.

Albireo was sitting on the edge of the roof, and had watched the cat come up here. It was that one that had called her an animal…the cute one.
The one that had suggested he take her up to Albireo. The senshi made a face though then just gave a sigh. What was that kitty’s name again…P something, right? Popeye? Potato? She reached up a gloved hand and massaged the bridge of her nose. It was too cold for this. She should really just quit her patrols and quit the whole senshi crap. She hated it anyway. She was much better off as a normal Odette Matthews. No more of this Sailor Albireo nonsense. She just…hated it.
Finally she opened her eyes again and stood up. “Hey. Pippin.” Aha! That was the name. Pippin. Well, at least her mouth knew it, even if her memory didn’t. It worked all the same.
She couldn’t help but wonder, at least for a moment, how the short legged cat had managed to make it up t his high.

As he heard his name he jumped. Someone had caught him and by someone he thought Talia. Talia would be the only one that was up here at night looking for him right? Wrong!....He turned around to face the person that had spoken his name. Aha! A wonderful, beautiful face. It was his swan, his lovely swan. He was so happy that he teared up a bit. The last time he saw her, she had ran away, far away just because he was going to show her, her home planet. He wasn't sure what he did wrong but this time he hoped he could talk about joining his team. Going out and meeting Sailor Draconis and maybe doing some stuff with him. Really shopping but working on skill wouldn't be that bad either. He let out a small pur and ran over to her. He latched onto her leg and gave it a big squeeze.
"Hello there, my lovely swan! I'm so glad that you're on this rooftop! I missed you so so much! Really I have! Are you feeling better? I'm glad you remember my name! Oh my lovely swan I'm so so glad you here!" he said tears falling down his little face.

She sighed. This cat was just…so emotional. She wasn’t quite sure she could handle tears at the moment. And really she wasn’t sure she could handle kitty tears.
The super senshi reached down and picked the cat up. “Don’t cry. That’s just silly. Yes. Yes. I’m here. As to am I feeling better? No. I can’t really say that I am. Sorry.”
It wasn’t the matter of feeling better…she just…hadn’t done anything. She kept running away from all of her problems, even if that wasn’t the very best thing to do. But…it kept her sanity, and she supposed that was a very good thing to hold on to.
“And how have you been, Pip? Keeping busy? What brings you so high above the ground? Cats don’t normally spend time on top of roofs, do they?”

He frowned. His swan was still not feeling that great and this made him very sad. Though he was ok that she picked him up. The closer he was to his swan the happier he could be even if she was so sad. He looked up to her with big eyes and begun to speak, "Is there anyway I could help? Remember I am your cat and I'm here to help." He hoped this was make her feel a little bit better, hopefully? He wasn't sure. Every time he had caught up with her she was either sad or running away from him. He didn't like that at all.
He smiled again as she talked once more. He loved when people ask how he was doing because that meant he could gush about himself all day long. She was in trouble if she didn't like to hear this cat's voice. "WELL, since you did ask. I'm great actually! I just got caught by the policeman that was in this store because I happen to be in a small pile, ad when I say small I really small nothing horrible big really, Sailor Albireo, it wasn't that big! But anyways he caught me on that small pile of shiny toys and was pretty mad and chase me all the way up here, but luckily for me. I'm tiny and quick so he couldn't catch little ol' me!" he paused with a grin and continue. "And no cats don't normally spend time on roofs nut I'm not like most cats if you didn't notice I can talk and most cats can't but I won't worry you on that nonsense! But I want to ask you a question! Is that ok? Sure, I bet that's ok! You ask me if I'm keeping busy and this question will keep me busy! So I was thinking maybe we could go shopping someday and I can come over and store my shinnies at your house and then we can work on skills! Since I am your cat!" he finished with a bright smile and a small shake of his tail.

It took a long moment for all the cat had said to really process in Albireo’s mind. He was downstairs…in that was a jewelry store, wasn’t it? And he was on a pile of shiny toys…?
“Hey…Pip, why were you in a pile of jewelry? Were you trying to take it? You know that’s called…um. Stealing.” She sighed and began to stroke his soft fur. “You shouldn’t get the police chasing you for anything. You’ll give us a worse name then we already have.” Not that they really needed much help with that anyway. The senshi were the bad guys, she was almost sure of it. They were bringing destruction to this planet as they had brought to each of their own.
“And the whole you being my cat thing…what does that even mean? Does that mean you’re going to be living with me and stuff?” The thought of that wasn’t completely awful, she was sure she would enjoy the company…but…
Pippin just didn’t fill her with the same comfort that Dahlia did. In fact…he just seemed to add to her torment. Not that the little cat was bad…he just…was very…talkative.

Ahh the whole stealing word was something he never really liked to hear. Really, when it came from one of his animals. He actually hated it. He looked around trying to avoid the question but he knew that she would ask again or assume that he was trying to steal it because he didn't answer her. Too bad for her, he was a great lair. "Well you see I got stuck there, for awhile actually, Sailor Albireo! I was getting awfully tried and I needed a place to sleep so I thought it would be ok if I use some of there wonderful soft toys to keep me warm. It was so cold in there and I didn't know what else to do. I was just so so sleepy. Don't you understand my swan." he said finishing off with a small look up to her in big kitty eyes. He sigh and look down as pitiful as he could. "I know....I wasn't trying to get the moon kingdom a bad name, really...just tried that all. Sorry......I didn't thin I was doing anything bad...." he said softly.
As she talk again his whole body language changed. He move straight up looking right into her eyes. "Yes! I will be there as much as you need me! I can travel back from your house to Taila's house! Both will work! Vice versa! You should meet her! She's wonderful and so are you. We can have slumber party and I can snuggle up with you when we go to bed! Aren't you excited! You should be because I'm so so excited!" he said in a cheeky grin.

She just shook her head at his explanation, though scratching the tiny creature behind an ear. “Well. I don’t know who Talia is…but, I suppose I could meet her sometime, sure. I don’t know about a slumber party, but I’m more than willing to meet her.”
The senshi glanced up towards the sky, letting a small sigh escape her. “So…what is she the senshi of, Pip. She is a senshi, right? One of your animals, I would imagine.” He seemed to be obsessed with these animals, and she had begun to see that it was impossible to escape that she was one. No matter how much the term animal made her cringe.

He liked that she was scratching his ear because that meant that she had bought his lie. Which was good because he was rather worried that she would learn about his little secret. "Great! Great! Albireo?" he ask "What is you real name? For well I will know and Talia will know I can't tell her you sailor scout name yanno!" he said with a smile. He liked to learn new names, it was a wonderful thing to learn!
Well of course she was a senshi, what else would she been. He couldn't talk to human and he wasn't a bad kitty so what else. He giggle a bit and bopped her nose. "Well duh! She's actually your captain! The leader of our group! Her name is Sailor Draconis and she is the senshi of dragons! She is like you in away! You are all connect because of your sphere and because of me! I love my little animals and you should love your cat!" he said with a toothy grin.

“Sorry, Pippin.” It took Albireo a long moment to answer, seeming torn. “I’m not really…up for giving you my name right now. But…when we meet, you know. When I get to meet this Talia and you outside of being a senshi, sure. I’ll tell you my name then.”
She didn’t have any people that she knew both in and out of fuku, and the entire prospect kind of scared her. What if she really didn’t trust this Talia, and the girl told everyone that she was one of the terrorists?
There was just so many things that could go wrong about this situation, and the Swan Senshi was imagining each and every one of the dangers. “Um…Yeah. Where should we meet. I’m not opposed to meeting. But I’m not going to just give you my name.”

He was baffled. How could she not give him her name! She was one of his animals! HIS animal! He had to know her name. It would tighten the bond of them. He looked up at her with a sad look. "But....But..I need to know your name. How can we be best friends if I don't know your name!" he said whining.
Was she afraid of him. Maybe she already meet Talia and hated her. Oh this would be bad, very very bad. He frowned and paused. He wasn't sure how to react to this. His Swan had stomped his and pretty hard.
He blinked and nodded. He wasn't opposed to a meeting. Not at all but what about Talia! Would she be ok? "Sureeee! We can have a meeting!" he said lying out of his teeth.

Albireo looked at him, then just laughed, shaking her head. “When should we meet? I promise, that I’ll let you know my name then, Pippin. I just…” She sighed, shrugging. “I don’t know. I’ve never told…anyone who I am yet…I…It just seems like it would be a big waste of a secret just to come out and tell you my name and everything.”
She gave one last shrug. “But…yes. Meeting outside of…patrols. Sounds fun. We can be best friends after we meet…and I hope Talia’s really nice, I’m…kind of…” What was it? Excited? Happy? Ready for a chance to meet someone that was on the side she was supposed to be on, the side she should be trying to fight for? “I’m…ready to meet someone that I can call a friend.”

He understood. Maybe it wasn't the best idea to give Talia's name away but he always got excited when talking about her so maybe she wouldn't mind this one time. "How about a week from today! How does that sound! Give me enough time to tell Talia and drag her along. For being my dragon she a pretty busy girl. Which is annoying because she can't take me shopping all the time. Hey wanna take me shopping when I know that! I would love that a lot" he said in a big grin.
His grin turn into a smile. This is what Albireo was looking for! He just knew it! He hope they would get along! it would mean the world to him. "Yes, I'm sure you'll find a friend in Talia and even bigger friend in me! I'll come and snuggle in your bed if you ever want me too. I like covers....a ...lot" he said.

Albireo couldn’t help but let out a laugh, hugging the cat close for a long moment. “A week from today sounds really good…maybe…at the mall or something…we could all go shopping together. You, me and Talia?” She thought about this, then made a face. “Well, we could go shopping provided you promise not to…accidently take anything from the shelves, okay?”
As cute as Pippin was, he seemed…to be a strange little cat. A strange little cat that seemed to have at least a little love for mischief. “And..my name, Pip. Um…” She sighed heavily, considering it, then gave a small little nod. “My name is Odette, you know…when I’m not…Albireo. I’m Odette. And, I’m excited to meet you and Talia.” She put the cat down, then stood up, stretching. “Well…I should get home now, okay? I’ll see you two in a week. In front of the mall. It’s a promise, all right?”
