Bio- several months ago, Ketrina witnessed the deaths of her parents by the hand of a serial killer. The man saw her and the little girl ran as the murderer chased after her... only to die by the hand of a teenage girl with blue hair and crimson eyes. Believing she was saved, Ketrina ran towards the older girl and hugged her by the waist... but it was not as it seemed as she felt a sharp injection in the back of her neck and moments later passing out. When she awoke, she was inside a laboratory, lying on a surgical table and strapped down. She was naked at the time and noticed new scars over her entire body. Later, her duty as a spy was introduced to her via the earlier girl who had "saved" her, and Ketrina soon realized to be an elite assassin named Serina. Now, she sorrowfully roams the streets, wanting desperate help, but at the same time refusing assistance to the point of avoiding people, fearing what Serina might do to whoever tries to help the poor little girl.
Others- this small girl has many spy implants: her left eye contains an implant that acts as a camera (Ketrina can see through the eye perfectly fine, despite this), she has implants in her right forearm and the back of her neck that act as sound transmitters, a very small implant in her inner right ear that functions as a radio (Serina herself is able to communicate via this, having the sound of her commands be so acute that even Ketrina can barely hear her), a vibrator implanted into her head/brain (acting as a source of "persuasion" when Ketrina does not want to follow Serina's orders; the device literally vibrates the brain, giving a violent, but not lethal, migraine), and an implant located upon her Aorta vein (this device is the smallest, but is a literal explosive; as a last resort, Serina has the power to literally self-destruct Ketrina's body).
Relations with other RPCS- was found by Serina Vahairo after the assassinations of her parents. The assassin had the girl go through technological surgery, making her the perfect spy asset.
