Glitch With 'A Chance Arrangement'

Basically my game is glitched so Brynjolf is still in the market and won't move. I'm playing on the 360 and have tried shouting at him to get him to move, attacking him and then trying to lead him down but so far nothings worked. Anyone know of any fixes to this? Thanks

Sounds like a cache prob. Have you tried to load an earlier save?

Sadly I didn't notice the bug until i went and completed the Dark Brotherhood, so I'm a little hesitant about having to redo all of that... It's pretty much a last resort
