Okay, h-she wasn't gonna lie. Roch was having a hell of a lot of fun running around the school watching people go into shock over the change, and even more fun laughing at the gnomes. They had BOOBIES. And BEARDS. It was freakin' hysterical! And vaguely disturbing. But more hysterical than disturbing, the femme punk thought as she tugged on the arm of her vest again. It was a bit irritating how it kept trying to fall off, she thought irritably.
She might even have to go back to her room--
Her pinkies went into her mouth and she let out a loud wolf whistle as one of the boils turned ghouls walked past. This was what she would NEVER do in her male form. It was so fun!
Jack are we all lucky he was born a boil.

Pleased? No, Xiu wasn't pleased in the least. It had come as quite the shock when he woke up to find that...well, he was missing some things, and had acquired other things. His voice had changed a little as well--it was not quite as soft or feminine as it had been before--and as for his height...
...Okay, well, he was still pretty short, especially for a boil. Still, a couple inches taller was better than nothing, right?
As he wandered the school grounds, mostly in search of friends (because he had a feeling that some of them would be quite distressed with the change, as he had initially been), Xiu found himself coming across....a somewhat familiar looking ghoul. Could that be...? "...Roch?" At least, she had purple hair, a familiar vest, and--
Woah! She really needed to get a jacket, or something!

Roch turned, cocking her head slightly as she looked at the boil calling her name. For a second she looked thoughtful, then, evilly, a tiny little grin pulled at her lips. Okay, so she hadn't seen Xiu for a while, and the last time he'd seen her--him, she had--
But right now wasn't the time to worry about that.
"Xiu! You... don't look that different," she admitted. "But I guess that just means you make a really pretty boil!" Her voice was a bit deep for a ghoul, a raspy alto that seemed to fit her extremely well. And she didn't look nearly as traumatized as a reaper should be. "Check it out, I finally got the chance to try a different form!" she bragged, pulling up her vest again.

Xiu really wasn't sure how he was supposed to take that comment, so he simply scratched the back of his head with a vaguely embarrassed look on her face. "H-haha, yes, I...I suppose that my transformation could have been worse." It was undeniably awkward to walk. Hopefully they would change back soon, because he wanted to be in a skirt again instead of these uncomfortable (and slightly too tight) pants.
Roch seemed like she was enjoying herself, though. However, the baku grimaced a little at the way her vest seemed to be drooping downwards. As he was still a ghoul inside, he was not nearly as bothered as he would have been had he seen one of his ghoul-turned-boil friends in such a state. Instead, he simply crossed his arms and frowned.
"Roch, I think you...you might want to put something off that won't fall off."

Roch looked down, frowning slightly. "Yeah, that's the thing," she said after a second. "Why the hell do these things get so cold so easily?" she asked her. "I run around without anything but a vest on all the time, but it ain't nearly this cold!"
Then she showed her her foot, the boot sliding off just from her raising her leg too high. "And I've stepped out of my boots like twenty times already. I took a few face planters for that one," she told her. "I mean, it's cool being something different, but seriously, there's a TON of stuff that sucks about being a ghoul. How do you do it all the time?"

Xiu couldn't help but smile a little at Roch's puzzlement. "The thing is, unlike you, I was born a ghoul. None of that felt like an issue to me because I knew how to deal with it all from the start." Pausing, he looked down at himself with a little frown, "Trust me, I...I'm not finding this boil thing to be a cakewalk either." The baku certainly hoped that this genderswitch would wear off soon--he really didn't want to take a shower until...well, until he was a she again.
But until then..."If you're cold, then why don't you go grab a jacket or something?" He asked, looking genuinely confused, "A vest won't be enough to keep you warm right now, and..." And Roch was currently on the verge of flashing everyone.
Xiu actually shivered a little at that thought. How awkward.

"See, I keep thinkin' I'm gonna go back to my room and put a T-shirt on, but then I get distracted," Roch said with a shrug. "There's just SO MUCH to see right now! I really wanna see the teachers, especially--like Professor Malcolm, he's always shirtless, right? That's gotta be interesting! And Principal Hellma! You can't tell me you don't wanna see that!"
She wrapped her arms around her waist, shivering slightly. "And who knows how long this is gonna last? What if I get to my room and bam! Everybody's back to normal again? That'd suck. All I'd get to see is me, which is entertaining for a few minutes, but eh," he finished with a shrug.

Xiu just shook his head, lips pressed into a thin line. He supposed that he really shouldn't be surprised, but still! With a sigh, he lifted a hand and made a vague gesture in the direction of the reaper dorms. "Something tells me that, as much as I'd like to be a ghoul again, we aren't going to switch back anytime soon." Unfortunately. "I'm sure you'll, er, run into plenty of other gender-swapped students on the way to your dorms. Why don't you just go and grab a jacket and come back?"
There was a pause.
"...Unless you really don't mind being cold." The boobs didn't bother Xiu all that much. Rather, the fact that it was indecent bothered him, but...it didn't seem like he was acting as extremely or motherly as he usually did. Perhaps it was because he was a boil now?

Roch frowned, clearly torn. "If you're lyin' I'm gonna be pissed," she told Xiu finally. "So you better not be lyin', cuz then I'd have to take on half the school for lookin' at you wrong," she added cheerfully. "And believe me, I'll do it!" she added before racing away.
She had this one t-shirt with a giant eyed owl on the front. It'd be hysterical in this form!
