Since it doesn't look as if much chatter is going on outside of the metaplot roleplays, each Weyr is being given an OOC Metaplot Chat to discuss the initial clues their characters received, which rumors from the rumor mill people find most likely, and what the NPCs have said that people have really latched on to. Remember, guys, each group has to come up with a consensus at the end of the event and submit the "report" to Skie about what they think happened. We can't do that if everyone is on different pages!
So, Benden Groups 1 and 2... What say you?
Note: Please note at the top of your posts which group you're a member of/talking to. That way it'll be easier for everyone to find their groupmates' posts. (I.E. "Group 2
So N'mol thinks blah blah blah.)

Group 2
N'mol's clue was just mentioned, but the literal wording of it was:
"A harper you heard perform also brought Holder gossip, among them word that the infamous Flynn has vanished."
Right now, he can't believe that Benden is involved in Kestril's murder, but it makes sense to him that the murderer wanted a strong Weyrwoman out of the way (i.e. looking to manipulate the new Goldrider) and likely had help in order to get into the weyr (or all the weyrs, if it was the same murderer at each one).

One of the rumors in the rumor mill went like this:
"I have it on good authority that the body was that Flynn man. Who's authority? Oh, you know. Heria from the kitchens, she hears everything."
Kindra's clue was:
"As a goldrider, you hear gossip among the upper ranks and Wingleaders have seemed nervous, as if they expect trouble."
this combined with this week's NPC (and F'itz's) revelations... have her rethinking her observations on W'lin .. she's probably going to be a little more wary right now

Tsubari's clue was:
The Wherhandlers have been restless - arugments have become common, it seems like they want to take action.
He is being more cautious around the Handlers, but the effects of Tsubarisk have him on edge.

Group 2
Emkin's clue was "You heard some ranking riders discussing the potential escape route of the assassin, the old tunnels look likely."

Group 2, I also need a consensus from your characters, if any of you are around. I know it's been Group 1 + 1 the last week or two, but if you're about and want to weigh in before I have N'mol just... make his guesses (or not)... Now is the time.

Dinah will say she thinks W'lin is behind it, and got help from/used the Holdless to get it done. ...but secretly hopes it's a revolution, because she is really tired of these riders.
(Again, sorry I flaked out the last couple weeks, but yeah. Stuff.)

Possible form for Group 2, if anyone has input? Investigation Report Group Number: 2 Group Members: magnadearel (posts: 5); Kyrieko (posts: 2); Meepfur (posts: 14); Concinnity Blaise (posts: 3); Rhiannon Chandra (posts: 14) Metaplot Theory: W'lin is behind the assassinations, to bring himself more power and a Weyrwoman he could control, and to bring down the upstart New Weyrs. Who is the Assassin? The Holdless, Flynn. Why was the Assassin Killing? Because he was hired to do so! How did the Assassin Accomplish the Killing? He entered the Weyr with direct help from, or using knowledge (and a knife!) given to him by the Weyrleader.
