I noticed in a few topics that some people don't seem to be aware of the free, and legal (thanks to the OGL), system reference documents out there. I'll toss some links, but if you have another site (as long as it falls under the OGL, thus is legal - no illegal links here) - feel free to toss it up.

4e is notorious for having nothing online. It really is impossible to play it if you don't have the books.

Most of 4e's stuff is in-house; in order to get online content, you have to have a subscription.
