 Ekaitz rolled around on the ground. It was hot out, even in the deep tunnels. He wondered how hot it was above ground. Today he was in the female's den, playing with the other cubs. His papa was busy on a mission and couldn't be disturbed. He missed his papa already, but he knew that now that they were apart of a pride they would have to be helping out the best they could.
His papa told him to meet the other leopard cubs, something he would enjoy doing. He was instructed now to go anywhere near any lions, cheetahs, canines or hybrids, because unlike leopards they weren't 'pure'. He didn't really understand what his papa meant, he just knew that he needed to stay away from them. Perhaps they were sick or something, he thought. He hoped not. He had once been sick for a little bit, nothing major but he was still miserable.
After rolling on the ground some more he made his way to the other leopards. he gave them a huge grin. Hopefully they liked to play, because he loved to play. He went to a long furred cub. "Hello there friend. My name is Ekaitz!" He introduced with glee. He loved metting new friends, even if it was limited.

He was on the 'ok' from Daddy, to play gently and carefully today. After being good with his treatments, he had his fathers blessings with of course, a lot of restrictions. Just less. But again, the groups were already made.. so he decided to stay around his family. Like his sister, whom he resembled in body type then his other slightly more huskier brothers. Like the last time- he bowed his head to his family. "It's ok- I like watching~" That bright smile he gave- made them rethink leaving him behind but he nudged them along. Right when he did, he was surprised to be encountered when he turned around to see a brightly furred cub. His white cheeks painted in red as he came up..
His voice trembled, he wasn't too good about interactions after the first few times- but he tried.. "Hello~" His voice like creme and sugar as that smile of his, so tenderly showed.. "They went that way~" He took a step back and pointed in the direction of where his siblings went..

Ekaitz grinned at the other leopard cub. "Hey there mate." He wondered why he wasn't playing with the other cubs, but quickly pushed that out of his mind. "I don't think I want to play with them. You seem like a fun leopard to be around." His grin grew wider and he looked around to see if anyone could hear them.
"You and I should go on an adventure, we could leave the den and explore the tunnels. What do you say?" He said in a hush whisper. "But we will have to keep it a secret. If my father found out I would be in so much trouble." He said with a laugh. Than again when wasn't he in trouble with his father.
"I haven't really been able to go on an adventure since I came here. My father has kept me by his side. It's very boring if you ask me. But you look like you know how to have fun. I bet together we could cause loads of mischief." He grin widened at the though of finally having someone to play with and cause trouble with. His tail was dancing from side to side with excitement.

Likewise with Thamani, his restrictions of play were only limited to how his father viewed his conditions that morning and throughout the day from his mother's reports. If his father deemed him too ill- then there would be no way he'd approve of him playing. His ears went up and his tail started to way beautifully behind him. Whispy, gentile and abnormally long furred. "Really!?~ I mean, you really think I can?" His voice was so soft that it sounded so fragile, so feminine. "I can keep a secret." Nodding horribly fast, the first time. Someone picked -him-.
"Mischief?" He pondered the idea, but Thamani was too kind of a soul to know the consequences of such activities, and soon he will find out.. But who would think of consequences when for the first time you were hand picked to hang out!? "How long ago did you come here? I mean, I know some of the tunnel ways- I only been out for a short time.." In and out of that medical den put a strain on his knowledge of the tunnels but his brother usually sat by his bed and told him about the ways of the tunnels when he got really ill. This soon painted pictures of where exactly he was- and where to go to get to his family's den..
"Maybe we can learn them together?" A smile creased on his maw, it had almost been permanent after the boy asked to play with him.. His heart raced in his chest almost a million miles an hour, and a blush painted across his face.. He couldn't believe it! A dream come true!

Ekaitz grinned even wider. "Of course you can silly. Why couldn't you play with me? You are a leopard just like me. Pa says that I can only play with fellow leopards." His father would throw a fit if he ever found out that he played with anyone other than a leopard. It was his father's only rule. Ekaitz personally thought it was a stupid rule, but he wasn't going to argue with his father.
"I've been here for..." Ekaitz thought about it. "Um maybe a couple days. A lioness named Bedeinka brought me and papa here. Her and pa have some sorta of plan or something. That's the only reason papa and I came here. I like it here more than the rogue lands. There is so much to explore!" He said excitedly. He was glad to finally meet someone his own age.
"Alright we can explore the caves!" He said, his tail wagging wildly. "Just as long as we don't tell my Papa. He told me to stay here, but he won't know. Right? Plus if we get lost maybe my friend Mister Ijara could help us find our way back. Mister Ijara is an important leopard and he's really pretty." He thought about the leopard and blushed slightly. He had a slight crush on Ijara and was convinced it was love.
