Cassial pawed the ground with her hoof agitatedly. It was well into mid afternoon and she was by all rights bored. She was beyond bored actually and she couldn’t find her… brother. Yes that was what she would go with for now because he certainly wasn’t her mother or her father but he had been her predominate caregiver for some time now. Yet he wasn’t around at this moment either and it left her in a state of annoyance.
She pranced agitatedly around the little clearing before stopping and flicking her little tail. She had to find something to do someone to bother or something before she lost her wits. It wasn’t that she couldn’t entertain herself and it wasn’t like she shouldn’t be off looking for her actual parents. Yet, still, she was more in a playful mood at the moment. She could halt her adventure long enough to play a little game… right? Of course she could she gave a little whinny and started off to go find someone to bother.
It was a pity she didn’t have many friends, she hadn’t really met many on her little adventures and it was starting to worry her. She honestly was beginning to wonder if there was anyone of interest out there at all. She trotted through the long grass it brushing against her legs as she did so. She wasn’t in any rush or any big hurry because it was such a nice day and as such why would she want to destroy the peace.
At least, she didn’t want to until she found some poor innocent sap to torment. It wasn’t that she was a bad person per say she just… had a bad habit of pushing people’s buttons and setting them off. Or the even worse habit of finding trouble for herself and whoever she was with at the time. Really it was most amazing she wasn’t six feet under by now. She just had a way of finding trouble even when she wasn’t meaning to.
She shook her head mane flying about as she did so. Well nothing to worry about now right? This was a fairly safe area or at least she assumed it was as she had been raised near here and nothing had ever jumped out and grabbed her… of course the fact that Abbadon wouldn’t have ever let that happen seemed lost on her at the moment.
She was so lost in her thoughts she didn’t notice the large log across the path and thus by the time she did notice it, it was too late. She went skidding down the hill somehow managing to make it out the other side as the log bounced harmlessly over her head. “Well then… that was interesting.”
