The trek to the watering hole was mostly silent as they walked, though Pinot did not completely mind. It left her plenty of time for her musings. The heat though was getting more unbearable every step. It had been some time since she had been able to have a drink of water, and the lack of hydration was starting to make her skin itch. She blinked wearily ahead, lightly clearing her throat. “Are we nearly there, your Majesty?” She asked, hoping that they were. “I do not mean to bother, however my paws grow weary and tongue ever drier. I am not built for all this travelling.” Even as long as Noir and her had been out in these rogue lands she was still not used to it, and felt she likely never would be.

“Where has he gotten off to this time?” Tomasz spoke out loud, though no one was around to hear. Golden eyes searched out from his lookout spot in a tree, perched precariously near it’s tip. Each movement of his made the branch quiver, as if threatening to either shake him loose or break, however he ignored it. His father had disappeared and Tomasz was not sure where to. He could not even recall if his father had mentioned where he was going, though likely not. Perhaps a passing ‘I’ll return later’, but that did not keep the worry from his face. “Perhaps that is him.” He spoke as a movement in the distance caught his attention. He watched it for a moment, noticing shortly after that there was more than one shape coming towards him. If it was his father, then who was the one with him?

It actually hadn't been that long of walking for a normal leopard, but Henry couldn't exactly stop himself from chuckling as she complained about the journey. Well at least he knew now that she was indeed more noble then the average leopardess based on how she was acting. "I can see that you're not. It's not much farther now." He replied as they continued on, not seeing his son who had already caught sight of the two of them. The male knew though, that the watering hole was near where he, his family and followers resided so they were bound to meet at least some of them that were around.

It was indeed his father who was coming his way, and along with him was a leopardess that he did not recognize. Tomasz quickly descended the tree and making his way out towards the two as soon as his paws hit the ground. He waited until he was sure his father would both hear and notice him before calling out to the older leopard. “There you are! Where did you go? No one seemed to know where you had gone off to earlier, and I was starting to get worried that you had gotten yourself lost.” His voice carried a chiding tone to it as he spoke, though it was obvious he was relieved to see his father safely back.

Tomasz turned his attention to the leopardess accompanying his father, as it suddenly remembered she were there. He bowed his head to her and smiled. “Greetings.” The previous tone his voice held was now gone, replaced by his usual cheerful one.

Pinot gave a small relieved sigh. “I am glad to hear that.” Pinot said no more as she spotted the form coming their way. She watched hesitantly as another male leopard ran towards them, glancing nervously over at Heinrich. Were they acquainted perhaps? If not, then what did this other male want? Before she could ask, however, the other leopard called out to Heinrich. They obviously knew each other, and by how familiar the other male was asking likely they were close. After the new male greeted her she smiled to him, lightly blowing her head, though keeping eye contact. “Greetings to you as well.” Her head turned slightly towards Heinrich. “Who is this? A friend of yours?” She asked, gaze shifting back to the new male that had joined them.

"My son to be exact." Came the reply finally as he looked to the lady to his side before looking back to his son. "As you can see Tomasz, I'm fine. I merely went for a walk." Heinrich's voice was steady and his head high as he responded to his son's question. The leopard tail swished behind him as he stood. Could he not even go for a walk with a lady friend without people beginning to question if he was lost, kidnapped or even dead? The worry was ridiculous but understandable as he was a crown prince for his home colony.

“Well at least you are back alright, of that I am grateful.” Thomasz replied, before glancing back over his shoulder toward their camp. “The rest are still waking, the day had not started off as a very productive one, though a few have gone off in search of food. Nothing of any importance has occurred yet, and i personally hope it stays that way.” As he spoke he looked back to his father, standing tall as he made his ‘report’. They had not encountered any trouble as of yet, something he was quite glad for, though a bit of a worrier by nature he could not help but think of the possibility of them being attacked. This fact also made his father wandering off with no notice all the worse, especially with his father being so important.

However such thoughts were pushed aside for now. His father was back unharmed, and there was the lady to see to. It certainly shouldn’t surprise him to find his father int he company of a lady, and one that was quite lovely indeed, however he was somewhat amused at the fact that his fathr could simply walk off in to nowhere and come back with a female at his side. “I realize I have yet to introduce myself properly.” Thomasz spoke, bowing his head slightly once more towards the leopardess in his father’s company. “I am Thomasz. It is a pleasure to meet you.”

Son? Pinot was slghtly taken aback, though he tried her best to keep this from showing upon her face. Of course. Heinrich was a prince, surely he has had other ladies simply fall at his feet in adoration, so it should not be too surprising to find he had sired children. However Pinot found herself huffing slightly as she inspecting the male brown leopard, wondering silently where his mother was as he and his father spoke. There was mention of a camp, as well as others, and Pinot removed her gaze from the brown male to look over him, following his own gaze back. She could not quite make out anything, likely they were behind the hill, atop which was the tree the brown leopard had come from. The thought that there may be water here crossed her mind, but only stayed for a moment before her attention was caught by the other male as he addressed her once more to introduce herself. Thomasz, hmm? Pinot forced a smile, one that would look genuine to most, as she had had quite a bit of practice, and replied in turn. “it is nice to meet you as well. I am Pinot.”

"Enough introduction," Heinrich interjected with a small stamp of his paw. He was tired, grumpy even. While had did have female company now and saw his son well and good, then there was no reason to raise any alarm. "Come Pinot, I will show you around our humble camp and then we will see if our hunters have returned yet. I'm sure a bath and some food would do wonders to a lady such as yourself." Of course his words were much sweeter when addressing her. Why wouldn't they be? She seemed like a fine lady, at least as far as someone to give him a proper heir went. Passed that, only time would tell.

Thomasz nodded and stepped aside. He of course was not going to stay in his father’s way in such a mood, and the two could surely use a rest anyways. “Of course. I will go check and see if the hunters have returned, and if so what with. Excuse me.” Thomasz nodded to the two of them before turning to see if the hunting party had returned.

Pinot was glad to hear the prospect of a drink some food, and perhaps even a chance to clean the dirt and grime from her fur. Never before had she felt so terribly dirty than travelling around in these lands. With the wind kicking up dust, and the sun burning down on her, it was just terrible. “That sounds lovely.” She replied, smile sweet as sugar.

"Come then." Heinrich followed after his son for a short while and then broke off from him, heading towards a communal watering hole that the entire camp shared to the time being. While most spent their time around it or under the trees nearby, taking advantage of any shade given to them. Oh how he could not wait to be back within the mountains and out of the heat and into the cold once again. It would absolutely amazing. And his furs! He could wear his furs again and that was something that actually excited the prince. "The sun will be setting soon, so after some food, should there be any, we will rest and try again for a meal in the morning."

Into the camp he walked, and after a quick glance around saw that the party had not yet returned. This was unfortunate. However before he could turn, with the intent of letting his father now, he saw them on the horizon. By the looks of it they had at least caught something, though he would not be able to tell how big a meal until they got a bit closer. It was at least better than nothing anyways. Quickly he trotted out of the camp. With a little extra help they would get back sooner, and this would allow him to sooner see what they had managed to take down.

Pinot followed after Heinrich into the camp. “Well at this point I’d be content with a drink and some rest.” She replied as she quickly surveyed the area, looking over each of the bodies she could spot. There were a good number of followers here, but she could not say she was surprised. Heinrich certainly was not a hard man to follow, though she had known him for such a short time. Her impression of his was based on what she had seen, though she thought nothing of how he might act when she was not around, for it didn’t matter.

The princely leopard continued walking even though they had already met the water source. With a glance over his shoulder towards Pinot he said coolly, "When you are through drinking your fill and cleaning yourself, find me. I shall not stray far from here, but I need to rest." With that, Heinrich continued onward towards his favorite personal tree that he and his two sons slept under at night. It was not a proper home for someone such as himself, but it was home for now at least.

Pinot nodded. “Of course, your Majesty.” She watched him for a moment as he walked off, very curious as to what it was he wanted, however her desire for water overwhelmed her curiosity and she turned away, moving as quickly as she could, while still not looking like she was in a rush. After all, that was quite unlady like.
