XXXXRules - General
●●●●xxx1. No more than 3 OC’s (Original Characters) Why? Because we one day will offer official HoA art for your OCs. To create all of your 5 million OCs would be tedious. This also ensures you really develop your characters!!
●●●●xxx 2. It is required that you make a SINGLE journal for all your OCs. The only exception to this is when you need to make an Approval Journal for a Unique or Elite specie or race.
●●●●xxx3. Some of the races you cannot just "be." These will be detailed under the Species Rules.
●●●●xxx4. If any OC has a power, it must be cleared with either Akira-Kisho or King Azreth. You do not have to clear it with both.
●●●●xxx5. There are various types of races and species. Elite and unique races and species must be approved by either Akira-Kisho or King Azreth. Again, you do not need both. These require Approval Journals prior to roleplay and Akira or Azreth must view and comment their approval or what they want to see changed.
●●●●xxx6. A single original character may have up to ten Azrein bonded to him or her.
●●●●xxx 7. Absolutely under no circumstances may anyone have a god or godlike character. The only exception is the Angel race, but they are not gods.
●●●●xxx8. If you wish, you may have your characters die in roleplay or in background plot. If you were maxed out with 3 characters, and one dies, you then may create another character to fill the deceased character's place. However! Under no circumstance no matter how interesting or "fun" the plot sounds can a character come back from the dead. Not even as a zombie. Dead is dead. There is no argument.
●●●●xxx9. Going along with the previous rule. If you have a character die, and we have yet to obtain official art for that character, they will not be receiving any official artwork! As that would then violate the 3 OC rule.
●●●●xxx10. When roleplaying offsite, do note there are different rules and sections for different "levels" of roleplay.
●●●●xxx11. We cannot control what you do on AIM (or various other places you rp), and quite frankly, we don't want to limit your creativity. But when you have your character IC or OOC in any staff member's livestream, in thread, or guild on or off gaia, you must adhere to our rules. As we said, one day, these OCs won't just be pictureless, don't ruin this before it's begun, or we will take it away.
●●●●xxx12. You may have artwork for your characters done by absolutely anyone. Just because we will have official work, does not mean you cannot have fanart of your own characters. Draw your own! Hire someone else! This is only a rule just so no one is confused!
●●●●xxx13. Since the use of a journal to house all your OCs is required in this shop, do take note we have a form (not in this thread, but in this section of the guild that you must either use, or adhere to. You are not required to use the form, but you must include in your journal all that the form asks.

XXXXRules - Species and Races
●●●●xxx1. Regular specie characters do not need Approval Journals. What is an Approval Journal? It's a journal that you set up, much like a quest.
●●●●xxx2. Approval Journals must be able to be commented on. Critiques will be given if asked, or if asking Akira or Azreth to review. Azreth will not be able to review everyone's work, but he will review approval journals. Akira, will review ALL journals when asked and give feedback. Always.
●●●●xxx3. Journals must be set up for all original characters (only one journal per user though!). Why? Because we will one day have official lines for your OCs. Treat them like you treat your azrein. With tender, love and care.
●●●●xxx4. Only one OC out of every 3 owned by a single individual can be an elite race. Elite races are: Demon, Angel, and Zombie. For more information on species, please refer to the specie guide that is in this part of the guild. Also do note, humans are the highest race, as they are the most bountiful and Azreth is a human. Do not let "elite" stray your mind. Elite just means "rare."

For unique and elite races, you must create Approval Journals, but as some of these can go from one race to another, there are times where you can "plead your case" so to speak to either Akira or Azreth. They will judge if your character is ready for a change. Please do note for angel and demon, they are meant to be rare. Only the best of the best will be accepted. We're sorry, but we cannot have more angels and demons to regular species.
●●●●xxx6. There will be meta events for changings, like human, skh'et or elf to vampire, or sometimes even to demon or angel!
●●●●xxx7. You may have halflings of races, or have a history of an elite or unique race behind a regular race. For example, Joe Shmoe is a human, but his grandmother was a vampire, now dead. This is allowed. Do note that your character has NO power of their previous generations.
●●●●xxx8. If you decide to journey down the path of nobility, please do note you will need an approval journal and you cannot be higher than that of a viscount or viscountess.
●●●●xxx9. Please do note, a single character may not have any "power" regardless of race unless it is approved by either Akira or Azreth. This does not require a separate Approval Journal, but within the journal you create, you need to detail what powers you want your OC to have.
