Rules and Regulations for Characters:
Werewolves:
-You are allowed ONE supernatural character. (Example: A Wolf Made of clouds). Werewolves with no special abalities are not considered Supernatural.
-Any Supernatural's powers MUST BE REASONABLE! All Supernatural Characters are subject to complete examination adn, if necessary, deletion.
-A new werewolf WILL start out with LEVEL ONE control. There are no werewolves who are able to instantly control their wolf halfs. [Note: Children who are born werewolves are allowed to start at a level three because they have lived with a wolf all their lives. They (with very few exceptions) have superb control.]

Supernaturals:
-Supernaturals are werewolves or humans that have abilities beyond the accepted norm of transforming into a wolf.
Limits:
-Another character cannot be controlled withought their consent(a Supernatural with the power to control people can only fully control one person and a time, or up to five people when the Supernatural controls only one or two choices before the control wears away).
EXAMPLE: [Bart has the power to control someone as long as they give their consent in a certain ritual that binds the person he wants to control to him.]
Bart walked into the woods, dragging Lauren behind him. He had to perform the ritual quickly, or the Pack would catch him. Bart crouched down in the snow and looked deeply into Lauren's eyes.
"Can I control you?" he asked, his voice muffled by the snow.
"Yes." Lauren said, she had been his slave for a long time now. With that it was done. Bart's mind flowed into her head, and he had control of her.
