For any scenes that happen off school grounds, but not at a particular location, just in the city somewhere.

xxxxxxxDaryl sat down on a bench reading a book as his brother; Declan played his guitar -- not necessarily for tips... the money was just thrown at him. But he gratefully accepted it. "Why don't you sing along with me Daryl?" Declan said while he strummed the strings to his guitar, forming a beautiful melody. "Because singing is a bit of a drag at the moment. I rather be reading." Daryl said crushing Declan's spirit, but regained it as fast as it went. He rolled his eyes at his brother and continued playing his music.

After leaving the school, Angela didn't have a destination in mind. She simply headed for the city, this time not making a stop at the park. She had a little map but it was stuffed at the bottom of her bag and she didn't really think she'd need it until it was time to go back to the school. Well, maybe.

As it happens, the tea house she was looking for must be some sort of hole in the wall place because she wandered for half an hour without catching sight of it at all. Drat.

It was an interesting city though--quite lively. So many people, and everyone going their own way. She was actually getting a bit buffeted amongst the crowd, which was starting to wear on her nerves. Alright, yes, she was small. But it didn't mean people had to walk on her like she wasn't even there. She finally managed to fight her way through the crowd to a small oasis of empty space. She took refuge there, along with two other people she didn't give much of a glance apart from noting that they were twins (something that sent a slight pang to her heart; she instantly thought of Christine), and that one was playing a guitar. She paused to rifle through her bag for her map. "Bloody crowds," she muttered.

She made a small, triumphant noise as she pulled the map out and opened it. "Now, where are you, tea house?" she asked.

xxxxxxxThe twins both stopped and stared at each other, instantly knowing what the other was thinking. Food. "Fridge Raiding?" Daryl suggested. "How Improper of you." Declan rolled his eyes. "As if you were ever better, Declan." Daryl made a face and closed his book shut. He put in in the semi-large duffel bag and leaned forward deep in thought.

xxxxxxx"What if we went to a tea shop."

xxxxxxx"I prefer Coffee." Declan said tuning his guitar

xxxxxxx"The Tea House is closer than the Cafe."

xxxxxxx"As if you instantly know where your going after only a day here."

xxxxxxx"I actually read the map, Declan." Daryl rolled his eyes and stood up straight. Declan sighed at his brother and put his guitar neatly in it's case. He swung it over his shoulders and stood straight -- all 6'3" like his brother. They stared at each other telepathically argueing whether or not to head over the cafe or the tea house; but of course Declan gave in to his irritatingly stubborn younger twin brother and decided on the tea house.

xxxxxxx"Just not now. I'm not ready to leave yet."

xxxxxxx"Whatever." Daryl sat back down and sighed bored, and went back to reading his books. Declan frowned at him, inhaling deeply and exhaling noisily, "What?"

xxxxxxx"Nothing." Declan went back to his strumming of the guitar and Daryl sat at the bench irritated at the fact he had nothing to do but listen to his brother play.

Angela paused in scouring the map when the two boys beside her started discussing the tea house. Ooh! They seemed to know where it was. She hesitated, but started slowly edge a little closer to them.

"I'm sorry. I don't mean to be a bother," she said, "But I couldn't help but overhear your conversation. Do the two of you happen to know where Covent Garden Tea House is? I thought it was supposed to be near here but I've been wandering for a while haven't found it."

"Erm...could you happen to give me directions? My map is somewhat less then helpful."

((We need to think of a way for Sethrian to catch on that she's following because otherwise it's boring. =w= ))

Sethrian made his way to downtown, keeping his head down as he passed through the crowds. Fortunately, people were still a little wary of him and the crowd mostly parted, letting him pass without much of a battle. He really wasn't sure where he wanted to go; not that he had to have a destination. A leisurely stroll was fine with him.

He paused in front of a shop, peering inside the window display--a hand carved chess set with rose quartz and obsidian for the pieces. It was beautiful. Blood expensive, but completely beautiful.

It put his little travel set to shame that was for sure. Not that he could actually buy it, but maybe he should go in and have a closer look.

(( Hm... I shall think of something! ))

Okay. This would be a breeze. She'd be able to complete her mission. Scratch that. It was practically impossible with all these people in her way! Floating over them was a no go, nor was floating through them as well. Yeah, people freaking out over a ghost wasn't exactly on her today list. Setting her feet on the ground, Kasie made sure that they didn't sink into them and took a deep breath before attempting to dodge and weave through the the mess of people.

"Excuse me! Pardon me! Trying to get through here! Lady, what is your problem!? I don't care if the lights are red. It's better to get hit by a car anyway! Yeesh. People these days. Why can't everyone just be killed and be ghosts? Life would be sooooo much easier." Kasie huffed out in resignation, but at least she made it. "It" meaning that she finally reached her target. Only, there was just one miscalculation. She couldn't hide anymore. Not with this many people around. Oh snickerdoodles. Hopefully, the guy didn't notice, and she could totally pull off not being suspicious! Not. Suspicious. One. Bit.

Sethrian glanced behind when he heard some voice close by saying that everyone should die and become ghosts. He normally ignored the people around him but that was such an odd declaration that he looked up without thinking about it. There was girl standing nearby, one that looked vaguely familiar--perhaps another student. What a completely ludicrous thing to say. Unless she was a nihilist. Though he doubted that. Probably just some girl trying to shock the people around her.

"I highly doubt the majority of the population would agree with that statement," he remarked idly. "Except, perhaps, ghost hunters."

Oh, no. He noticed. What to do? What to do!? 'Kasie. Play it cool. Cool. C'mon. Just pretend he's gay, and you'll be fine. You can do it!' She inwardly gave herself a speech of encouragement, so that she wouldn't end up making herself look like a fool. Practically shaking like a leaf, Kasie nervously interjected.

"Ghost hunters? A-As if ghosts exist. Psshhh.... Pssshhh.... Yeah, if ghosts were real, they totally wouldn't be suspicious. No sir! Heheh. Um, yeah! And I'm not saying that because I am one or anything. No. Ghost I am not, so that doesn't make me suspicious! At all!"

What had spewed out of her mouth? Kasie inwardly reviewed what she just said and had to facepalm at her word vomit. She had to change the subject, so that this guy wouldn't think that she's some sort of freak now. Think, Kasie, think! Don't you dare blow it!

"Um... You're gorgeous?"

That deserved another facepalm.

Sethrian raised an eyebrow. What on earth was this woman blathering on about? "No, I do not doubt you are not a ghost," Sethrian said. He couldn't say he didn't believe in them since he knew of several creatures that could, very well, be called ghosts. But this babbling idiot was nothing like any of those.

He froze when she randomly blurted out that he was 'gorgeous.' For a moment, his face went hot. Wh--what!? What was she saying? He almost started to have palpitations right there on the sidewalk when it occurred to him that she had to be teasing him. Seth's face darkened to a scowl. He took his glasses off, leveling his black eyes at her. "I am to believe you find this gorgeous? Don't make me laugh." He leaned closer, glowering down at her. "I do not like being made fun of," he snapped, turning on his heal and starting away from her. This was why he hated people.

It was always like this. Always. She had probably seen him yesterday when he was wandering around, and thought she would follow him today just to prod at him. She probably had a group of friends waiting somewhere in the wings to laugh at him too. They always did.

(( I'm sorry for taking so long. Baking cookies while posting is harder than it looks. >_> ))

He was way too close, and being too close just meant one thing. Nosebleed. That and a few tearful hiccups. Seriously, now was not the time for that! This, this guy completely hated her guts now. Gawd, she royally screwed this one up didn't she? This was exactly why she only stuck to stalking! Interactions would only guaranteed her failure.

Kasie would have given up on even trying to convince him otherwise and run back to the dorms to mope if it weren't for a small detail that she needed to correct. Covering up her bloody nose, she zoomed right through him because how else was she supposed to get his attention, but ew, innards. and paused before him. "Wait, wait, wait! L-Look here, I made a mistake about you okay? I'm sorry. I don't find you gorgeous. I actually think you're an incredibly radiant and glorious being, and I shouldn't even be in your presence because of that. I-I just downplayed it because I didn't want to seem that crazy. That's all I wanted to say, so I'll just get out of your way and make sure to never appear before you."

Wow, she was surprised that she managed to get that all out without choking up. That gay pep talk she gave herself really worked. Sort of. However, even she had to admit that it might have been stupid to confess everything, but she had to! She had to defend her love for boys because well, every single one of them were of her interest whether they be overweight, pizza-faced, or even reptilian-like. Since that was over with, it was time to get the heck out of there.

It was an amazing experience for Astrid. Kamil and her dried up quickly after a while. It would seem that Kamil is once again vulnerable in the surface. Kamil always seems to move sluggish when he exits the water. But Astrid assumes he should be used to the gravity by now.

"It was fun today" Astrid said. "I bet if we go back to the aquarium for sure they'll probably ban us from going there. Probably next time you can show me the ocean."

Kamil crossed his arms. "They like fished us out as if we were unwanted fish! What nerve, right Astrid!? We were just having fun. I bet the other fishes were sad to see us go. Now I feel like a fish out of water with legs. Blargh."

Either way, they had a blast. Kamil wasn't sure if Astrid had been trying to hold back or not, but she really let herself go and started to really have fun while they were in the aquarium. He grinned. She was pretty cute when she wasn't trying to act mature all the time.

"Alright, where should we head next, Astrid? Maybe a place where we won't get fished out and get in trouble." Kamil laughed.

After he tried to stalk away from the stupid, blubbering fool with the ghost obsession, two things happened that left Sethrian at somewhat of a loss. First, the girl ran through him. Through. Him. As in, she passed right through his body as if one of them was little more than vapor. That was honestly just not remotely normal for pretty much any living species. Secondly, she was gushing blood from her face--something not normal for any non-living species. Of course, that begged the question of just what was she? Because he wasn't sensing any heat from her body at all. While there were some creatures that didn't produce a lot of body heat (he'd once met and ice Ifrit that he couldn't even get close to because of the amount of cold coming off her. It was really a pity, too. She had really huge...tracts...of land.), she didn't look like any that he'd encountered.

He had to admit (rather grudgingly, though) that his curiosity was peaked. But annoyingly, people were starting to stare at them because she was rambling completely outrageous things, and she was bleeding. Sethrian felt a familiar headache settle behind his eyes and begin to throb happily.

"You were attempting to not sound crazy?" Sethrian asked her, disbelieving. "Right. Well done. You failed miserably. He pulled out a handkerchief and held it out to her. "For God's sake, I don't know how you're still standing after that much blood loss, but I suppose the severe lack of blood to your brain does explain something about your behavior.

Astrid blushed. It was embarrassing to say...but she really wanted to check out the amusement park. If you don't mind... I think I want to go to the amusement park" redface

Astrid turned away. It was really childish. But she always liked the amusement park because she remembers going there when mother was still around. Astrid then faced Kamil and said, "If you want to go somewhere else, by all means say so."
