A little peice of plastic with a line on it.
Really though, there's no point arguing the first symptoms. Tests are the best way to go.
The first signs, however, would included a missed or irregular menstrual cycle and for some, queasiness.

There's information in the stickies about this.
Take a pregnancy test and see a doctor to be sure. The doctor might also be able to give you other tests which would theoretically help determine whether or not you're in fact pregnant.

Every woman is different. Some feel sickness first. Others start having nightmares first. Others don't have any symptoms until a missed period. Some still get their first period after pregnancy.
Honestly, no answer I could give would be "right." As others have said, only a pregnancy test will answer that question.
Also, bear in mind that if you are expecting certain symptoms, you may have them through the "placebo effect" (even if you aren't pregnant!).

There are some women who still have cycles the first months of pregnancy but they'll generally be shorter and lighter, not what they'd regularly have.
