안녕하세요 fellow guildies~ Lyunii here with just some few simple ways on how to learn Korean like a boss. wink
Now, first off, a few basics on Hangul. Hangul is an alphabet, just like the Roman alphabet English speakers use. The only two differences are Hangul blocks syllables and there are no lowercase or capitalize letters in Hangul. The letter is always written the same, no matter when it is used.
Characters will be stacked into squares to form each syllable. For example ㅎ, ㅏ, and ㄴ are three separate characters. But, as they would form one syllable, they would be written 한 instead of ㅎㅏㄴ.
Han is ㅎ + ㅏ + ㄴ = 한
Gul is ㄱ + ㅡ + ㄹ = 글
When two combined it would be:
Hangul = 한글
Every Korean word, syllable, anything...begins with a consonant and vowel will always follow it, either positioned to the right of it, or below it.
Here's a chart to help.

Numbers numbers number!!!

Koreans use 2 different sets of cardinal numbers, depending on the situation- Korean numbers and Chinese numbers. Although they usually use Arabic numerals, sometimes Chinese characters are used for prices.
Use the Korean forms for the number of items (1 to 99) and age.
Use the Chinese forms for dates, money, addresses, phone numbers, and numbers above 100.
한글 \ English translation
(Parenthesis are the Korean pronunciation)
일 (하나) - one (il // hana) << Just for a reminder
이 (둘) - two
삼 (셋) - three
사 (넷) - four
오 (다섯) - five
육 (여섯) - six
칠 (일곱) - seven
팔 (여덟) - eight
구 (아홉) - nine
십 (열) - ten
Once you get past ten, you just add one, two, three after ten.
Like so
십일 (열하나) - eleven (ship-il // yol-hana)
십이 (열둘) - twelve (ship-ee // yol-tul)
십삼 (열셋) - thirteen (ship-sam // yol-set)
십사 (열넷) - fourteen (ship-sa // yol-net)
십오 (열다섯) - fifteen (ship-oh // yol-tasot)
십육 (열여섯) - sixteen (ship-yuk // yol-yosot)
십칠 (열일곱) - seventeen (ship-ch'il // yol-ilgop)
십팔 (열여덟) - eighteen (shi-p'al // yol-yodolp)
십구 (열아홉) - nineteen (ship-gu // yol-ahop)
This goes on through twenty, but to save space, I won't type it them all.
이십 (스물) - twenty
삼십 (서른) - thirty
사십 (마흔) - forty
오십 (쉰) - fifty
육십 (예순) - sixty
칠십 (이른) - seventy
팔십 (여든) - eighty
구십 (아흔) - ninety
백 - one hundred
For right now, we'll stop here. All of this must be overwhelming~
