I like to listen to music. There's some songs by Mother Mother that cheer me up a lot, because they're catchy. Some of Jeremy Soule's music, especially the themes from Neverwinter Nights 2 and Skyrim, are good at making me feel energetic. They don't make me happy, exactly, but they make me feel better.

Music or reading...both can be great ways of escaping negative thoughts.

I usually either play a game or write. Sometimes I listen to music but it really depends on the level of anxiety/panic because sometimes, music can actually make it worse.

Video games or music and drawing~

Sometimes going outside helps too, usually at night. It's really relaxing.

I read...mostly unchallenging sci-fi and fantasy, or articles on tv tropes. That's the healthy thing I do. Other times I mostly just get high or do other self destructive things.

Music. Working with animals.

But mostly music, it's the only thing that fully distracts me from what's wrong, or helps me get out all the crying that I need to do and then helps me feel better.

"You better believe all you do has a sense, it's not for nothing...

Music. A huge coping factor.
I also like to read philosophy and just think for a couple of hours to get myself back to normal.

Probably isn't the best coping method, but I fantasize about suicide/death. I wouldn't do it, but something about imagining myself dead is oddly comforting.

I usually pent up my emotions but when I need to escape from whats upsetting me I go for a walk or bike ride. Where I live at the moment is along a big river and so there is a nice breeze that feels good at i peddle fast up down the road.

I watch a happy movie. The one I usually watch is called In and Out. It's been my happy movie for years now and sometimes I'll watch it several times in a row.

I help others either by volunteering time or answer questions on the internet.

If it's something where I am stuck with my own mind like I'm trying to go to bed, I imagine squeezing all my problems into a little ball and let it float away to God to take care of. Sometimes I have to switch it up like doing a difficult long division math because it shuts out my social side and requires my vision to heavily focus on drawing out the numbers. By the way I can't use my fingers or paper to keep track of the numbers. Makes one restart a few times ha ha.

Funny memes like Philosoraptor or Paranoid Parrot always cheer me up.
