Fortunately, we're starting to get more people. So I guess I'll post this so I can let everyone know that the option is available.
Students in the school can form clubs. Art club, choir club, manga club, random club... etc. etc. There are just a couple of guidelines to get the club set up.
These are the requirements:
1. Get a teacher to be the Supervisor of the club.
2. Make sure you have a student that can be president of the club, and nominate a vice president in case the president isn't around during the meetings.
3. Make sure you have the days your club meets planned out. For example: Manliness Club meets every Week 1: Tuesdays and Saturdays (both weeks).
4. Until we get more members in the guild, we won't require a minimum amount of members. This rule will change in the future when we start getting more people in the guild. So we will allow a minimum of two members. If one member is the president and the other is the vice president, then you don't need to fill out the "member" part of the form.
5. Make sure you come up with club activities for your club.
Make sure to get permission from everyone that's going to be involved before you do anything. All of the people involved have to sign the "Signatures" thread.
I think that's it for now. I can't think of anything else. Maybe I will add some later. Since there aren't many members right now, clubs will probably be a thing int he future. Oh and just a heads up, once there is more people, we'll set up a student council eventually. ^^
The last section of the form are opinion questions and you don't have to be detailed but I want an idea of why you want to set up the club and the character's motivations.
